Arud, the manager, is awesome! She is such a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile waiting for you. My wife and I just started going for breakfast. She won us over on our first visit to the Wylie store. I don’t know what you pay her, but she deserves even more. You need to bottle her sunshine and put it in all of your stores.

I arrived at 12:19 PM for indoor dining and placed my order . 40 minutes later , I had to ask if they had to slaughter the steer to make my Double Whopper meal ( large with a Diet coke . I got my lunch ten minutes later.....and the double Whopper with bacon ,mustard and pickles was cold. Yes , I was late back to work. Thank you very little !

The only issue I had with this Burger King was the fact that my car's exhaust was a little too noisy to make the ordering process pain-free. Not BK's fault at all, and the lady taking my order was very professional even with our communication woes. With that being said, on to the positive aspect of my visit, which was pretty much the entirety of my visit, minus my noisy Benz. My order was taken promptly and delivered just as promptly. The gal inside was friendly and sweet even with the stress of someone overworked with little help written all over her face. The place was CLEAN, which was a welcome change from so many BKs I have visited. Even the parking lot and outside areas projected an air of tidiness. It's very nice considering it seems to be an older location. Now, the food.... Hot damn! My Whopper looked better than the dressed up versions you see in the ads and was from my own personal accounts the very best and fresh tasting burger I have ever received from BK. The fries were equally on par! The best food I have ever experienced from any BK. Top notch job Burger King!

Honestly Marcell the manager was so sweet to my cousin and I. ❥❥❥ He was sweet enough to give my cousin a free icy ❥❥ I'll never forget how kind his service was. Update December 21 8:35 pm. Still awesome chicken sandwiches. They made it only after I order. Fresh. Hot. The king of chicken sandwiches around here in my opinion. Update May 16: We had dinner around 9 PM and the Texas whopper was great. The fries came out super fresh. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Those ladies did a great job. The order taker did not look happy to be there, let’s not talk about him. Previously: Went and picked up a mobile order for a whopper and a BK crispy chicken bacon and was pleasantly surprised when both came out hot and fresh. They don’t make it until you get there, at least that’s how it was for the chicken sandwich. Despite the low stars reviews, this place was excellent today. I will definitely be coming back in the future. You guys made dinner for my wife and I a great experience.

Burger King in Wylie. Visited this morning and just received exceptional customer service from both the woman who took my order and the one who gave me my food in drive thru. They were genuinely friendly and courteous. I don’t often notice service much either good or bad but they were impressive enough that you couldn’t help but take notice.

I ordered on the app... Whopper No pickles, fresh off the broiler, cut in half...... that was the best freshest whopper I've had in years. Amazing. I had given up on Burger King but they have raised the bar for real. Getting it fresh off the broiler was new to me didn't even know that was an option. I was told years ago I could no longer get it cut in half. We'll guess what that sucker was cut in half today and prettttty! LOL! At BK have it your way! Cut up Wylie Burger King! My visit was 4/22/25 @ about 530pm

We dined in on 12/20/25. We are surprising our children with a trip to Disney world for this Christmas and one of the clues mentioned a castle and princesses and kings and what better place to come then BK! I asked if Horacio, the GM, could deliver our children their next clue with the meal & he blew my mind with the next question. He asked if he could declined it with a Santa, Gricnh, or SpongeBob costume. My children were sooooo surprised to see the Grince deliver their food and their next clue. Core memory for sure at our local Burger King. Food was great, per usual!

This was has improved so much.The food is great hot and fresh. The manager is super friendly and he always give me a good laugh for Halloween he dressed up as a pirate and today he was sponge bob. I can’t wait to see what he does for Christmas

Look, this is one of the few fast food places around that still has employees that give a crap about good customer service and quality food. Ck it out folks, and if you're lucky enough to deal with the manager lady, Modesta, you will be even more satisfied. THEY RULE!

The food is exactly what you you are paying for. The original chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I've never had. The only problem is sauces and condiments in the drive thru. That continually forget to give me the barbeque sauce I ask for on the side of my orders. But for fast food the device is actually fast unlike the the clown guys.

Update 5/20/23... So tried Spiderman burger with the kids and meh....i mean tasty but i didn't even get cheese on mine and we got American cheese and i didn't ask for a substitute. The kids thought it was cool but again meh. /// This review was from April 2023....We don't have issues at this location. I've even had a person run out to catch me when they forgot something from my order. I do wish they updated the menu so you know what is current. Other than that it's a great location!!!

