My favorite fast-food pit-stop after a hard day at school or work. It's a fast-food chain so the food is not exceptional, but it is always consistent. I love swinging by for a quick bite and the service is always quick and polite. If they ever make a mistake they always rectify it and try to throw in something extra. Always my go to place to grab a quick bite late at night.

Drive thru was prompt and accurate. Food good and as expected. Everything is good everytime I go.

The services quick, the restaurant seating area was updated a while ago. Yes, it's only fast food, but it's good for what it is. Use the app for good deals. Think outside the bun! Haha

The location is clean and appears to have been recently updated. Inside, you can either order from a person or an electronic touchscreen. There is a decently-sized parking lot whether you want to eat-in or grab-and-go. Alternatively, you can easily go through the drive-through. Either way, the food is prepared quickly and you can be on your way. The service is quick and friendly. The food lives up to the Taco Bell standard.

This is my local Taco Bell so I've been going for years. I find them to be consistent for the most part. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating inside, booths and seats. They keep it clean.

I have to say, whoever was working tonight (7/09) around 10pm, you guys did a fantastic job!!! Usually when I order from here, every taco is messy, thrown together and squished. It’s usually so messy and soggy I barely want to finish it. Tonight everything was prepared with care and it showed. To whoever the manager is - take note of these employees!

The staff here was very polite and attentive. Store was decorated with Halloween theme which I enjoyed. Staff happily switched out my drink order without question as the app did not offer the drink I wanted. I also overheard the staff work to correct another customers order. Although the customer had placed the order incorrectly, the staff politely explained where the error had occurred and how to avoid a similar issue in the future and adjusted the order to what the customer wanted. Good work team!

This Taco Bell location really impressed me. The food was fresh and tasty, the service was quick and polite, and the atmosphere was surprisingly clean and welcoming. Everything came out just the way I ordered it, and the staff kept things running smoothly even during a busy time. A great stop when you want something fast but still enjoyable.

The attitudes of the staff are always on point, i appreciate their warmth. the food is also always on point. sometimes they forget the sauces but thats just one small complaint. Staff here is always cool.

The food was amazing. My burrito was very warm and it was very full and my meal was very fulfilling. The workers were very, very kind to me and my younger cousin. I definitely recommend coming over here INSTEAD OF Nepperhan. The floors were a little sticky, but that’s minor to my experience. employees were very kind and this is definitely a place that I recommend going to.

I have taken my family to this Taco Bell many times on Sunday after church. It is typically not very busy on Sunday afternoons, and the dining area has options for booths, tables, or bar stool seating. They also have wheel chair accessible tables. I prefer the touch screen ordering stations, but they also have registers where staff can take your order at the service counter. They don't have as many options for fountain sodas as some fast food restaurants, but they do have some unique flavors like Baja blast and wild Cherry Pepsi that you can't find at most other places. The self serve condiment packets, utensils, and napkins are well stocked. The service was quick. The nacho fries weren't very crispy, but overall the food was prepared to a standard consistent with what I expect from a fast food restaurant.

This place is very clean. They don't have a breakfast menu in the past, but they do now. The staff is friendly. You can order Taco Bell from the Grubhub app. There are new items for a limited time. There was a Pizza Hut part of this place, but it's gone.

My 14 taco order was accurate and they gave me the correct amount of sauces. The drive through line was super long and I got my food quickly despite that. I find it to be a bit pricy for fast food.

A great location that stays open late, and now opens early for the breakfast menu items as well. A nice big room to sit inside if you want to stay. Parking lot fills with people at night for the drive through. Pretty on par with their orders. They also serve Pizza Hutt items as well as Taco Bell items at this location.

Food was good but this is based on service. We were in line for about 45 mins & when we finally were next to order the women was a bit rude. She couldn't hear us & just had an attitude about it but other than that I would come back it wasn't a deal breaker . .

Menu board needs bigger printing--hard to make out some descriptions . Counter staff notably helpful and patient, caring about accuracy. Unusual feature no tip jars. Two things of note: customers in Central Ave. location diverse, cordial toward each others' groups, and meticulous re cleanup. Bathroom very clean.

Great tacos .line was a bit long at the drive thru but it was worth the wait ..just be careful if u get a box with ur tacos inside because our carton box broke on the way inside the house and that was not fun !! The food remains consistent as a fast food chain, which is good. Prices have risen a bit, but I guess that has to do with inflation and whatnot. The staff sometimes mix up the orders but are quick to fix it.

