I didn’t read the comments or reviews before ordering 🤦🏾‍♀️, but I feel satisfied somehow. They sent my order wrong but the delivery guy was very professional & helped me contact the company when he saw I was pregnant I was able to get the pizza I originally wanted (it was a craving) so even tho it’s a lil burnt I don’t care it tasted good at least I was able to satisfy my craving 😋 so I’m grateful that the manager and delivery guy were so professional & understanding they made my night. (It’s true they be hanging up the phone lol)

I think that they have the best pizza from all the chain pizza places. They just need to improve service.

This place is pretty rough and they do need new management. But I'm not going to be super mean and give them 1 * like a lot of the others. What they need to do is hire better workers. Maybe management doesn't train them correctly I really don't know. But they really should get the national people in to train management so that management can train the workers. I want this to be a better Domino's because the pizza is good but the customer service and issues a lot of people have been having is not.

They deliver til like 2am. That's why they get 3 stars. The reason they don't get 5 stars is: I live two minutes up the block according to google maps, but for some reason when the tracker says out for delivery, it takes an additional 20-30 mins to get to me. I've called whenever that happens (which is like 3/5 times) and I've gotten two excuses they use interchangeably, the driver should be there any minute or we're behind and the driver will pick up your food when he returns from his last delivery. Food has come cold so many times, there was once a piece of plastic in a bread bowl pasta, they forget sauces all the time, they've forgotten my soda. I mean, it's kinda a mess over there. But again, I like dominos and they deliver late so I'll keep ordering here, I just lower my expectations. Oh and I've written to corporate once with a complaint and got a $10 gift card so that was nice.

The food is good but they almost always forget the sauces. They are better than other domino's because they sometimes answer their phones. I don't get why I'm getting charged an extra 3 dollars for handmade pan pizza when it is medium when using the 3 or more for 5.99. Also I ordered a stuffed cheesy bread and was charged an extra 1.30 for a dipping cup.

I stopped ordering from dominos a long time ago because there was always too much bread and never enough sauce. Since the big comeback with all the marketing claiming to be better, I ordered delivery. DONT BOTHER!! the young lady who answered the phone was too tired to explain the menu and when i got my so called chicken parm sandwich, there was four little pieces of Chicken that didn't even cover the bread. When I called to complain, she answered the phone and she passed the phone to her manager. Will never call again.

Took them 20mins to make my order. They told me to wait 5-10 mins, I did. Then when I went to pick it up the guy said the person never placed my order so I had to wait another 10mins. I waited and went back after to pick up my order and was given 2 orders of the meal because of the inconvenience of the wait.

I have no problems with my local store but I find that every time I order through the Android app I am never credited with points even though my order is always over $10. This is frustrating at best.

I've ordered before and had minor problems. Like no utensils or missing salad dressing. However Friday I ordered pizza for my family total came up to $18.39 however the driver decided to tip himself $4 without my permission matter fact I never even seen a receipt or signed from when I orderr from my debit card online. Where I'm from that's called stealing. I can't walk into dominos and walk out with food I'd be arrested. I called the store early around 9 and kept getting the run around only to call back at 3 to be given a number to corporate that didn't work.

Food is warm when delivered however, you must always check for the correct order that was delivered. I never get the correct order right and it takes them over an hour to deliver after 5pm from Wednesday to Saturday. Delivery drivers do not deliver to your door if you are in a building so you are better off picking up food elsewhere!

You never know what to expect when you order from this place. I've had completely burnt pizza, rock hard brownies and undercooked chicken from them. Once it was so salty I couldn't even eat it. They never get the order right, but they are the only place that delivers late at night. Word of advice don't order the brownies. They are always burnt. Plus they always take 2-3 hours for delivery. *UPDATE* So I decided to give them a couple more tries. They must have more drivers cause delivery time is better but the Brownies have gotten worse! Just look at the pictures of what they sent me! At least the pizza was good.

