Went there for my grandson's b-day party and I must say this is one of the nicest and friendliest Chuck E Cheese locations I have ever been to. Everything from the eating area to the game area was in perfect condition, the salad bar items were all fresh and the pizza was great. But most of all the staff was outstanding. The young lady in charge of our b-day party was super friendly and took care of everything perfectly. I also really liked the full-time attendant at the door to make sure kids didn't leave without the adult they came with. One of the best kids parties I have been to (and with 4 kids and 4 grand kids I have been to a LOT!)
Clean, good condition, great staff . Was just here celebrating my niece birthday party. Staff did amazing even the pizza was amazing everyone was shocked
The service representative Zoey was absolutely fantastic! We really enjoyed our experience as a family because of her, and would definitely recommend her to our relatives. Thanks Zoey
Everyone love the place especially my daughter who celebrated her 3rd birthday! We will be back for sure and will recommend this place to family members and friends.
Took my 1 year old here for a lunch date and we had a blast. We didn’t even play any games but we’re able to walk around and look at all the lights and characters after eating salad bar and pizza. The customer service was excellent and they made it a great experience for us. Thank you for helping us celebrate and making it an enjoyable afternoon we’ll remember.
Fantastic place for my daughter's 6th birthday party. Great service, pizza was excellent, and everything was clean and in great working order. Our host provided excellent service throughout the party and made sure the kids had a memorable time.
We came for a birthday party. I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese’s in a long time. Apparently they got rid of most of the coins so you don’t have to walk around with a bucket of coins. Now you get a play pass that comes with a wrist band you can put around your wrist and not loose it. You can put money on the card and either pay for time or per use. Our cards were for two hours and we could play as many games in that time as we wanted. It was great for our kids who wanted to play all the games but had no idea how to play them. I didn’t feel like it was a waste. You can pause the time on the card when you are done playing so the time doesn’t go bad. The food has gotten much better too! The pizza is a little on the greasy side but not too bad. They have a full salad bar and beer! All in all we had a great time at the birthday party! I think we will bring our kids back one day just to play the games.
They recently updated the inside, and it looks great. I ran a fundraiser here for our school PTA, and it went smooth. I needed to change the time, and the GM, Sandy, as well as one of her Assistant Managers (can't remember his name) were very helpful, communicative, and friendly. I definitely plan to schedule another one next year.
It's exactly what you expect it to be. My grandkids love this place. They are 4 and 5. It can get to be a bit much after a while for us olders. But it is perfect for the kids. My son bought a pass and each of the kids have their own cards.
So much fun 😁 and cheese stuffed crust pizza 🍕 is the one to order 😋
Sandy in Brea was very patient and nice even though it was very busy.
Fun, clean and the kids always have a great time.
Been taking my kids here for a few weeks now for the summer pass and it's been awesome. The pass is an unbelievable deal. They love it here and best part is that the 2 or 3 hours there knocks them out for the rest of the day. Pizza is great of course and this location is super clean. I go out of my way 15 miles to come to this location. This is the location I came when I was a kid, it's pretty awesome to now bring my own kids here. It just sucks there's no ball pit or playground anymore, but I guess with all the snowflakes nowadays I'm not surprised.
First of all shout out to our waitress/ party entertainer ZOEY. ZOEYY was great and very attentive to my nieces birthday party here at Chuck E cheese. We visit the restaurant on 11.8.25 and she was super busy helping and organizing 4 more party and families. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. Thank so much miss Zoey for making my nieces 5 year old birthday a great succes and full of fun memories for us to cherish. Can thank you alot. Ps she host a very fun exciting Chuck E sing along. My kids and I will differently return to this location more often. Thanks 🫶
Best Chucky cheese yet definitely will come soon!10/10🔥💯❤️ Worth the drive and great location! Fresh food and fast service!!
Great fun for everyday playtime or Party's.
Went here for my kids classmates birthday party and this is the first time I’ve stepped into a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid (25+ years). They no longer have the creepy animatronic animals on a stage or a ball pit(germ pit) but other than that everything else seemed very familiar. They use digital cards now instead of tokens(I’ll miss wearing the coin holster) but it does make things pretty simple. The pizza was actually really good and the service was great. As they have always done they put unique stamps codes on each family’s hand when you walk in to make sure your kids can’t walk out with someone other than your family so it was nice knowing that they were safe even when I wasn’t watching them. Will definitely return especially in the summer months as it’s a good place to stay cool while your kids have a blast.