Taco Bell isn't high end food; we all know that. It is what it is. That said, the current staff (as of 12/2019) at the site on Central Ave. do their best to ensure everything is prepared properly and no one is kept waiting too long. The woman working at the drive through greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was going before collecting payment! It took her all of 3 seconds to do it, but it was a nice change from the norm. When I pulled away and started going through the bag, all items were freshly made and accounted for.

Eating at the Taco Bell at Central Ave. good and the tacos where really good and hot, the only issue I had was that I had to place my order on a tablet. I like to talk to the person that is going to take my order, I'm very old school like that and I really don't believe it's right to make my own order when u have people in the back that can take my order. Other than that it was a great place to eat 👍

I go to Taco Bell on Central Ave an average of 2x a week. Every time I go there Janell is running the drive through. She is an excellent employee and always takes the time to ask me how my day is. My order is always correct and she truly is someone I look forward to seeing. I wish you had a 100 Janells working for you as she is definitely an asset and will go far in life because of her outlook.

It's a quiet and real quick place. The food was very tasty, the staff nice and kind. Will come back and eat again. There's also parking for those who don't like to eat in their car if not there's a drive through. Clean and people friendly place. It's also a pizza hut which is a plus for variety.

The staff are very patient and professional when taking orders I wanted to try the nuggets. They were delicious and full of flavor. The dipong sauces are also tasty. These are some of the best tasting chicken nuggets I've ever had. My only complaint is that each nugget was a different size. They ranged from extremely tiny to medium. Considering the cost this was a little disappointing. The hard and soft shell tacos were also good. The softshell tastes better because the hard shell does not stay crunchy.

Bot the best or but seen worse. Very slow although pretty much empty and must check your orders before leaving because they are always missing something. The soda fountain usually empty or just throw out water or seltzer water. Needs to be checked which doesn't make sense because it's not so much traffic going into the restuarant everytime I go to it. Drive thru is more busy but I don't think that's an excuse to neglect to dine in service.

This place can get crowded at meal times, especially on the weekends. The food is uniformly good, in that guilty, fattening "Fast-Food-In-America" kind of way. There seems to be a high staff turnover. Since this place is on Central Ave., and is popular and relatively inexpensive, you see all kinds of people here.

I went around 10:30 PM. The drive thru was the only way to order. Obviously! They didn't have I wanted. I ended up ordering nothing. You know I hate how every taco bell traps you in there drive thru so if you decide to not order anymore you can't even leave and there's always a line at night. No biggie.

Taco Bell is a sure thing when you're in the mood for a decent taco or burrito. It's a small run franchise, like KFC, McDonald's, Subway, etc., so you know you're always going to get the same quality food everytime you go there. This particular Taco Bell is in a great location on the North bound side of Central Avenue and has its own parking lot with a drive thru. It's also close to many other well known stores, so Iam always likely to pull into this Taco Bell for a quick, yummy Taco Supreme or two when I'm going shopping on Central Avenue !! 🌮🌮

THE SERVICE HERE IS GREAT!! I GOT MY ORDER IN MINUTES. The service deserves five stars. Unfortunately I have to review the food as well. I'm sorry to say, living in New York, Taco Bell shouldn't be desired. When you can get real authentic Mexican food literally anywhere.

The food was okay. My only concern was cleanliness. Walking in I can identify a really awful smell. It was as if the staff mopped the floors with dirty water contaminated with urine. It really made me question if I wanted to eat there at all. However the cooking staff was up to code and because of that reason I gave them a chance. Yet I might not ever return to that location unless it's my last option.

Although the order was correct and food was good the young lady taking my drive through order was very rude. Asking is that all after each item I asked for as if to rush me along. I wasn't being slow at all and it seemed to bother her that it was busy. I also work retail and understand how it is when it's busy but never rush along anyone. If you can't take the heat Stay out of the kitchen literally. Will return because of the lack of taco bells in the area but if this is the service I will get each time I will for sure make a complaint.

