Visited with my friends and they all loved it! The food was amazing and the workers were nice. Will definitely be back
I've been hearing of this place for sometime but finally had the opportunity to come around here today for lunch. The food here is pretty divine, at least what I had was real good. The chicken is A+, the adobo rice I had with it was seasoned very well, good with or without the gravy on the side and I had an Aloha burger and peach mango pie on the side. I just wanted the burger so I'd know what the "Big Kahuna Burger" tastes like (Yeah that was a Pulp Fiction reference, deal with it) and yes it is a nice, tasty burger. Also the peach mango pie is all good kinds of smooth and sweet, when I come back around here I'll give their jolly spaghetti a try. The food although unusual for the typical American is very appetizing and worth it.
A staple of every Filipino I know!!! We enjoy going here!!! Their Polabok, mango peach pies, Chicken Joy with gravy (good gravy!!!) Beef Tapa, the list goes on!!! The restaurant in Woodside NYC is small for the crowds that go here, but it doesn't disappoint!! The staff are polite, friendly and helpful!! We have to travel 2 hrs to get here, and its the closest Jollibee to us. Whether or not you are Filipino you will love their food!!! I would recommend over the usual fast food establishments!! Try it you, you'll be glad you did!!!
Jollibee is outstanding! The food, especially the fried chicken and their brown gravy are exceptional! The fried chicken pieces put Popeye’s and their brown gravy others to shame. Wish more would open!
I love their crispy chicken, palabok and spaghetti. They also have some really good, unique desserts like peach mango pie and panda shakes. For a fast food restaurant, they have really good food. And the staff there are so nice. There only complaint is that I wish the restaurant was bigger as there is always a line for ordering food and a line for a table to eat at.
One of the best places to get fried chicken!! Flavorful food with great customer service. Very very impressed and satisfied!! Clean and tidy !!
Beat staff and great food. Atmosphere 4 stars because of the panhandler that the staff allowed to stay inside.
I rode my e-bike from the Bronx because of the hype and it definitely lived up to it. I don’t mind waiting for fresh cooked food so it took about 15 minutes & they gave me a buzz thing for when my order is ready. The chicken was HOT and definitely spicy. It took about 30/45mins for it to cool down before I could tear into it but it was seasoned to the bone lol, as if they vacuum seal marinade the meat before frying it. The crunch, the crunch, THE CRUNCH!!!! I can’t wait to return again.
I been meaning to try this place for a while now. Between social media and friends recommending it's been a long time coming. The fried chicken is bustin as my youngest son would say lol. Very crunchy and crispy while the chicken was juicy. The fries were ok but the star of the show was the peach mango pie. Omg when I tell you that thang delicious!! Be careful cuz it will get all over you with one big bite lol. Def recommend trying this place and you can bet I'll be back for more!!
Drove from Harlem just to get to this particular Jollibee... Was it worth it ? HELL YEAH ! The chicken is delicious and mouth watering. Get the SPICY !!! Don't forget the adobo rice, and gravy tho.. who new taste ! Oh yeah.. the mango pies are incredible.. made like McD "used" to make their apple pies
I had a flight so i went to woodside to get to LGA. I got jollibee on the way there and on the way back. First time they got my order wrong. Didn't give me spicy and gave me mashed potatos instead of my adobo rice (which is extra) i told them and the guy heard me say rice and gave me white and i didn't wanna be that annoying and ask again... The food is so great though. I prefer the spicy but i ate everything so fast and in already looking forward to going back so i can get it again. Spicy isn't too hot, but it's enough to get a little kick. Adobo rice is so great especially with gravy poured on top.
Very delicious chicken. I would recommend the pieces more than the sandwich because they tasted richer and you have to get the pineapple juice. Seating is limited and it's a large table you have to share with multiple people so takeout is the best option. The store was clean and the staff is friendly. It's so easy to get there from Woodside station.