Just had to deal with the most obscene driver. The food being delivered wasn't even mine. She had the nerve to curse and yell when we tried to get her to move because she was blocking our driveway as we tried to get in. She was parked there for about 30 minutes.

This place is the worst I ordered my pizza and I have been waiting for at least a hour or even two they do not even pick up the ph!! Also most of the times the staff is very rude and may also so curse at you sometime I hope this place get shut down and we can get a better store such as Pizza Hut!!

Don't get me wrong the food is great but that's only when they actually get my order correct which is like 2% of the time. The employees are rude as well as the managers! The place is filthy and the employees are always on their phones! Even the delivery driver was completely rude and disrespectful the way he handed me my pizza and took the money! It's digestion and something needs to be done! I love dominos but I'm never going here again! Even if that means driving to the one on central or the bronx!

If I can give this place a negative zero I would. The employees are incompetent and lack customer service. Not only are they rude, they can not speak proper english and have the nerve to be irate over the phone with customers that are generating monies in their pocket. The food has fallen off. If you order a pan pizza it looks like a hand toss. Visit the location on the other side of the town on Tuckahoe Road. This place sucks.

I ordered back in Nov 2016. I ordered two pizza's and some cinna stixs with an additional icing. One of the pizza's was not what I ordered and they gave me no icings for my cinna stixs saying they were all out. How in the heck can I eat cinna stixs without the icing?? I told them give me my money back an they did after 10 minutes of yelling on the phone to them. Its been 8 months since and I decided to try again. The same fool messed up my order again. I wanted pepperoni and they gave me cheese. The people there are incompetent. The drivers both times were very nice and got out of their cars and came to my door. Don't order here unless you want something different than what you ordered .

They never answer the phone. If They do answer it it will only be to put you on hold and never pick it back it. Food comes cold if it ever comes at all. Placed a delivery order after 2 hours i canceled the order. They called me saying the food was outside an hour after that.

Delivery guy is horrendous! Couldnt find my apartment and I live just a few blocks away. My fiance went downstairs and saw the delivery guy parked about a block away with his hazards on and told him to turn around and the guy didnt understand. I called and asked for a refund and the manager insisted that I wait while he speaks to the delivery guy. Horrible delivery guy!

This is the third and final mistake . I will never order from any domino's "restaurant" 471 mclean ave yonkers N.Y. We recived our order quickly but missing the main item pazta bowl.. After we called it took 40 minutes for the wrong item to be delivered. Staff on phone was apologetic but we were told we couldn't get a refund. Waste of time and money.

The driver would not bring the food to my door he was scared of the black people smoking weed on my porch. Wow they charge a delivery fee but won't deliver the food. This people are rasict if you are too scared to be delivering in the hood best move out boy. Yonkers N.Y. is apparently a bad city but I've spent most of my life in the country And I'm white but I was able to walk past all the people the driver was scared of and they didn't hurt me or even say a single word. The funny part was he used the excuse he can't double park his car 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 pathetic I'm never ordering from them ever in my life

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I gave it a one star since i need to pick something before i can actually post. customer service over the phone suck no manager or supervisor on the floor i order mild wings and they send me barbecue when i call to get this redelivered i was told the next time i order i can get something free :/ ummmm ok however i paid for an oder that was wrongly delivered and not what i wanted i dont eat bbq sauce so how is it i have to now wait for the next time i order smh. with tht said domino sorry but this branch fails you all the time!!

This was the worst representation of the brand i ordered a pizza online it was different from what i ordered and spicy but i ordered a sweet type of pizza. im guessing they no longer want my business. I left as hungry as i came. I never got a recipe i love the location in park slope this one failed me.

The worst Domino's ever. I think the corporate office need to pay this store a visit because they are not representing the brand very well. Staff needs to be trained in customer service. If I should rate this store they will definitely get a negative behind the zero

very bad customer service and experience! I felt embarrassed for my guests! They lied to me twice about my order until I had to cancel and they try to blame me for the delay... like how? First they say order is on the way and that app is not accurate, then they say it hasn’t deliver because of a number error... impossible! very disappointed!