The only place that will serve you hamburgers at breakfast time. Fresh lettuce nice red tomatoes. Good people. Number one with cheese. My girlfriends a little picky plain with only ketchup, mustard and cheese. And they hit it on point every time. Thank you Burger King.

I mean it's Burger King, so it's exactly what you would expect. same as every other Burger King I've ever been to, the food is still good for what it is, and the staff seem to be pretty good. no complaints here, definitely appreciate the people at the drive-thru, so managers should know that you have a good staff

Food is always good never had complaint, but inside is older nonrenovated but is acceptable, my biggest issue is wait time , they are perpetually understaffed, some employees are great some are just your regular teen staff who don't take job seriously, it seems the change staff like revolving door and may be because the teens quit or they are weeding out the ones that don't work but I hope they improve more over the past 5 yrs but is still the same , if not for love for Burger King I would not go there I sad to say because I know employees are trying but always understaffed, so this screams management issues

I had been craving Burger King for a couple days after watching a show on utube that was reviewing fast food onion rings which Burger Kings got the worst I have always liked them Better than everyone else's so I order two burgers and a order of onion rings . When I got home to eat the food I got to my surprise the onion rings were way under cooked I was so disappointed.. If they had been the onion rings I have always enjoyed I would of gave them 5 stars so I have then 4 because every thing else I ordered was amazing.

3 stars is a bit generous. Went through the drive thru. Fries were barely warm and felt old. Sodas were flat. Whoppers were okay and service was fast (probably because the food was all pre-made).

I wish our local Burger King was amazing, but it is just meh. I can usually tell the fries and onion rings are not freshly made. The staff there is always really friendly though.

The people were super nice My order took longer then it should have. Came before the car waiting in front of me. So I was stuck. Fortunately saw error #2 being stuck. With the wait, burger and fries were given cold. The nuggets were hot since I had to remind them. Pretty standard for this location.

This BK has been in a tail spin for some time. Seems to be short on staff and more training for the ones that tough it out. Never had an issue with the employees but you could tell they would rather not be working there. BK and McDonald's had a double cheeseburger war back in the day and you could definitely go to BK and get the best darn double cheeseburger in the business for around a dollar. What happened to the flame grilling? It's what made BK the best. Hope they turn it around ok be day because I still enjoy there burgers on occasion.

First time at Burger King in a long time. Went here because the Whataburger line looked like a 25 min wait. The food was acceptable, though my breakfast sandwich was a little smaller than the photo and they put cheese on it when I asked not to because I'm allergic to dairy. And this may be a matter of opinion, but though the lady in the drive through was nice, I was a little uncomfortable by how often I was called honey and sweetheart. I know it's a cultural thing so it wasn't a big deal but in our culture, some people would sue over things like that. I also struggled with how the microphone was left on while she was talking to another customer. Overall, not a bad experience, but Burger King isn't what it used to be.

During weekdays the food is fresh the service is always Pleasant. During the weekends the service is Pleasant. But they will park you with absolutely no one in line. And chicken nuggets are rarely good on the weekends. They're always old like they've been sitting under the heat lamp. Weekdays are perfect. Weekends especially early in the day the food is not usually very good.

I went to the drive through. I got my free Walker with extra. Everything on it like I always get. I always talk about how that's my favorite bird cause I'm not a burger person, but I love Burger King flamed burgers. I was really disappointed. It was cold and the bun fell apart. And when a bun does that means it's stale. That's not a happy camper disappointed

Medium age restaurant in good repair. Good parking lot. Clean restrooms. Food was typical Burger King. No better no worse. Service was OK, but not great by any means. The ketchup dispenser was empty. They did not seem the least bit concerned when told about it. This seems to be a theme at Burger King's lately. What's the big deal????? Recommend of your hungry.

Slow service inside even slower through the drive-thru. Buns were hard and dry. Floors were dirty tables were dirty. Drink station was nasty. I'd understand if they were busy but we were the only ones there for over an hour and just a trickle of drive through traffic and still could not keep the pace.

I am normally a big fan of Burger King as a fast food joint. This one seems to keep their food on the warmer for days. During my last order, I got a chicken sandwich with a patty so hard, I could have used it to knock a live chicken out with and make a new fresh patty. At least they give you the tools to slaughter your own product?