Amazing atmosphere, tasty food and polite workers. Everything went smoothly from ordering to dining in. I purchased 2 meal combos with a side of fries. Spicy chicken(not pictured)was nice and spicy, if you don't like a little spice, get regular. Pineapple juice was great, nice and fresh. Spaghetti had cut up hot dogs inside, tasty. Fries were perfectly cooked, crunchy yet soft. Chicken tenders were a hit for my picky eater. We will definitely return, for first timers we are hooked 👌🏽
I always pass by here on my way home from work and decided to stop by and try the food on Friday. My belly was rumbling and grumbling and I knew exactly what I wanted before going in. The place was packed but I’m happy because it tells me that this spot in particular is good. The lines to order went fast and the cashier was friendly and nice. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes and gravy, two pieces of chicken and a peach mango pie. Holy cow! The mashed potatoes were good but the gravy on top of it; just pure perfection in my mouth. That has to be the tastiest and most delicious mashed potatoes and gravy that I ever had in my entire life! Everything was so good and my chicken was fresh and yummy. I really enjoyed watching the chicken made fresh to order. The peach mango pie is my favorite!
It has a bit of everything .All gourmet products. A few restaurants. Lot of cool Nick nacks. Very nice clean environment. And the sandwich place is really good. Outstanding bread
Since we don’t have this in Boston, I came here three days in a row just for it. The fried chicken was incredibly juicy, and the gravy was rich and flavorful.
Food was the best, good for students who are in a budget. The staff were also kind to us. Highly recommended
Some of the women behind the register we’re a little sarcastic and rude. The guys were actually very nice and professional. I don’t understand why the girls were so catty. Also this place is soooo small you’re basically eating on top of strangers it’s tight and a few customers knocked into my back. I wouldn’t eat there again it’s like a rush spot. The Avenue is small but ppl had space to eat.
The crew at Jollibee were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The prices were more than reasonable, and the food was excellent! It's fast food and they have a wide variety. From burgers, fried chicken, Filipino spaghetti (slightly sweeter than Italian) and a Salisbury beef patty over pasta. Their gravy is to die for! (Try the mashed potatoes) also have malabok, an Asian noodle dish with shrimp and egg.... Yum! If your family can't agree on something for dinner try this place, you won't regret it! I was in and out quickly 😄
THIS PLACE IS LIFE CHANGING. I have always loved Jolibee but this was my first time trying the American version and it's going to be so hard to go back to the British quality. We got stuck in traffic before trying the food but it was still very warm by the time we got home, the perfect temperature to really enjoy everything. The chicken was so crispy and juicy, but the adobo rice and the noodles were the real stars here, they were both divine individually but putting the rice, noodles and some chicken with gravy in the crispy skin makes it a whole different taste adventure. I am an ube fiend so the pie was obviously going to taste good, it's definitely one of my favourite fast-food type desserts. I would highly recommend any Brit or even American to try Jolibee in the states- this spot in particular had a really high quality with their food and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very lively/homely. I can't wait to have more when I go back!!
As usual, Jollibee never fails . It tastes just like in Philippines. Although portion sizes are definitely greater in the US, it is more expensive compared to Jollibees in the Philippines. Nevertheless, everything was tasty! I recommend everything I ordered (see pictures😅). Peach mango pie and chicken were crisp to perfection. The fried chicken is best eaten with white rice doused in gravy. The sweet style spaghetti is nostalgic, while the burger’s sauce elevates the sandwich itself.
Fantastic location. The cashiers work here are so nice and just make your days feel better. As for the chicken, It is Jollibee! What more to say. The best fast food chicken restaurant on the coast IMO. Better than chick-fil-a (too standard if you know what I mean) and Popeyes (a bit too greasy)
This Jollibee is legit one of the places I've ever been to for fried chicken. The chicken does not disappoint. Super crispy and actually somewhat spicy for the spicy chicken. Very juicy. They give you gravy to dip the chicken in too. The pasta was also excellent! I've had Jollibee in Manila before, but it was at the very busy airport, and I hated it. I knew places outside the airport are good though, but sadly I didn't have time to venture out to find one. Luckily there is a Jollibee right here in Queens. Would definitely come here again next time I visit NY.