There pizza taste like cardboard I ordered 3 pies & called & spoke to Nelson the manager & told him about how horrible the pizza tasted he says there was nothing he could do about it!! This is my second time having issues with this location I thought a year later maybe they would’ve gotten it together! Guess I was wrong. Terrible service terrible attitudes just so unprofessional.

Would give 0 starts if I could since I waited over an hour for my order. When I call the store, the "manager" tells me that they called my phone number which they had WRONG. Afterwards they switch the story to the order not being in their system. So then they tell me they are no longer delivering, so I'd have to pick up the order! Terrible service would not recommend..

Food was ok but I always have a problem with the delivery person they never want to bring the food to my door. Always say there’s no parking and say I have to go down to get the food and when I get there there are always parking spaces. I’m a single parent of a 7&2 years old it’s not easy for me to carry my kid downstairs and then carry the food back up.

I feel betrayed because they did not give me my sauces, I simply asked for two ranch sauces and two blue cheeses. How can u forgot about that and i open my wings in both boxes think im going to have sauce and guess what THERE WAS NO SAUCE.smh.

I don't know how but my tracker says they made 3 pizzas cinnamon bread and lava cakes in 3 mins then it was out for delivery 10 mins later but yet it took almost 45 mins to get the food??.. on top of that they forgot the lava cakes and when those finally made it to my door they were cold. worst experience ordering with dominos.

They are very unprofessional to the point where it's ridiculous. I placed an order at around 9:00 pm, now it's 12:39am and still no delivery. I called them plenty of times and they said it was on the way, but it's been 3 hours. Now I'm calling them again and they won't pick up the phone. So now I have to get my money back.

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered my food and it took them 2 hours and when I called I got two different stories about why my food hadn't arrived then they had the nerve to ask why we wanted to cancel. Horrible service

Worst BBQ wings I ever had. They were plain colorless, not properly cooked wings with a spoon of BBQ sauce on top of barely 2 wings. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. On top of that, the delivery guy was rude and disrespectful telling me I took too long to open the door. Never again. Im done with Dominos.

Order placed was partially incorrect. On first call to the store I was hung up on. Second call the man proceeds to yell saying he knows what he made, despite the box I have bein labled incorrectly to what was inside. Not ordering from this location again. Sad because the delivery driver Blake was so polite!

Pizza here is horrible. The only reason I ordered here was because the Dominos that I usually order from on Tuckahoe (which is amazing) wasnt doing carryout only delivery. But next time I'd rather wait instead of ordering here. This is the second time the pizza here was a fail and it wont happen again trust. I'll stick to what I know. Terrible service, needs to do better! The lack of care and time they put into ensure customers have the right food and products that come with there food is Intolerable. Manager John is very rude and unprofessional. Which is total uncalled for after two mistakes on the store in two days in a row. I’m a constant customer but you will lose my business which such careless management.

Indian guy who answered the phone lied to me and told me my delivery was on its way and didn’t even know my information. Called late, but all I asked was for honesty if my order was actually coming and was told it was. Waited hours never came. At least have the decency to be honest about things.

Messed up my order, had to drive back (which I’ll admit I should have checked knowing Dominos since they always screw up) they asked me to wait ten minutes to remake the proper order, after twenty minutes I asked for a refund and got shrugged off/ignored and was asked to wait a little longer, then was told there was a mixup and to wait a little longer again, after thirty minutes I asked for a refund again and was ignored. Was in there for 40 minutes for 8 pieces of wings. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous. On top of the fact I could barely understand them because they spoke only half English and the ones that sounded like they spoke English mumbled/slurred. OH and you guys need to update your credit card system. Kid asked for my zip code and it wouldn’t work even though this card is used daily and I’m always asked for the zip code and it has never changed, forcing me to have to get cash. I seriously don’t even know how dominos is still around. I only got it because I haven’t had it in a while and didn’t feel like cooking. Clearly you guys have not improved at all over the years. Sad.