They always make you pull forward in the drive-thru aftwr you pay and wait at least 5 mins..when there's no other car even behind you! What a way to cheat the timer that Corporate executives never get to see the true slowness of their service. One time I waited over 12 mins when it should only take 3-4 min to fry frozen fries!

No line at the drive thru at lunch which should have been my first tip off Order taker didn't know anything about the sourdough king (currently being advertised), even to say we're not offering it at this location. Fries were okay, needed salt. Dr pepper was flat.

We went on August 27th and we won't be coming back. The guy taking the order at the drive thru seemed confused about what we repeatedly ordered. When we finally got home with the food it was pretty bad. All three of the Whoppers were way over cooked, hard dried nearly burnt meat. One of the Whoppers were made into the Texas Whopper, but it was still over cooked. The drinks were flat and warm. The fries were ok. Very gross dinner last night. We also just got coupons on the mail, see pics. We won't be using these. Too bad the pictures weren't truly representative of the food they give you.

I can't use my receipt number to complete yet another survey, because they wouldn't give me a receipt. They said the machine was down. This was at the location on 544 in Wylie TX. We have never been there and gotten good service. Ever. I've got four kids, two of them love BK, so we go a lot. And it's always a nightmare. Every single time we go through the drive through, we are told to pull around and wait out front. Every time. Doesn't matter if we have 2 burgers or 10. Then we sit there for at least 10 minutes. The staff is usually very rude, and totally unapologetic. There is a very very high turn over in employees. Today, the guy at the drive through couldn't understand our very simple order. Kept saying "que". I happen to know what that means. But if you can't understand the people ordering, you have no business being the one taking orders. At the window, never smiled, never apologized, never said have a nice or anything. He brought our food out (10 minutes later ). Our, then melted, shakes and two burgers. Basically just tossed them to me, with out a single word. Not one word. No, "sorry for the wait", no "have a good day", nothing. I realized I still didn't have a receipt, went inside to get one. Someone was locking the front door, there was a handwritten sign that said "lobby closed, short staffed". There was not a single car in the drive through, not one, and about 2 cars parked in the lot. And they are overwhelmed? ? Putting this all together, and the fact that it's been like this for years, this is clearly a management issue, or owner issue. The unbelievably high turn over rate in employees, I would guess is due to the completely disfunctional work environment. Every other place in Wylie has a love at the drive through, and lots of people inside. This place is always dead. It's easy to see why. Something needs to change before they have to close their doors forever.

Extremely terrible service at this location. BK is one of my favorite places to eat, and I love in Wylie, but will drive all the way to rockwall, because I have never had a good experience at this one. Management is a joke, and so are the employees. Absolutely disgusting that any of them still have jobs.

I love burger king, but I don't know why this one has to be so consistently terrible. Forgotten items on orders is this location's culture, its not mistakes here and there. They won't answer the phone, the food is cold, and they're slow with bad attitudes.

This has to be one of the worst slow food places in Texas. Noticed I said slow because their is nothing fast about this place. And the people they have working could be so much better. Half of them can't understand basic English. I would love to see how their interview process works. My advise would be stay away until you see a under new management

Terrible place. Just went there tonight, ordered number 8 on the menu plus an extra chicken sandwich and a side of large fries. Came out with 1 chicken sandwich, 1 fish sandwich, 1 small fries, the only thing that came out correctly was the drink. Also, we got charged for the extra fries and chicken sandwich. My family and I have been given the wrong orders consistently everytime we've been there, workers are lazy and rude. Customers shouldn't have to be constantly checking if their order is right or wrong, this should be the job of the employees. Also this place that's supposed to close at 12 was already shutting down around 10. This place deserves to shut down.

I ordered some burgers and asked for some mini shakes and tacos. They said they were out of tacos and didn't sell mini shakes anymore when it was still on the menu, and before I got to order I was waiting at the voice box for 10 minutes before a employee answered. Then it took 20 more minutes to get my food. About total for 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru.