My Filipino husband and I love coming to this location after recently moving to NYC. Everything is great, but I would suggest playing more Filipino music. Michael Pangilinan (my fav), some artists from the Cozy Cove…the music seems very puti.
I love the food and the atmosphere ! Truly the best jollibee in the area, the chicken is crisp and well cooked and the Sauce is chefs kiss! Absolutely love the service super nice and helpful! They help you with utensils and any questions about the products. Amazing experience will be returning every week!
Love their chickenjoys. Taste exactly like chickenjoy in the Ph but larger. Atmosphere is not so good, but it’s okay. Staff are courteous.
Jollibee’s à la carte spaghetti and rice chicken meal is a satisfying comfort combo. The sweet-style spaghetti is rich and nostalgic, while the crispy, juicy Chickenjoy pairs perfectly with rice and gravy. The pineapple juice is refreshing, and both the ube and mango pies are creamy, sweet, and a great finish. Overall, it’s a hearty and flavorful meal.
I have been a fan of jollibee for years and have tried all the locations in New York even the newly opened ones. All I could say is, this is the best Jollibee location amongst all. When it comes to quality and taste, the food is always consistently fresh and delicious. Not only that, the people who work at this place are very friendly. There could be a long wait at times, but it is understandable since this location is very popular. My advice for first time visitors is to be patient when it’s busy. The wait is worth it!!
Jollibee never disappoints. Their fried chicken really is some of the best fast food chicken — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. I also tried the new spicy chicken sandwich, and it was just as impressive. Great food, fast service, and a fun atmosphere that keeps me coming back.
Jollibee is one of those things that if you didn’t grow up with it, you won’t get it. I’ve stopped trying to convince Americans to love it and just enjoy it myself 😋 Their service is slow as in other countries, so they ALWAYs pause their delivery service early in the night when they get too popular. I was craving it too badly so I took a 25 min subway here and even when they told me the wait would be 40min, I still waited. In the end. I only waited for 10 min and took the subway back home and it was still hot. The staff packs the chicken individually with paper so it’s still crispy. It was SO worth it. Vibe: it’s a fast food chain, if you don’t enjoy being crowded by Filipinos and immigrant families who are loud and happy, just take it home. Freshness: go during peak dinner hour so the chicken is freshly fried. Food is SLOW because they fry it fresh so don’t complain. Juiciest fried chicken and Jollibee Filipino spaghetti will always be what i crave on Friday night. I always buy extra for leftovers to make chicken rice, soup, and chicken waffles
They provide you gravy for the chickens!!! We had it take out and ate it and hour after it was served to us. The chicken meat is still very soft. Two of us couldn't finish the 10pc chicken. They didn't have spicy favor by the time i arrived. They only gave us thigh and legs, no chicken breast, But that we don't like breast, so it was cool to me.
I have been seeing reels on Jollibee for a while on social media. I always wanted to try it so after my nail appointment I walked to a nearby Jollibee. I ordered a 3pc chicken. They don't have wing…
Food: Food is always served piping hot and fresh. Chicken is tasty and moist. Everything is just delicious! \n\nService: service is excellent and the best fast food customer service I've seen. s…
Great fried chicken, not greasy and it's so good. But be warned on the weekends, The lines are lost super long but it is worth the wait.
Best fried chicken I've had since my Nashville trip! Staff was very pleasant and the tables were clean. The bathroom was very clean and toilet paper was so soft! I will be back soon!
At this very cramped Jollibee New York in Queens that was undergoing renovation, I tried their versions of the following: ✔️Chicken Joy + Spaghetti + Soda= $6.49 ✔️Chicken Sandwich (Crispy) + Soda= $4.99 ✔️Yum Burger + Fries + Soda= $4.99 Everything tasted like the ones in the Philippines but I felt that the chicken joy altho yummy & still on a league all its own, was oily. The spaghetti that came with it had a huge serving that I could barely finish it. And yes, it was Pinoy-sweet as it should be. The chicken sandwich (breaded chicken breast fillet) had lots of greens on it which was a plus for me. The small fries which were so-so along with the jolly yum in their menu were relegated to a kiddie meal. All in all, it was quite satisfying. I guess however, here in Jollibee USA, Chicken Joy is King! Note: All drinks are refillable.