Every time I order the pizza is either undercooked or burned. They order me a free pizza and think that is the solution. I ordered 5 pies today. They all arrived burned, uncut & cold. 5 pies and when I called to ask for a refund the “manager” did not want to have that conversation. Literally the worst experiences with dominos I have ever had come from this store specifically.

Pizza is disgusting and so are their pasta dishes. MY mother and family friend ordered and we received burnt cardboard pizza and chicken pasta and it gave them food poisoning.

Manager named “Sacar” literally had us wait 2 hours. I ordered at 10pm no one answered until 12am & the manager said “one of drivers got in an accident & i don’t have enough drivers” We read this on a review while he was on the phone & we know he lied saying someone got in an accident. (by the reviews) I told him, “don’t be sorry. Be mindful & call your customers, stop taking orders & manage the store by not completing orders & finding a way to let customers know” He then told us we’d get our food apx around 2 am- they close at 3am. I’m not sure if it’s new management or key holder, but this is sad

Pizza was cold , it’s very unprofessional to deliver pizza three hours late , who waits for pizza for three hours? , I ordered at 9pm and the delivery guy left dominos at 11:01 pm , I live literally very closely which is only a 5-10 minute drive from the This location. I could have picked up my pizza but I am pregnant and cannot go outside due to the conditions which is why I ordered. Do you know what time the delivery guy arrived? Kevin Mejia arrived at exactly 11:33 . They said they would not be doing contact delivery so I left a note for him to leave it behind my screen door , yet he still tried to me that they were not doing door to door service so that means that I would have to go outside and have contact with him, he was very rude and very late I trust that you adress this issue. Pizza was squashed on the inside, with a ton of sauce which I specifically asked for them not to put my pizza was burnt all around the crust I’m not even hungry any more . I had to reheat all of my food . I have pictures . This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Also called to discuss this before putting in this complain but they didn’t answer. Oh yeah and how did I ask for a cheese pizza and a Olivea magically appeared on it , my niece is allergic to olives I am so lucky I seen it before I gave it to her . Honestly thought it was burnt crust. Disgusting where can I post pictures , because atleast make the pizza worth the wait , and it was nasty , nasty delivered, nasty made. The delivery guy really has a lot of nerve and is extremely disrespectful. I gave you a pre-paid tip, sir. If you can't come into the building, fine. But how dare you, when I've barely had time to get my shoes on to meet you, start calling me to demand why I'm taking so long to get downstairs?! "Why am I taking so long?" YOU are the delivery guy, not me! YOU got the tip, not me! And now you're making demands? When I confronted him on this, he told me that I sounded rude. It was like being in the twilight zone. Delivery driver did not know how to get to my location, and as I was trying to explain he hung up the phone on me. I repeatedly called the store numerous times. And after calling for a 6th time the store finally answers and they said they couldn’t help me because the store was closed. They took my money and refused to help me with my order. Thanksgiving Hell: After placing an order through the app it told me it was complete at 11:37pm. After waiting an hour I called to hear they only have one driver during the holiday. After another hour I called again to get the same excuse and it’s “on it’s way”. The beauty of all this is that they offered to cancel my order if I felt the wait was too long. Now I’ve passed that place plenty of times when I use to drive in the area. All I ever saw were drivers hanging out at the 7/11 not delivering a thing. I get it’s thanksgiving but measures should be taken. Especially when one customer is 10mins by car. I’d go myself by I no longer have a car and it’s currently 2am and still waiting. I’m tweeting Dominos and putting this on blast.

I ordered pizza and wings. The wings were NOT cooked all the way. They were still pink on the inside. I was advised to ask them to double cook them next time. Ummm shouldn’t they be cooked right the first time? That’s a health and safety issue. I will NOT be ordering from here again and if you care about you or your family you should’nt either.