We had the best hostess ever for my son’s 5th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese! 🎉 She truly provided everything we needed, made the whole experience stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure all the kids were having a great time. Super friendly, attentive, and organized from start to finish. Highly recommend—she made our celebration unforgettable! Thank you Ashley!
This party was for my 55 yr. old sister with intellectual disabilities and autism. We had 42 guests in addition to my sister. Primarily, I would like people to know that C.E.C. accommodated my request for table location that would best work for my sister and two of her guests who also have developmental disabilities. Other guests were family and my sister's caregivers. Also, the character dressed as C.E.C. was sensitive to anxieties of guests and didn't get too close. One of my grandchildren did the ticket blaster since my sister would not be able to do so. In summary, in addition to C.E.C. putting on a nice party, our special needs were accommodated. Thank you.
We hosted my son's birthday party at the Placentia Chuck E. Cheese and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and on time for everything. It would be nice if we could pay to have a 3 hour time slot on the weekend. 2 hours is a little short.
I’ve had 2 birthday parties here recently and honestly it’s been great. I don’t know her name, but the lady running this place is top notch. She’s super attentive and very nice. The place is super clean and all the games are working great. 10/10.
My 8 year old grandson had 14 guests-classmates and they all had a good time. My grandson was engaged and had a great time with friends. Chucky Cheese staff and host was exceptional.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with 25 kids and 35 adults, and overall, it was a great experience. The kids had a blast, and the food was exceptionally good—far better than I expected for a place like this! Everything was well-organized, and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time playing games and running around. However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. The show was underwhelming—the speaker volume was too low, making it hard to hear, and Chuck E. himself didn’t do much besides giving high-fives to the birthday stars. Not a huge deal, but it definitely could’ve been more engaging. The biggest disappointment was the staff member assigned to the trampoline area. We were fully aware that socks were required, and while one child accidentally went in without them, the way the employee handled the situation was completely unnecessary. Instead of addressing it calmly, he made a huge deal out of it—even after we explained that the parent was literally at the register purchasing socks at that moment. Even worse, this same staff member was extremely rude to a parent whose child is autistic, which was unacceptable and upsetting to witness. Every child deserves to have a great time, and the way he handled the situation was unprofessional and lacked basic kindness. Despite this, the party itself was fun, the food was fantastic, and most of the staff did a great job keeping things running smoothly. If Chuck E. Cheese improves their staff training—especially in handling situations with more patience and understanding—this would have been a perfect experience.
My grandsons (4 and 3), had a ball. It was my first time taking them there. They've gone with their parents in the past. The food was pretty good. I'm giving 4 stars because it was expensive: game card for 2 boys @ $34 each/hour; trampoline was separate charge ($10.00 each), plus cost of food. Sticker shock, for sure. However it is a wonderful place for the children.
Great time for the kids. My nephew's birthday went off with a blast. Staff was so friendly. Very accommodating. Though very busy, they were still very polite.
The Child Who Likes the Arcade Xiao Ming is a child who really likes the arcade. Every weekend, his happiest thing is going to the arcade with his mom and dad. There are colorful lights and all kinds of fun game sounds, which make him feel very happy. Xiao Ming likes racing games and basketball machines the most. He watches the screen carefully and moves his hands quickly, always with a happy smile on his face. When he wins a game, he jumps up with joy; when he loses, he doesn’t get angry, but tells himself to try harder next time. Mom and dad remind Xiao Ming that he should not play too long and must also do his homework and exercise. Xiao Ming nods. He knows that games are for fun, not the most important part of life. At the arcade, Xiao Ming not only finds happiness, but also learns to follow rules and control himself.
Seems small but has plenty of games for the kids and a cool little playground/jump zone. The pizza taste great and the vibes are very Chuck E. Great place to bring your kids/family.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Took my child to Chuck E. Cheese and had a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in, my kid was so excited. There’s a great variety of games that are fun and safe, perfect for young children. The highlight was definitely when Chuck E. himself came out to interact with the kids — pure joy! The place is clean and brightly lit, and the staff are patient and attentive, which made us parents feel very comfortable. The food was surprisingly good — the pizza was hot and tasty. The points card system is super convenient. My child had a blast and was thrilled to trade in tickets for small prizes. Whether it’s for a birthday party or just a fun weekend outing, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommended for families with young kids!
Wow! Alot has changed since I've been back to chuck e. Cheese. There have been some upgrades. They have a jump and slide play area. The arcade games are updated and in good working condition. The kids had a good time..... However prices are not cheap I spent 100 dollars for food, drink, game pass, and play area passes for two kids and one adult.
The food was delicious, games are clean, it does get overwhelming with the high influx of kids. I was disappointed with the way this cashier Alejandra treats guest. She rudely rushes the order and goes straight to the total when order is not nearly complete.

We have lots of fun at the Placentia Chuck E Cheese. Be prepared of course for a noisy environment if it's crowded, but this store is clean, salad bar is good, and games are fun and usually in good repair. I have found that having a pass is a good value because otherwise the cost can add up fast. All in all, it is a fun time.