First time trying Jollibee..and I loved it! Got the 6 piece spicy chicken bucket, the spicy chicken sandwich, peach mango pie, and the Ube pie! Everything was made hot and fresh and completely blew away our expectations! The spicy chicken sandwich ranks really high up in the chicken sandwich wars for me. Better than most chains. But the highlight was the chicken bucket. Nicely seasoned, juicy and flavorful. As always, I recommend spicy versions over plain/regular for actual taste and flavors. The peace mango pie was very tasty and I don't normally like fast food pies! The Ube pie was very unique and I'm glad I tried it. I probably will stick to the normal pies though. Ya'll need to open up in Austin, Texas!
Disclaimer: I've been to Davao, one of my favorite places, Digos and Manila. Love the culture and people. So much do I married a Pina. The food? Eh... This place is always packed. The workers are friendly and go beyond. The food is not bad. It may sound bad but I'm not a fan of day food. At the worst it's comparable to the big American chains. At best it's different and If you're craving for someone other than what the major chains offer, I highly suggest you give it a try. Why 4 stars? I just cannot find myself giving any fast food joint 5. The spaghetti is a tad sweet. Only place that asks if you are drinking pineapple or soda. The yummy burger was okay. Mango pie is delicious Chicken is good. Gravy is pretty good too. They're Asian, the rice is good lol Oh, pretty good fries. This is how i feel. If you're Pinoy you'll love it. It's mid October and Christmas music is already cranking lol This is a tradition. It starts early in the Philippines!
We have been craving for their Ube Pie for a while and they finally serve it again. We did an order for a bucket of 6 pcs of fried chicken with gravy, a box of spaghetti & 3 Ube pies via phone and pick up at assigned time. My husband is a fan of their signature fried chicken, which was delicious and juicy with crunchy layer. I love the spaghetti so much, it’s not authentic with sweet flavor but is totally my type. The Ube Pie is definitely our favorite tonight, the ube filling is super creamy and rich. It was a perfect ending. Their food is not delicate but decent and super satisfying. However, the entire ordering procedure wasn’t smooth and the arrangement was confusing for customers who visit for the first time. We found out that the Ube Pie option on DoorDash is sometimes not available, so we recommend to call the restaurant for confirmation and pick-up the order.
I ordered ahead so my food would be ready by the time I arrived, but it wasn’t. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The wait was frustrating, especially since people who ordered in-store after me got their food first, despite the long line. The workers were trying their best to catch up with take out orders.
So I had been hearing about this place for years and so I killed 2 birds by checking this out and American dream mall. The chicken was HOT 🥵 🔥 and fresh, and pretty good. The Mac and cheese not so much. The fries are surprisingly good. The soda machine kept running out of ice. Wish the biscuits were reasonably priced. I've been told the spaghetti is the bomb, but I guess next time.
Place order outside of building. Quick, easy, and safe. First time eater ordered the 10pc half and half bucket. Chicken pieces are just like they advertised, juicy inside and crispy outside. Love how they uses the little spicy flag to separate them from non spicy pieces. Will try out other dishes next time
The food is great, but the ambiance could use some work. It's always crowded, and there aren't enough chairs for everyone to sit comfortably.
One of the most popular fastfood chains in the Philippines, whose chicken (with gravy), palabok, and spaghetti are a staple of Filipino food. This particular (like all other locations) is busy. But the staff are able to assist customers with their orders as quickly as they can, as much as the demand allows them to. It's a small space, so you may either have to wait to get a seat (15-20 minutes) or just order your food to-go.
The chicken is nicely done.. the staff is very friendly and helpful.. my only complaint is dinning area is too small, customer purchasing, lines up right behind you( like someone standing over you while you eat) other than that the food is good
Jollibee is a Filipino franchise that my friends told me about. This was my second visit i happen to be in the area so I went to purchase two pies. I love their peach mango pie its not too sweet which most pies often are. They have bubble tea here as well in their dessert section of the menu. Hope my photos help! I love that they have a buzzer for your order. I ordered fries but should have known it wouldn't be so great since its not a main item staple, it didnt surprise me. Aside from the fries, everything else that I tried on their menu is good- I enjoy the gravy.