471 Mclean Ave. 234 reviews and it has a 1.9 rating. The lowest you can give is a 1, therefore the real rating is 0.9!!!! The store is horrible. Everyone in the store should be fired. They only get my order correct maybe two out of ten times. The latest they didn't even deliver even though the Dominoes tracker said they did, and even charged my credit card. Dominoes corporate has given me at least 15 coupons for free pizzas (which I've never used) I just want them to get my orders right! Imagine a hundred curse words here, because that's how I feel.

Don't try calling. I called standing inside the store and watch as these morons walk pass the phone like it wasn't ringing.WTF is the phone number advertised if it won't be answered? Dirty hands, unsanitary looking people with their mitts touching my food??.. no way bro-zay. However, the plus is that this place inspired me to start making my own pizza at home!! Go there late night and peep for yourself. I stopped going here 7 months ago. I got another location I go to 23x better and cleaner. This location should be demolished, removed, replaced, seriously, of the above.

I ordered online but I should have just went and picked the damn pizza up in person. They took FOREVER I swear. Beyond an hour and a half which is unbelievable! They must be understaffed but either way it’s inexcusable I Am never ordering online at this location. Truly and without a doubt very dissatisfying a customer should not have to wait so long. This is the worst dominos store ever. They need to be shut down immediately! The communication service sucks & the delievery people suck. It always take a hour more for your food to be delievered and there's always something wrong with the order. Also they never want to get out of the car to deliever it to the door. So this time they forgot to bring my soda and the deliever guy said he'll go back to the store and deliver it. I called them about 10 times and they didn't answer so I called from a different number and they answered right away. Not only was they ignoring my calls from my phone because they know they made a mistake and didn't want to fix it they said they couldn't deliever the soda. This store is just terrible. 1 star for me. I'd give them a negative 5 if I could.

In a pinch their pizza is okay! The Brownie Cookie thing is usually burnt. The drivers are rude and when they arrive here they call me to tell me they are here and expect me to go downstairs to meet them. I live in a building with an elevator but I have a disability that makes it difficult to get shoes on let alone walk down to meet them. The manager told me a couple of months ago that if I mention that I need a driver to come up they will send one. Well, tonight I did that and had the rudest driver yet. I usually give a decent tip but tonight the driver got no tip and I told him why. He gave some song and dance about someone being attacked over here last night. I haven't heard anything about that but it was (and still is) daylight when I placed my order today! Guess I will be trying out Papa John's next time.

If you order online and choose the option contactless delivery; please know that the option does not exist! This location never delivers to the door if you reside in an apartment building. The delivery vehicles are never equipped with the domino's sign on top that will allow double parking for deliveries. It is extremely inconvenient and misleading.

All I ordered was Chicken Alfredo and a Philly Cheesesteak and not only did the food take 2 hours to arrive, they messed up the order. I ordered the pasta normal and I got a bread bowl, and the Cheesesteak had burnt cheese all inside the sandwich.

I order two pies and the crust was burnt around the entire perimeter. I am so disappointed in myself for not checking the reviews prior to order, as there are so many complaints about burnt orders. Needless to say, there will not be another opportunity to serve me this trash. I wish I had taken a photo before throwing it away. P.S. I was forced to give a star, just to post a review.

This place should be shut down. They messed my order and when i called back the guy was rude and told me that i will be getting what messed up on in 30 minutes and when i saw the time it was an hour that passed. I called again and he told me that the guy will be bring my food in 5 minutes. The guy never showed. This guy was lying the whole time. He should get fired and if he owns the franchise they should close it down. If someone from corporate reads this please do something about it.

Dropped the uncovered dough on the floor and picked it up and brought it in! DON'T EAT HERE Ive waited 7Hrs For my food prior only to find out the reason the phone number wasn't working bc they unplugged the phone on purpose!

Some of their staff dont have common sense. I accidentally ordered 2 bread twist which was my fault. When i went there they said they will take the extra one away which was nice of them. So naturally i thought i would only be paying for one . Turns out that even when they take one away i would still have to pay for both. Bad logic!!!!!.