Management ALWAYS argues about coupons, staff is always short handed and in a foul mood and generally dumber than a sack of hammers, food notoriously cold. Can't understand how this place is even open but DO understand why the parking lot is empty

The cashier was friendly however the cook was loud and disrespectful. She was complaining about the customers being “hungry” and ordering too much. She shouldn’t embarrass them for ordering 6 items. That’s normal especially if it’s to feed other people. She needs to learn workplace manners. Never coming here again

This is just the worst Burger King location anywhere. I love Burger King, but this location has had a problem with every order I have ever placed and I only keep going back because they are so close to me.Never again. I even tried door dash today and they cancelled the order.

Very little to none regarding guest service. The Latina manager was told the Dr Pepper did not have a spout on it because it squirted all on my clothes and the A/W wasn't working. I expected her to apologize and attend to it. That didn't happen even after 10 minutes of sitting there waiting on my coffee that they didn't have ready. So I got up and took the A/W sprout off since ut wasn't working and traded it with the Dr Pepper.

Unbelievable small "burgers" that look and taste completely unhealthy. I even didn't know until now that such small buns existed! What I remember about Burger King is that it really was the king of burgers, sizzling grilled meat and fresh and big grilled buns. What I bought yesterday looked more like those toy plastic "burgers"! Tasteless and ridiculous! What a shame! I'd rate "0".

Their grill was broken and I was told it would be 15 or more minutes to cook 1 burger. Needless to say I left especially since I was attempting to feed my family of 4. The person working the window was less then friendly but I'd imagine they had to explain and deal with people less friendly than I was for the day. The assistant manager was very kind and apologetic.

The people who own this Burger King should be embarrassed, this place is a disgrace! You're employees, if they can speak English, could care less what type of customer service they are providing, or what quality of food they are serving. Shouldn't be too long before the doors on this place are closed! President and CEO Guillermo Perales should sell this franchise to someone who actually cares about the people of Wylie!

Walked in and didn't see a single staff member in the back. Ordered and waited like 15 minutes. The drink fountain had TWO drink choices that worked. Then the staff all went back to wherever they were hiding and hanging out at. Dirty lobby with no one in it. We now know why it was deserted when we pulled into the parking lot.

They rush you at the drive thru window, constantly asking "Will that be it? Will that complete your order? You done?" as if you were the biggest inconvenience that's happened in their lives. They all have this dead look in their eyes, and hardly acknowledge you at the window. The only reason they make eye contact with you is so they can snag the payment out of your hands. I have NEVER gotten napkins or ketchup in my bag. i know working at fast food must suck, but why make everyone else miserable?

Very bad experience here multiple times. They close their drive through windows and speakers way too early. I was there around 9 20 and their dine in and drive thru was closed. I drove around this location twice and luckily i saw this young guy inside. I knocked the door and he said only drive thru is open. I again drove to it, and still their speaker was off. I then drove to pickup window where i waited for someone to show up. This lady came and she looked and sounded totally drunk. Worst BK employees I've ever seen.

My biscuit was burnt and old and when I asked for a new biscuit I was told it would be 10mins. I said ok I’ll wait only to be told 1 min later by a manager that she made the biscuit in the morning and all the biscuits were like that. So instead of making my biscuits she was more willing to give me my money back. Terrible customer service.

Wow… PLEASE Trust the reviews. If I could give a ZERO rating I would….Worst experience at a fast food restaurant… Food was so old the onion rings crumbled. Chicken nuggets were hard as rock… Our entire order was wrong and half was missing. This place needs to be shut down or have a whole new staff. Seriously disgusting. Don’t waste your money or time. It’s sad how people can serve food to customers knowing it’s been sitting for hours and it’s THAT bad.

I went to try the New Spicy Chicken Sandwich first the worker said "hold up" then I order a meal. The wait was about 5 to 7 minutes then hand me a bag with just the Sandwich in there and walk away I have to honk to get their attention so I can get my meal. Go home the fry he gave me, I was better off not getting them tasted like cardboard then the chicken was barley cook. Sandwich tasted bad horrible rating.

I went to this location and ordered 3 regular cheeseburgers a double qp king and 4 orders of fries. I got to the window and was told it was exactly $15 which I pad in cash with 3 $5 bills and did not get a receipt. I'm pretty sure the kid working the window just pocketed the money. I was asked to pull forward and there was another car in front of me that had already moved forward. We were the only 2 customers there inside or out. After waiting about 10 minutes the car in front of me just drove away. I finally got my order and when I got home it was disgusting like it had been sitting for quite a while. Soggy burgers and fries. I would think as long as I had to wait that they were making it fresh. It waz disgusting and I will never go to this location again and it's literally 2 minutes from my house.