This is the most popular fast food chain in the Philippines and you can tell because it seems everyone who works here and eats here (with rare exception) are Filipinos. The burgers aren't very good but everything else I've tried is tasty. I particularly enjoy the fried chicken with adobo rice, the "palabok" and their desserts. It's nice place to try a new take on fast food in NY.
I could already smell the fried chicken 3 blocks away on my way to pick up my order. Yep Jollibee is best known for its fried chicken which is known as "chickenjoy". It's a Philippines-based chain with 1500 restaurants worldwide, but only 71 in the US. Even in the NYC area there are only 4. So it is still up and coming. We first tried their spicy chicken sandwiches. I would say it's better than Chick-fil-A. What I like about them is the buttery buns and the fact that the batters are not very salty. They absolutely need to put more of that spicy sauce than a tiny dab of it though! We liked it so much that we went back the second day for their Anniversary Bucket. It's 12 pieces of joy for $25. There're 6 drumsticks and 6 packs over 2 buckets and came with 2 cups of gravy. The drumsticks were exceptionally juicy. The backs are OK, being mostly batters. Their mobile app, on the other hand, is a total fail. We tried ordering separately on our respective phones but none of us could get through the payment process. We gave up. It's a bit better after switching to online order using the web browser; still, our attempts kept getting rejected because the restaurant are so backed up that by the time we were ready to submit the order, the pick up time became invalid. We literally changed our pickup time from ASAP to 1:00, 1:30, etc when we first started using the app. By the time we finished ordering using the browser, the available pickup time became 3:00 and 3:30 our 2 orders! The next day when I tried again for the Anniversary Bucket, and the pickup option was removed for this location because it was totally swamped. We ended up ordering directly at the restaurant. Food was 5 out of 5, but the ordering process was a nightmarish 1 out of 5. Tip: There is a motion activated faucet right next to the fountain drinks. Very convenient to wash your greasy hands.
The restaurant was super busy and the wait time was very long. HOWEVER, the staff were very polite and courteous and the food was extremely fresh. I ordered twice. The first order I made I was unable to stay to pick it up as I had class. The second order I made the staff had noticed I did not pick up the first order and remade the first order fresh for me. I was also happy because this location serves items that the locations in the city do not serve. I will be back to this location!
1st time trying their food. Chicken is similar to Popeyes or KFC extra crispy. Love the gravy that acme with it. I would say the gravy flavor is similar to KFC but less thick. The rice was flavorful. The spaghetti has hot dogs in it and has a mild and sweet flavor. My daughter loved the pineapple drink and mango dessert.
One of my favorite restaurants. Chicken is crispy and pie is so taste good. Spicy chicken is not spicy for me but pretty good. And all staff is so nice But only one thing when they busy Estimate time is 40 to 1 hr.
First time ever! It was all pretty good, I felt like the sandwich had a bit to much mayo but other than it was quite tasty and the quality of chicken was very good. The chicken combo was tasty as well and the French fries are really crunchy and served warm and large size portion. My favorite was the pie tho… We ate it so quickly (only got one to share) that I didn’t even take a photo 😂 The service of the staff was super friendly and helpful the store itself was packed and still very very clean. The restroom was also clean and in order. Excited to go back and try other items!

Sorry to say but truth is that their burger and chicken tasts like School Lunch ..very sad looking food ..they don't serve chicken breast but only dark portions legs and thigh which is also very dry ....as american foodie ..their food quality is far below then popeye and even KFC ..you can get much better fried chicken or wings from your chinese kitchen next block.. ...if they want to grow in US they have to improve food quality a lot ...also prices are comparatively higher than value you get....