I saw that this location had poor reviews, but still decided to order pie and wings from here. Big mistake! The delivery guy came quick—too quick. Turns out we received the wrong order. I had to call him so he could come back and pick it up. As he left he said that he was going to return with the right order but never came back. When I tried to rectify this issue, I got caught playing phone tag with the store and the driver. The store said that the driver was bringing the correct order; the driver kept telling me to contact the store....? After some of this back and forth, the store finally agreed to make over my order and promised to send it out quickly. However, when I called almost an hour later, the employee who answered me call let me know that my order STILL hadn’t been sent out. I just ended up cancelling. Waste of two hours. I understand that things might be a tough because of COVID-19, but this was too much!

They are very rude when you call. Once u order and they know it’s you calling back they Pick up the phone when they feel like it. & Almost always forget the dipping sauces. Wish this wasn’t my local store. Sometimes the pizza arrives dry, like you can tell it’s not fresh and it’s been sitting there. I worked at 2 pizza restaurants before so I can tell u for a fact that when someone cancels an order they don’t throw it away, if someone canceled a cheese pizza and u order a bacon pizza they simply throw bacon on it & more cheese and re bake. That’s exactly how my pizza looked last time I ordered. Thankfully I submitted photos and reported this to corporate and someone got back to me. They need to do a better job managing.even the wings are always dry, they barely put any sauce. Even if u call and request them well done they don’t follow instructions.

This is the worse Domino’s location! We ordered at 4pm and we still haven’t received our order at 8:20PM. The workers, including the manager, gave us attitude and the driver lied about trying to deliver. Not only did he never ring our bell, but he never bothered to call. Don’t waste your time or money! Find another (better, more reliable) pizza place! Btw, we never did get our order!

This place used to be good with deliveries and now they’re just HORRIBLE. I believe there is new management. I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours. The pizza never came. When I finally got in contact with the store the guy said that the driver had called me multiple times which is a lie because I have not received one call from any employee from this location. They should just close this store all together!

Received the wrong order in delivery. They only offered to give me store credit for a mistake they made. I insisted I get the order I actually wanted and he kept putting me on hold. I had to offer to pick it up myself…wish there was a way I could get back my tip since I ended up leaving the house to get my own food anyway

I ordered a pizza and wings from this location only to be disappointed. Since I watched the tracker available online I know that my food sat outside of the oven for an hour before I was delivered. As expected it arrived cold and quite gross. Also there’s a $5.99 delivery fee. I would assume that if you are charging for the service of delivering that you would ensure it’ll arrive in a timely manner but, I was mistaken.

I have been ordering from this location for years and delivery time have been excellent. Until a few weeks ago and specially today. On the phone app it stated that delivery was 53-60 mins. I called before I placed the order and asked the reason for the extended or abnormal waiting time (1 hour), the female staff that answered the phone was honest enough and mentioned that the culprit was the lack of delivery staff. I accepted and ordered online knowing the waiting time. However, 2 hours elapsed and I decided to call to track it, the staff said they called me to deliver it... I find it awkward as I am sitting in my living room where I have 6 feet bay windows and paying attention to any traffic outside and cellphone on my hands. I could/would accept any excuses BUT stating that they called me and I didn’t pickup the call and didn’t deliver because of it, that’s very irresponsible and fallacious. Never mind that My kids and wife were waiting for it... constantly asking me for the delivery status and me constantly looking to the cellphone. Let’s assume they called and I didn’t pick the call, how many calls do they perform? I detest the fact that a liar stated that I didn’t pick up. Domino’s Pizza, you are deleted from my phone due to a bad service and because of a liar. Accept the mistake and keep earning a customers trust... while doing it, don’t let the customer go.

This place just called me to cancel my order because I’m not in their “delivery zone” meanwhile they are literally 5 minutes down the street and I’ve ordered from this location many times. Lost my business forever.