Went there tonight to use our TMobile rewards for a free whopper. And the girl working there said she didn't know how to do that and that her manager was not there. How do you not know to just scan something in the app! And there was only 3 people working there tonight, one on the register, one for the drive thru and one cooking the food. Will not be back at this location. Went to the Garland Burger King and had no problems!

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Went for dinner here tonight at 5:15Pm. Just ordered the sandwich, which was a double whopper w cheese. Got home literally 8 minutes later, and my burger was barely warm, like it had been pre cooked. Worst Burger King I ever ate at, and I love Burger King.

I just paid $24 for two of the worst burgers I have ever tried to eat. The sodas were flat, the meat tasted bland, the fries and onion rings were un-eatable. Most of the meals went in the trash. On top of it all they had no receipt for me, they said it was broken. I can see why their are never any cars in the parking lot at the Burger King on 544 and 78 in Wylie. I would give it a minus rating if I could.

The staff was rude!!! Asked for fresh coffee was told to pull around and they would bring it out, after 2 mins no one came out went in to get coffee look at the coffee and they forgot to put the filter in, my coffee had grinds in it and look like they added water to fill the rest of the cup up. Then they had the nerve to argue with me about the coffee and did not want to give me my money back!!! I have had problems with them about stop breakfast early but gave them another chance but today was it ....I do not recommend this location!!!!

Would rate a zero if I could. Big dude with the headset on in there has no idea how to run a drive thru. Argued with us and made us 10+ minutes when he promised us 6 minutes. Such a shame coming from someone who also works in a drive thru store. Serious action needs to be taken. This isn’t the first time this Burger King has messed up our orders. They mess up a lot of people’s orders. Where is the owner?? I will be contacting corporate.

Horrible Management, Food was cold: Celina is who we spoke too when we called regarding our receipt that we did not receive through drive through. Our order had multiple meals that needed to be split up for pay back purposes, Celina finally answered the phone after it rang for over a minute laughing telling us if the order is correct there is nothing she can do for us and stated she was the manager but was very hesitant when we asked for meal totals so we could divide everything up ourselves. Regardless of any situation, being a manager of a business/company you take care of your customers as politely and respectfully as possible, in this case I feel it was far from it. We will never be back ever again. Get your crap together Burger King.

I have lived in the Wylie area for over 10 years and this Burger King might be the worst one I have ever been to. I am in the industry asa consultant helping local restaurants be more profitable and better customer service. I am completely surprised this Wylie location is still open. I am a fan of Burger King; went to it with my dad as a small kid. Loved it! Tried to order tonight and they were out of chicken and only had jr. whoppers available. No solutions; just we are out. Crazy!

My sandwich looked like it had been stepped on. I asked for a replacement. The kitchen staff stopped mopping the floor and put her gloves on. If I had not been watching, I would not have known she NEVER washed her hands after handling the mop bucket and mop!. I promptly asked for a refund and went to Whataburger! I'll never go back to this location.

The worst experience ever! Cold meat, hard bread, cold chicken nuggets, redipped fries. The only thing good was the fountain drink. Employees got mad and said that we should’ve asked for our food fresh. I will NEVER come back to this establishment again! Might as well eat dog food!

First I went through the drive through and ordered (my order was wrong) the person taking the order was rude and sounded like she would rather be anywhere but there taking my order. I proceeded to the window and received my drinks. The cups had run over when being filled and was still dripping when they handed them to me. I requested napkins for my hands and the outside of the cups and they acted as though the napkins would be deducted from their pay! My bill was $19 and change, the fries were cold, the two Whopper Meals were incorrect... so much for having it my way! When I walked inside all of the employees working were unkempt, the counters were dirty and smudges on all the windows. The employees were just standing around and that place really needed to be cleaned. The female working the window kept wiping her nose with her bare hand... UGH!!!!

wish zero stars were an option... Multiple horrible experiences, and today was the final straw. 20 minutes waiting at the window once we ordered and then they still couldn't get our order right. I had to actually park and go inside to finally straighten it out. Defeats the purpose of 'fast' food and convenience! Also they are consistently out of things that are on the menu. I mean every single time they are out of something, including one time they were out of chicken nuggets! This place deserves to go under and the Fries Restaurant Management group that apparently manages this location should get out of the business as clearly they have no idea what they are doing!!