Jollibee's has the best fried chicken out of all the fast food chains hands down. Order fulfillment on the other hand has been on a gradual decline since a few years ago. I think it's because they've started doing online orders from their app and food delivery sites in the same kitchen space. It seems to me that they might be overwhelmed with not enough space to complete all the orders in a timely fashion. Last visit, I placed an instore order and had to wait over half an hour for my food. This time in order to avoid that I placed an order within the app half an hour beforehand. It was 3 when I placed the order so the lunch rush should've been over. Once I got there, the app said my order was ready but staff couldn't find my order at the pickup area or the counter pickup. They went back to the kitchen to find out why so many people's orders were delayed and it turns out my order actually wasn't even ready yet supposedly due to an app glitch? So in the end, the order took almost an hour to be ready...PSA if you plan to place an order, do it at least an hour beforehand because if they can't even meet the hour quota, then they really need to work on the speed of completing the orders on time. There's been a couple of times where utensils or food items are missing from the order so be sure to do a quick check before leaving the store.
Haha Jollibee "Home of the famous chickenjoy" whatever the hell that's suppose to mean lol....... what can I say the fried chicken is good but overpriced, you really don't get your bang for your buck. If you're hungry I wouldn't recommend going there because you'll spend a lot of money and still be hungry after. Service is good, place is very clean, staff is very polite and friendly. I just tried the cheesy YumBurger it was decent for only $2.99 + tax.
Ordered a fried chicken -I’ll give 4stars. And the peach/mango pie -I’ll give 2stars. The pie filling is watery and you can’t even taste -it’s taste less. The spaghetti is just okay but not that you really need to buy again. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly.
Not what I expected. I saw a review on youtube that this guy was trying out the food. I think it was on buzzfeed and he was just like "this tasted good, that tasted good". it's not that great. I mean it's alright for what it is (fast food joint) the fried chicken is a kfc and popeyes mix. I had the rice noodles with shrimp which wasn't great. the pineapple soda they have is awesome though. but everything else i had was mediocre. go try it yourself. It's not terrible so it's worth i try, maybe you'll like it. I'm not recommending it because it's not excellent.
Today is so cold and I wait outside for a while for Ube pie order. I tried to order by app and pick up but saying too much order and failed. So I stay in line for order. Wish Jolibee could have friendly order system, like I can order by app or take order in store and come back to pick up... etc. The pie flavor is not strong but creamy inside and crispy outside. Good to try!
I did not know this fast food existed. My nephew who lives in another country told me about it 😆, so bae and I ventured to check it out. It is comparable to Popeyes or KFC, but not as good; tastes healthier though (not as greasy and not as flavorful. Food: OK (chicken needed more seasonings for my liking; fries, love the thin cut but not the oil they're using; gravy/sauce, did not eat; Pineapple drink is good... tastes like Pineapple juice with a slight spritzer; lastly, the mango pie is delicious Service: pretty good Atmosphere: decent Parking: not bad (metered though; con or card)
Heard a lot about this chain restaurant, but never tried it because it's not nearby to me. I was in the vicinity and decided to check it out. Lucky I was able to find nearby parking. Restaurant was very clean, bright, and with an open feel even though majority of dining was in the middle. Very few fast food restaurants (within NYC) actually have a restroom for customers, and the one in here was very clean and spacious. Customer service was good and staff was informative about food items when inquired. Food was good, delicious, but pricey. The cost for the chicken tenders were a bit outrageous, especially for the size and amount. Did not receive the tender sauce with my order (noticed it was not in my order after I left the restaurant and the vicinity). The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and filling, but needed a lot more of the spicy mayo on it because it almost had none. Chickenjoy (fried chicken) was delicious, flavorful, and juicy; glad I got a bucket of it. Would have like to try the spicy version of the fried chicken, but was not available for whatever reason. The peach mango pie was very delicious too.

Chicken was very juicy. Gravy was good.. Good value for the price. I would definitely try again.
The food was okay, but the wait time was terrible. I ordered four dishes for dine-in and expected a reasonable wait time of 15-20 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. Dine-in customers should be prioritized over takeout orders, and orders should be prepared in the order they were placed.