Last night I did a phone order of two medium pizzas and a side order of garlic knots. I didn't want to medium pizzas, I wanted a Large (Half Pepperoni, Half Hawaiian) They suggested that if I bought two mediums it would be cheaper for me. Next, I wanted to have it delivered because I have a 9 month old baby in the house and I can’t go out. The representative said if I choose delivery it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes but, if I picked it up it could be ready in 15. I decided to go because it was already pass 10 and that meant I would have dinner by midnight. When I got home what a surprise. It was the worst pizza I’ve had. It really tasted like it was baked in the morning and was just sitting there. The flavor was not up to standard . I am very disappointed. I would never order again from this location.

Very bad customer service they do not wash their hands before they start making your pizza and the guys will pick up the phone does not even speak English and explain to you. What are you getting for your money when you get over there he had $10 on my bill and ask him what is that for he said taxes my order was $20 I was going to have $10 taxes on a $20 order. I didn’t like it when I told him that and I just walked away

I had a wonderful experience with the girls working there but the other guy there is extremely rude. I had my old phone number connected to the order and didnt realize it. An hour or so past and it said it was delivered but i never got it. The apartment number is on the order and the delivery guy was buzzed in. I called to correct it and he said you has the wrong number so he has the delivery driver come back which doesnt make since. He was really rude and hung up on me before we could even finish the conversation. I never write reviews, but ive spent a lot of money at this store and dont appreciate their lack of customer service.

This place has people working who obviously don't like their job. Delivery service is terrible. They deliver food super slow. Food comes to you cold since driver is running his errands instead of doing his job. The tracker stated that my food was delivered yet it didn't arrive and neither did the driver call to inform me as to what's going on. They only care for tips! And don't make an effort to deliver on time. Very unprofessional and this location should be closed! Do yourself a favor and spend your money someplace else unless you want your food to be arriving late, mishandled and cold.

They take 2 hours to deliver 2 miles away.. Edit: They said not enough drivers last time I ordered so I ordered for pick up.... So from Delivery to carry out you save 30 minutes. Let me say that again. I ordered at 8pm and I've been at this store since 8:30. It's 9:30 and I do not have the food I ordered yet. Stay away from this place. If you could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a pizza and they never came to deliver it. I called over and over to confirm delivery.. they told me the driver was on the way. My doorbell never rang, they never called me to tell me they weren’t going to deliver my order. The last time I called, the delivery person told me “there’s no way you’re getting your pizza.” Don’t bother ordering from here. They’re rude and unprofessional. They haven’t even refunded me for my order.

Update: was promised a refund and it was never given. It’s just such a bad location. Drivers don’t want to come to your door whilst other drivers will; the staff gives fictitious names and they all say that they are managers to avoid getting into trouble. The driver argues with me on the line about delivering contactless to my door, absolutely no manners. Marked the order as delivered and left! Tells the “manager” he didn’t want to get a ticket. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. He should be fired at all cost! If I didn’t remember this location was owned by JMC Holdings, I would have nobody to speak to at all. I’m out $40, no food and almost had nobody to talk to. I’m so disappointed. Make sure to call JMC Holdings LTD. if you have an issue, and speak with Dawn. The only person who speaks proper English and will hopefully resolve the order.

I came there for chicken wings and he proceeds to tell me it is mixed with boneless. How you expect me to pay extra for half of what I want. They only got 1 worker in there.

My kids love pizza, so against my better judgment, here we are again. This location is convenient since it shares a lot with a convenience store… and that’s honestly where the convenience ends. They never fail to disappoint. Orders are consistently wrong, customizations are treated like optional suggestions, and the food is delivered however fate decides that day. This time, my lava cakes arrived pre-smashed (bold choice), and my BBQ chicken pizza was… dough, chicken, and cheese. No sauce. At all. Just vibes. The entire pizza was a mysterious white-ish color. Which is impressive, considering BBQ sauce is usually red. Deductive reasoning — or simply reading the order — would’ve solved this. I don’t blame the driver, and kids are kids — they’ll eat anything eventually. But not before announcing it’s gross and “not what we ordered,” which… fair. One day I will learn my lesson and stop donating money to this consistently unprofessional establishment. Until then, please learn from my mistakes. Joke’s on me. 🍕🙃

I’ve had multiple issues with this Domino’s location, including my most recent carryout order. Even though I picked up my food on time, it was already cold when I got it. The pizza wasn’t cut properly, and several of the toppings I ordered were missing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened — it’s been a recurring issue with this store. Very disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy Domino’s. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves the quality and attention to detail.