The chicken was a bit burnt and hard. The wrap was a little stale. This was around 3:00 PM in the afternoon. That quality is not typical at that location. Few customers there, so there was a lack of freshly cooked food.

my gf and i both had our own mobile orders we told the guy both the names he told us to pull forward and then he handed us one bag. I asked if it was for both of us and he said no only yours went through. Like my gf paid for her food and you acted like everything was fine until u handed us the food how does that even make sense. Then he got annoyed when i was asking him what do we do to get our food and showing us the receipt. Thankfully the manager helped us out it was like the worker was about to cry lol. We just needed help to get our food.

The drive through is often terrible. Items are often missing, and you have to end up going back. The person working the window usually has coworkers distracting them for what's already a tough underappreciated job. This leads to mistakes which on surface is a taco missing really a big deal? No. But when you get agitated people mixed in with distraction and mistakes, it's a potential volatile situation waiting to happen which really isn't fair to the person at the window. The biggest issue this place has had for years is window accuracy. Everything else they do pretty darn well with.

Despite the hours the employees shut down the inside of the restaurant whenever they feel like it even while you're standing online waiting to order they'll just say dining room is closed you have to go on other drive-thru line. Even when the app allows you to order and pick up inside they will not allow you inside to pick up your order you have to sit on a long drive through line just to pick up an order that's been sitting there waiting to be picked up awful awful customer service

Placed a pick up order. When it was ready, i went to pick it up and they had nothing ready. I suspect the person before me was given my order as he was picking up a big order. When they redid my order and i got back, realized that i was missing a parts of my order, 2 fries and 6-8 tacos. No hard tacos even though some of the meals came with it. Whenever I go through the drive thru it's always something with them taco bell employees. This time the told me that I couldn't order more than order even though I had 4 people in the car so no one wanted to eat here but I still ordered my food and the time before I ordered here, my doritos taco, before I even touched it the taco itself was broken and a huge mess. This place needs to work customer service and they need to do better with how they make their food.

I usually do not like to leave bad reviews but the service here was horrible. Went through the drive thru window 03-14-21 at about 9:00pm. The person who took my order had the worst attitude. I get to the window to pay and my debit card was snatched out of my hand. I felt horrible. I work in customer service and if this person were to work where I am she wouldn’t have a job. Then to drive off and get home to find out my order was wrong smh. The worst!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible food. No care for prep and missing ingredients. Vegetarian food is not prepped correctly, sometimes meat is added and then they miss simple ingredients like rice! The prices in the app are lower than in store. App doesn't allow you to order during all available store hours.

There’s an old white guy working inside, he’s disrespectful.. On the cashier they ask for your name so they can call you once your order is ready but that guy don’t use the names, he calls you by the product, he might call you Mexican pizza or Supreme Burrito while alot of people ordered same order!! Regardless the quality of the Resturant that is an enough reason to not go there anymore.

1st of all the drive thru has the biggest hole at the entrance no way of avoiding it especially coming off of such a busy street and trying to make such a sharp turn into definitely needs to be fixed! Asked the gentleman at the window if they has the beefy potato rito and he had no idea what I was talking about and didn't bother to ask a supervisor either. We also got fiesta potatoes and we didnt get forks to eat them with but they were sure to ask 4 times if we wanted sauce despite saying No at the intercom.

So, I went to the Taco Bell Drive thru. I purchased 25 dollars worth of food, which included 1 drink. My car cup holder is stuck and can't open it. I asked the worker if I could get a cup holder, and he replied "no you only have 1 drink We can't give you a cup holder for 1 drink" I explained to him that my car cup holder is stuck and I was by myself in the car I was going to make a mess I asked if they have a bag or something like the bags to carry drinks he came back with a regular paper bag.. Im like are you kidding me you can't give me a cup holder after I explained to you why I needed it WTH is going on with these fast food places and their costumer service I should have canceled my order and left, but Im not like that. I had to pull over and place my cup on the back seat holder so I was thirsty and couldn't drink and by the time I got home it was all watered down and I had to throw it out anyways WHAT A SHAME TACO BELL how much is a cup holder for you 1 cent??? I guess I'll find other places where to spend my hard earned money... And by the way I didn't even get a receipt.....