There food was a bit over prices. The appetizer was not tasty. I do not recommend the food. There isn't a lot of options. There was a kid who was pushing other kids and throwing his stuffy at people and the staff didn't do anything about it. Only said, "I talked to his dad." But when the kids continued... the staff still didn't do anything about it. Kick the family out if they cannot behave.
The games are fun, and they rotate them around the room, so it's a "new" experience every month or so (like Costco). The food is overpriced. Ordered dip n dots today and for $6 only received a very small 1/4 cup full. It's definitely not worth it. The prizes are underwhelming. If you go more than 2-3 times, the $7.99/mo deal is worth it (for 40 games per day). Their trampoline section is small and its a better deal just to go to Skyzone or somewhere similar.
It was crowded for weekday and did not have enough staff, I waited 30 minutes to order food and play cards. But the kids had a blast

I cannot recommend the Chuck E Cheese in Yorba Linda after our recent experience. What was supposed to be a fun celebration for my daughter's third birthday turned into a stressful and disappointing situation. We were asked to leave because my daughter didn't follow some unknown company policies regarding the trampoline and keeping doors open. It's disheartening to see a family-friendly establishment treat their customers this way, especially on a special occasion like a birthday. The way we were harassed by the Chuck E Cheese P.D. employee was completely unnecessary and left a bad taste in our mouths. I wish we could have had a more positive experience at Chuck E Cheese, but sadly, we will not be returning based on how we were treated. It's important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and treat everyone with respect, especially families with young children. This location clearly fell short in that aspect.
Food was ok nothing more to say. It has become more of an arcade than anything. There's really no physical stimulation for the kids other than you have to pay $16 dollars for your kid to play in the trampoline and obstacles . Which to me is really over priced . Overall I won't be coming here again it's best to take the kiddos to a park.
I had a disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese on July 5, 2025. My online pizza order was over 10 minutes late, and the staff was rude and dismissive when I inquired about it. The place felt mismanaged, with a disorganized team. Most concerning, I saw the manager preparing my pizza without washing her hands, despite the short-staffed kitchen. I hope they check the cameras between 11:45am and noon for they incident. The lack of professionalism and hygiene was unacceptable. I expect better from Chuck E. Cheese and hope they improve their service and standards.
I remember the golden age of the cheese, but now , facing hard times they nickel and dime you until it's not even worth it. Honestly, everything is a dollar here , 2 dollars there. Their newest addition is a neat jumping area that is trampolines ( think skyzone) kids went crazy when they saw it. I let them in and ordered food. Came back to them asking for wrist bands. Appearently it cost extra to play. 10 bucks per kid, for the socks . Which btw are not reusable. So if you have 4 kids like me, it's 40 bucks each time . Outrageous. Not worth it, won't be back

Very expensive, but great place for your kids when you want something simple and easy for you. A 2 hour visit with admission/food is about $100.00 per child. I am a grandpa now so I need to watch my budget and get the most time with grandkids. Better choice is to go across street to supermarket, get food from deli, go to very local regional park. They have 5 playgrounds there. Also buy a few rubber balls for kids to play with. Park admission is $7.00

We recently moved into the area and our boys wanted to visit the local Chuck E Cheese. We decided to visit on a Monday as it would be less busy. Our experience ended on a negative note with the Owner, who was clearly annoyed my boys refilled their drinks, ABRUPTLY asked myself and my boys to check for our hand stamps. I know this may be standard practice but we were the only 4 people in the place!! We were the only ones there for over an hour and clearly paid for the games and pizzas with drinks. The server behind the counter heard and was clearly paying attention and said we were good to go. The owner needs to work on his customer service skills as customers should not be made to feel like criminals or trespassers. We were thinking of hosting our kids' joint parties here along with two other parents but will definitely not go ahead with a booking. On another note, the seat and table we were on were sticky and not as hygienic as expected.
well, kind off greedy when you paid for our kids for unlimited for 2 hours, my son when to the jumping area and got kicked out because we had to pay for that attraction smh 🤦🏽♂️ pure greed, never again
I would like to file a complaint regarding the discrepancy in the sizes of the Large Dippin Dots I purchased at Chuck E. Cheese. I paid $7 for a large size, expecting consistency in portion size. However, upon receiving the order, the difference in quantity was noticeable. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the service staff mentioned that some employees did not adhere to the standard serving size. However, before making the purchase, it was clearly stated that the small size is half a cup and the large size is a full cup. My question is, why weren't two different cup sizes used? Therefore, I would like to request one serving with half a cup for one child and a full cup for the other child, as originally advertised. I've never experienced such terrible service here before.

Don't expect management (or anyone else) to assist with broken machines, broken "prizes" or unruly guests. The prices are not worth the experience. There's plenty other indoor play options to take your kids to.