If i could give zero stars i would, I called to inquire about my order because the courier seemed to be stuck, and i ordered through doordash so it advised you to call the store. I said hey i have an order coming to “my address” before I can finish dude cuts me off and says “yeah he’s coming bro”, so i continue and explain my issue then he repeats himself “yeah he’s coming bro” then hangs up on me.

Ordered a simple pie, arrived at 940pm to pick it up ( it was ready), one of the workers dropped another's customer's order on the floor then the 7 employees that were there ignored the rest of us that were there to pick up. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I walked out. Poorly ran ! Poorly trained employees.

First off the pizza is always delivered burnt & cold how idk & one time i ordered from here and the delivery driver gave my pizza to a random person without asking for the phone number instead of the name which anyone can say a name & steal pizza nowadays . Either that or my pizza was never delivered , horrible experience this place needs to do better.

One time i ordered from this store, i remember exactly that i ordered a small pizza and wings to make it cheaper but when the delivery came, there was no wings and i was confused the guy told me i should've ordered the special but why?? i still payed the guy but didn't get my wings.

It’s a shame that everytime I give this place another try I still end up with receiving burnt food this has been going on for years like what is the problem? I definitely recommend no one eat from here. Only thing I enjoyed was my 2 liter Dr.Pepper

Garbage. I constantly have to go back and fix my order. They don't even put toppings when you order extra. Please save your money and order from the Chinese food right across the street or go elsewhere for pizza. Do not continue to support this garbage and poorly ran business. Photos are of two items with "extra" steak. Sandwich doesn't have enough toppings, let alone steak, for even half of the sandwich.

Bacon in Chicken pizza. They sprinkled bacon pieces in my chicken pizza. If you don’t eat bacon, this Domino’s will for sure make you eat pork or bacon. When I inquired about it. The manager, some ‘Sam’ mentioned that he will replace it if I bring the pizza back to the store. No apologies, no concern, or nothing. Very rude and arrogant. With this incident, I am not sure about the food quality of this store. I wish I could report it to Food Safety. Stay away from this Domino’s.

I should of read the reviews before ordering they do know its you calling and they dont answer! This is terrible. Look what was brought to my door for my family to eat cold chicken and burn cookies. Disgusting omg never again.

Damn this is really sad. We earned a free pie and bought one more with cheesy bread.. and when the stuff arrived we went right in to start eating. When I lifted up my slice.. I noticed that they had used red marker and pen to do math on the inside of the box. Gross! The only reason I couldn't wait longer to eat is because I am pregnant and was too hungry to cook. it was already 11 pm. This was so disappointing and I wasnt able to enjoy it or finish eating it. No response from them and its been three days now. I've been ordering from them since I was a kid. Dunno where to get pizza now. Maybe pizza pizza since they have never let me down.

The worst pizza. "Waste of time ordering at this location". First time I received a wrong order. Second time I placed the order at 10:37pm. The order tracking status shows it is out for delivery at 11pm and I received a call at 11:35pm that they didnt prepare the order and they will not be delivering the order. (If they didnt prepare the order they shold have told me in around 10 mins of ordering but they informed me after an hour tht they will not be delivering the order ). After about a month or two, I gave it a try again and this time I received only half of the pizza(the one in the image)

Terrible staff. Horrible hygene. After waiting 40 minutes for my order got bit by mosquitos and got the wrong order in the end. Cashier was as rude as it gets. I asked for refund in the end and no food. Do not go here. I dont know how this place is still open.