Today is not the day, and I am not the one. She could either be the sorry owner, employee or manager, you can throw cou customer service skills & etiquette right out the door at this location. First, she got mad because I didn’t tell her that I had a coupon when she first took my order (that’s because I didn’t notice I had a coupon until I opened my wallet!) She said hastily “you should of told me u had coupon” & she slams window & begins shaking her head in disappointment, while talking to herself. Then, she gives me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea. I hand over back the tea and she became even more angry and said “we don’t have sweet tea” I’m asking why would you give me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea (it’s not like I have sugar readily available in my car or at home) All she had to do was be courteous & let me know they ran out of sweet tea. Heck, she could of offered sugar! There are a MILLION ways this situation could of went North. Yet instead, it goes South at this point, & she says “ok, I refuse to serve you” Wow, been going to this location for several years (never seen her before). They lost a great customer. She knows who she is. This happened on 12/1/22 shortly after 11am, drive thru.

When I went through the drive through I was their only customer at the time. After placing my order I waited about 20 minutes at the window. Finally I turned and looked inside to see what was happening. I saw someone who had the look of a hard-core drug abuser assembling my sandwich with her bare hands. I left without my food and you couldn't pay me to go back.

Horrible customer service cold and stale food nothing is fresh soda is just like water very unprofessional gave them a second try but it was worst then the first one never going back to this location very rude customer service not clean. Update; Gave them another try today because this is the only Burger King in Wylie but the service was worst then before young kids were roaming around inside not serious at all gave us incomplete order and extremely cold and stale Burgers and fries after 10-15 minutes of wait when I asked about the pie and the onion rings they said they don’t have onion rings. Please hire some grown ups or shut this place down.

Went through drive through this evening, none of lights were on so i couldnt read the menu. I ordered whopper combo and bacon king combo, both with onion rings. Drinks had almost no ice, onion rings were old and barely warm. Burgers received were 1 plain whopper and 1 impossible whopper, both cold. Did not get a receipt and had to look up their number. Called several times, no answer, no voice mail.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I placed an order online in the app. I chose this location since the map said it’s .1 miles closer than the other one on N. Garland Ave. Once I got here the line was kind of long, which I didn’t think much of since drive thru lines can be long during lunch time. However I waited in like 40+ minutes! It only took me 15 to get to the location. And I only get a 1 hour lunch. So yeah, I had to inhale my food in the car on the way back to work and was still late. I’m also STILL in line while writing this review!! Will never come back to this location. Advice- drive the extra distance for faster service.

My wife just came to the drive-through and was on the phone with me. Asked me what I wanted. I said a Oreo shake today September 28, 2024 at 8:15 – 8:25 PM last name williams when The woman on the microphone took her order she said can I add one more thing and the woman said what really rude and then after she said a Oreo shake, she said ma’am, did you hear me and the woman said I heard you very loud and rude and disrespectful and I keep trying to call the number and I’m not getting anybody on the phone, but I will continue to call because I don’t appreciate the way she talked to my wife. She had a long day at work. My wife is a police officer. If you check the camera she’s in a silver Kia. She’s in her police uniform. She works at the jail as a sheriff and she’s worked a double and she doesn’t deserve this type of treatment when she’s just trying to grab her something to eat if this person does not like her job, she doesn’t need to work there. And we will not be returning. We eat at Burger King only when we want fast food, which is not often but, we will not be eating at this Burger King anymore. I’d rather drive all the way to Plano or Allen.

When to Burger King on 544 and 78 last night.i never eat fast food but I was Hungary so i wanted to try it. I Walked right out. The place smelled like a sweet. I wanted to throw up. Not food enhancing at all. Maybe let people know the issue and apologize for the offensive oder. Won't be back

I wish I could post that video but it will not let me. my family and I had gone through the Burger King drive-through and I had looked up what time they closed before hand to make sure they would be open the time they closed is at midnight and we had got there about 10:50 and no one wanted to take are order

We’ve been coming here for years and always had great service until today. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude. She didn’t have a name tag on, so I don’t know her name. But judging from the other Google reviews this is a common problem with this location. Maybe that’s why their parking lot is usually empty. Why pay money to be treated poorly by someone? There’s dozens of restaurants right around this place. Spend your money somewhere that actually treats their customers nicely.