The WORST Taco Bell location! Triple check your orders before you leave!! Especially at the drive thru. 2 visits ago, they completely left out one of the items in my order. My last visit, no sauce!! Tried my best to see the positive of my drive through order but when you receive cold food that is soggy and pay close to $35 you hope some form of the order is atleast warm. I go there today and order 3 soft taco supreme meal and 3 soft tacos for my son and a drink. They give me the reciept and I noticed it said 3 crunchy tacos. I told the cashier before they gave me the food and he said ok and then another person gave me the food. I noticed that they still gave me the crunchy tacos, so I went back to tell them. They just said thats what you ordered. This is terrible customer service. I know what I ordered, and if I tell you before you gave me the food the issue why would you not fix it and pretend as if I said nothing at all. This is terrible management. This time I really will not be coming back.

I LOVE Taco Bell, but this location I do not. Nobody ever answers the phone and this location always closes earlier than advertised anywhere from 30 minutes earlier to two hours. I just recently started going here but apparently, things never change. These problems date back to a few years. My last two orders were both inaccurate (one Uber Eats delivery of almost $60 only delivered three items, two of which were correct) and recently a drive through order was completely incorrect of six items. My fianće and I drove 20 minutes back to exchange the items 33 minutes before closing and we were informed that they were “closed and all the food was put away”. Most of the workers also do display an attitude as well. I’m waiting for workers with customer service skills, responsibility and integrity to make this a better place.

Listen, I think we all love Taco Bell...But during a recent order I placed on the app, those in the drive through seemed to forgot to put a portion of my order in the bag, despite the employees confirming everything was in there. Once I found out when I got home, I had to drive all the way back and they told that they had my tacos. Why didn't you give them to me when I was there 40 minutes beforehand? The food was okay, but was cold, especially since I had to make an extra unnecessary trip to get my food.

Ordered online. Customized an order which cost more money. Got home and noticed they didn't do the order right and they left out the cinnamon twists we ordered. The staff is completely ghetto and rude. Took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me because they were arguing about their check. The girl didn't even want to take my order and gave me attitude the whole time. Employees coming in on their day off just too hang out and sitting around as if it were an after school program. I would not recommend this location for breakfast. There's no reason why the hashbrowns are pre-made, then redipped in grease when ordered. Last time, I got a cold hashbrown 2x that needed to be replaced, I gave up the 3rd time. This final time, I had a greasy crunchwrap bc of the horrible hashbrown that's included inside. Even the hashbrowns on the side were greasy and not fresh.

Ordered online for indoor pickup at 9:50pm. Upon arrival at about 10:26 the doors were completely locked on both ends yet there were customers inside. I proceeded back to my car and headed to the drive-thru. The drive-tru added an additional 20 minutes. Finally getting to the pickup window I asked if I could go inside to use the rest room which was the reason for my indoor pickup and was denied. Mind you this location the dine in and drive-thru close at 12am the current time was 10:46pm. I was told the reason for them being closed was because everything was cleaned. I’ve worked in the fast food industry as a maintenance worker. For those who don’t know what that means, I was the guy cleaning up the bathrooms and seating areas (some of you ppl are just nasty). The doors stay open till the time indicated. I get you want to go home and not have to work that hard at your JOB But guess what, it’s your JOB. Will never visit this establishment again, I don’t care about any specials or deals they might have. I’m all for Taco Bell just not at this location.

This place is horrible I came in a wait over 30 mins to pick up n Uber order. The manager did not help told me that the driveway takes priority over people that walk in the restaurant 🙄 manger was cleaning instead of helping the staff I had to leave the order.

This Taco Bell literally overcharges on their items and their drink machines are always broken and not working. I'm tired of getting a flat warm soda from you guys. Then you charge more than a Taco Bell in Manhattan, really scummy. You're literally ripping us off and can't even be bothered to fix the drink machines.

Terrible Taco Bell, food is fine when they get the order right, I payed for extra steak they forgot to put it in, very slow, especially when handing you food that’s already finished. Terrible customer service. If you got the extra mile to go to another Taco Bell and do it. You’ll be more delighted than coming here.

This location fell off. The whole entire seating area smelled like urine. Service was horrible had to wait for the worker to finish her conversation to get assistance. Kept missing items from my order as well as my sisters. Needs to to improve.

Wish I would’ve checked reviews before dining in. Sticky floor, slow service, and awful food. Crumbled chips, extremely greasy meat, stale tortilla on the Mexican pizza and for the chalupa.

They gave me the wrong order. I don’t eat meat so i asked for potatoes and guess what no potatoes. This is an outrage. I haven’t eaten meat in 3 years, I could’ve gotten sick.