My photos speak for themselves. The Angus cheeseburger is not worth the price. It looks like it was slapped together by a child. It looked so sad and pathetic as well as bland in taste even with the sauce they put in it. I also ordered the palabok and I got a box thinking it is full of the dish, it wasn’t… it was half filled. As a proud Filipina who grew up eating Jollibee, I was so disappointed that they would serve this to people. I live nearby and would never get anything from here again.
Ordered a 10 piece bucket. The instructions on menu is clearly 5 thighs and 5 legs. We were given 2 thighs and 8 legs. Thighs have more meat. I understand proportions can be a little off sometimes, but 2 vs 5 seemed extreme. Staff needs to be trained better that they should wait for thighs to fill their buckets before giving to customers.
Went to Jollibee yesterday with two friends who were trying it for the first time. We all ordered the 4pc chicken tender meal, which was listed with tenders, fries, a drink, and a dessert pie. We were told there’d be a 15–20 minute wait which was no problem. When my friend got his food, the pie was missing. He asked the cashier, and she said the meal no longer comes with a pie, and if he wanted one, it’d be $2.99 extra. That was confusing, so I checked the Uber Eats menu for that location while we were still there and it still showed the dessert pie included, with a choice between peach mango or ube. We felt a bit misled. If the pies were sold out, just say that … don’t advertise one thing and serve another. I chose that meal because it looked like the best value, but if I’d known it didn’t include everything, I might’ve ordered something else. It’s a small thing but it left a bad impression even more so considering it was both of my friends’ first time.
Very inefficient staff. I'd suggest going to a different branch. Double check your order upon receiving them too. Last time I ordered chicken with burger steak (it was in the receipt too), they gave …

I placed my order today at 10:09 PM, and it took about 30 minutes to receive it. There were only three customers left, so I decided to ask why it was taking so long since I still had the beeper in my hand. The staff seemed confused and asked me for my receipt—even though I clearly had the beeper. It turns out they either lost the order ticket or misplaced something. The supervisor on duty, whose name was either Marebelle or Mary, didn’t apologize or explain the situation. She seemed too busy and, when I approached her, she just said, “They’re doing it now, just wait,” in a very rude manner.
To the concern authorities of jollibee , if you really mean it fix it please . It’s another day of mess in my neighborhood. How are we suppose to walk ? Your commitment in the reply to fix it from our previous review went in-vain . Your employee started doing that the very next day . Fix it fix it fox it . The worst restaurant ever .you should get rid of the manager of this restaurant.
I can’t let this day pass by without writing a review on how frustrated I am with Jollibee. I want to start with telling everyone that the food is always amazing, I grew up eating their food and Jollibee USA let me reminisce my favorite foods back home. Here is the problem: today I went to buy food here for my nephews (its their favorite as well). While on the line to wait for my order, an employee approached me if I want a free Banana Langka pie. Afcourse I said to him yes! He then told me that I have to complete a survey to retrieve the pie. He told me to scan the QR code and put my order number and my phone number. All of a sudden, he grabbed my phone and told me “I will just do your survey so it will be faster”. He then clicked 5/5 to all the questions and put on the comments “the food is good”. I told him that it is very inappropriate to grab my phone and answer my survey. I told him that this survey is all lie if you are answering my survey. He then said “but im showing it to you”. I told him “I can’t see anything, you just click 5 5 5 all the way”. He then handed off my phone and said “you can retrieve your pie in the counter”. I retrieve the pie to show proof that there is a survey here that is all based on lie. Sad that Jollibee tolerates this. I love the restaurant because the food is great but to tell you honestly, I want an honest organization that has respect to their customers. What is the purpose of a survey if you guys are answering it on behalf of the customer? You guys are just fooling yourselves. Also to the employee, don’t just grab people’s phone, that is rude.
I have been to plenty of food places all over and definitely more than 1 Jollibee. This is the worst one. The chicken, which is basically the most simple thing. It’s undercooked. I don’t need to be eating almost raw chicken. Would not recommend this location.
DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR APP! It took an hour for my order to be ready. The whole point of me ordering online is so I dont waste time waiting for my food but still waited there an extra 30 mins. Would have been faster if I ordered there instead. *This was for PICK UP IN THEIR WOODSIDE BRANCH. I ordered on their app thinking my food will be ready by the time I get there (the app gave me 30 minutes, which is already a long time for just a pick up order) but I still ended up waiting there at the restaurant for another 30 mins! Very upsetting! Definitely not using their app again!!
Not worth ruining your day over. Takeout here is a joke. Took 40 minutes, guy who ordered much later than me got his large order sooner. I asked multiple times, kept lying to me that it was being made, and turns out my order was sitting on the side the whole time. Buzzer never buzzed. Wasn't even a peak hour
K bbq tastes like not true Kbbq at all. it’s no korean bbq taste, it’s just soy sauce bbq… kbbq isn’t like that at all. But other menu are great except the kbbq
this is the most obnoxiously disgusting and filthy restaurant that i have ever seen . the manager doesn't give a damn about the neighborhood . he never comes and acknowledge over the phone , it's always the supervisor . should get rid of her/him . this restaurant has made the neighborhood outrageously filthy , nasty and smelly . clean ur surrounding with jet spray .
Ordered 5 peach mango pies along with a 10 pc chicken combo with 3 jolly spaghetti, and 4 cheesy yum burgers to go. However, the mango pies weren't on the bag. What a terrible service and an overall let down. I shouldn't have to check my order unless they are conducting sneaky underhanded business practices
Never order delivery from here EVER. They must be extremely inefficient and really bad at fulfilling orders because I’m still waiting for my food to come and it’s been over an hour. Not a place to even bother with unless you go in there person. And even then, its extremely slow to wait for food. Just a terrible location for Jolliebee.
It's so disappointing to receive a dry quality of chicken joy (reheated left over chicken). The woodside location always has the worst quality of products compared to the Jamaica and time square store. Please be aware that you always have to value customer satisfaction. Due to higher prices nowadays, we deserve to receive good quality for what we paid.
Wanted to try the Angus burger. Ordered online. End up finding out missing the burger when we got home. Update after owner response. Better next time?? I wonder how many customer they missed order a day/weeks/months/years. Angus burger was $6 charged with no refund back. *PLUS, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO US AT THIS LOCATION.
Hands down, the food is great! But the waiting time is soooooooo long for a “FAST-food chain.” So many times we’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes (or more) for our walk-in orders. We eventually decided to try delivery instead—but it’s even worse! I’ve had this problem more than 3x already. But hey, it’s Jollibee—who doesn’t love Jollibee? So I just had to deal with it. I’m hoping this review can make a change, because I just can’t remove Jollibee from my life—it’s that good! So I ordered at 6:36PM, and the delivery time was estimated between 8:10 PM–8:25 PM. Imagine ordering after work when you’re starving, only to have your food arrive two hours later? It’s insane! How does this even pass for a fast-food chain? The chicken is already cooked—it’s right there! You just grab six pieces, put them in a bucket, and hand them to the customer. Sometimes there are 3 people at the counter, so how does this process take 30mins for dine-in (or 2 hours for delivery)? Make it make sense for $4.82 service fee. I don’t even want to talk about the time where I ordered a bucket and my order was in the counter for 10minutes. I love Jollibee, but this is 2/10 service.
I ordered chicken sandwich and pie meal for pickup today. The chicken on the sandwich was RAW!!!!!! So ridiculous this is happening to such a big company. Food safety SHOULD be a top priority, and serving raw food is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves chicken. I usually enjoy Jollibee, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again. I hope they take better precautions to ensure all food is PROPERLY COOKED BEFORE serving it to customers.

Woodside's Jollibee: A Bite of Home, Buzz and All
You know, there's just something inherently special about Jollibee, especially the one nestled in Woodside. This particular outpost carries a bit of history, being the very first Jollibee to open its doors in New York City. While it's since inspired a host of other locations throughout the boroughs, this original spot continues to draw a dedicated crowd, often spurred by social media buzz or a deep-seated craving for that unmistakable Filipino comfort food.My friends and I have found ourselve