We went to drive thru today thinking it would be fast since we are the second car to order. That was such a big mistake! We had rehearsal at 1pm at the school and wanted to take a quick bite before heading to rehearsal. We got there at 12:45pm and there was only one car in front of us. We ordered 2 fries and 2 order of nuggets. The casher took our money and left. We're thinking she's getting our food. 10min pass and she's still not back. I had to honk to get someone to the window. I asked for a refund because we don't have time to wait. She came back and said we are not the only customers in line. It be nice to let us know that they are making food for everyone at the SAME TIME that is why the service is super slow. We arrived late for rehearsal and got points deducted. We will never ever go back to this BK!! As for other customers stay clear of of this BK. There's other BK that treat there customers with respect!

We LOVE Burger King! So we heard the Wylie location was finally under management so tried it again. It has always been awful and the customer service nonexistent. Well, my burger was so overcooked and dry, I couldn't eat it. My husband's chicken sandwich appeared to be undercooked and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, they were completely empty. I guess we will continue to drive out of own town to another location.

I would not waste your time with this location. It is always something. I went at 9 pm a couple weeks ago and there was a 16 year old kid cooking and running the drive through. He said he was the only one there. Today (12/3/21) I went at 1015 am, there was one truck in front of me and no one behind me. When I pull up to order someone says welcome to burger king order when your ready. I start ordering and another voice says I'm sorry we are on break until 1130. I say ok and go to drive through. Nope had to wait for the dude in front of me to receive his food. I would say right now you have about a 10-15% chance to get your food in a timely manner. I dont know if it's poor management or what. Also there have been plenty of times when I am the only one in the line and they ask me to pull up and wait for my food. Just bad customer service. I won't be returning.

I have never written a review on here before, so that just goes to show why I'm giving a one star review. Went there for lunch thinking it would be fast since I only want a 30 minute lunch break. New hire is working the register, skips me in the line order. I bring it to attention at the 15 minute waiting mark, since I now need to get my order to go. Takes another 10 minutes to get my order. My frustration is clear, so the cook tells me "ill put two patties on it." I say thanks, and feel a little better, at least they are trying, I get it. Get back to my office, see that there are no pickles on the burger, the thing I was looking forward to the most, and I have a small fries when I ordered the med combo. Didn't even finish the meal due to time constraints and because I wanted to work to take my mind off the frustration. I get that the cashier and the cook may have been new hires, but I will always remember this a my worst experience at a fast food place to date. The one doing the drive through orders sounded very competent though, going the extra mile to pick up the slack.

I haven't been to this Wylie location in 2 years and it is still the same. If I could rate it zero I would. We ordered two whoppers a double whopper and two large fries. Both whoppers were made wrong and they didn't even include the double whopper. My husband had to go back and get it. This is why we stopped going there but since we had finished a basketball game with grandson we thought we would give it a try because we were hungry. We will definitely not be giving them our business ever again. So disappointed nothing has changed in two years. Still making them wrong and still not putting everything you ordered in the bag.

⭐ Absolutely Appalling Wait Time! I placed an online order at this Burger King location and was told to expect a quick pickup, as is the entire point of ordering ahead at a fast-food restaurant. Instead, I was forced to wait for an unbelievable 45 minutes for my food to be prepared. A 45-minute wait for a mobile order is completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that is supposed to be "fast." My time is valuable, and this level of incompetence and slow service is a complete failure of the online ordering system and the store's operations. I will not be returning to this location and strongly advise others to save their time and money. There is absolutely no excuse for making a customer who has already paid and ordered in advance wait this long. Do better, Burger King. There is no option to give 0 starts that why go with one

There was a language barrier from the very beginning that made it difficult to order. It took 10 minutes to order 3 meals; 2 large Brisket burgers with no mayo, 1 with an extra patty and a kids cheeseburger. The soda machine was low on carbonation so the drinks were flat. The brisket burgers at $12.99 are a joke. There’s hardly any “brisket” on each one and the brisket in question is exactly like that microwaveable “Lloyds BBQ” “meat”. It’s pretty much just a nasty bbq meat paste. We were the only people inside the lobby and our food still came out like warm. The cheese was still cold and not even melted. The fries were not edible as they were over salted. Definitely not a well spent $35.37.
