Everything was absolutely fabulous! The ambiance, the decor inside and outside a beautiful garden with fresh food from garden and wine grapes 🍇. My husband had a burger with chipotle sauce that was one of the kind. I had a fresh salad and asked for shrimp 🍤 and its was delicious We saw the wine train passing by and to top it off the service was impeccable from our Turkish friend!!! BRAVO!

Quintessential Napa dining! Understated sophistication and fresh local ingredients all packaged together to provide a chic experience in wine country. My partner and I took some friends here who are from out of town. Everyone loved their meal and drinks. The staff was great and were able to accommodate some last minute changes to our reservation (it was hotter than anticipated so we pivoted to dine inside). One thing to note, I wish there were more vegan options that aren’t salads. I was able to enjoy a modified version of this potato fritter dish, which was amazing, but it was the only thing that was not a salad I had to pick from.

Decade apart but same excellent experience! This is how you know a place is consistently great. Had a fabulous experience decade ago dining at the outside patio, meandering the gardens with my sisters. Returning and enjoying it again with same quality, service, and delight is what a 5 star place is made of. Beautiful contemporary interior is clean and inviting. Beautiful bar area is great to belly up to. The outside herb garden and access to vineyard is the cherry on top. And guess what - they encourage you to grab your drink and get out there to enjoy the garden! There is a parking lot next to it so parking is easy. The outdoor seating is great but love their indoor just as much. So you can’t go wrong with this place - go - sip, eat, meander the garden! Enjoy! Another great visit - food and service holding up to standards. Beautiful setting is only getting nicer. The outdoor spaces are so lovely; the in garden seating looked fab! A group was having a private celebration there. The crab cakes were phenomenal and street corn was the underdog that won the prize; we almost ordered seconds of it. Highly recommend it for brunch or dinner - it’s a staple in my replay list now!

Having reserved a patio table, we were seated promptly, but at a small table for 2. Then we asked to be moved to a table with a nicer view, which they did. Once we were comfortably seated we noticed that almost every other couple was seated at 4-person tables, and thought it odd that this wasn’t offered to us especially given that we were celebrating a birthday and there were several such tables unoccupied for the entire evening. It was quite breezy, and as the sun began to set it started to cool down quite rapidly. We saw the hostess offer blankets to a few female guests, but didn’t offer one to my wife, who by this time had donned her light jacket. So, we had to ask our server if she could have one - which he did eventually provide. Our server was very good, friendly, and attentive. He was available whenever we needed him, and periodically checked to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent, especially my asparagus salad appetizer, which I would highly recommend. My wife also loved her crab cakes. We both had the filet, which was very good, but not great - mostly because they were just slightly warm when delivered. The views of the vineyards are unbeatable, so definitely recommend patio seating. It’s also much quieter than inside. Overall, a lot of hits, and a couple of misses.

Great food. Beautiful restaurant. We sat on the patio in the garden (could have had a better seat, but nothing is perfect). Staff is very well trained, attentive and profession. Food is excellent.

My friend and I had brunch on the patio, it was perfect! Our server recommended the soup of the day (a coconut milk crab and mushroom one) which was delicious and paired really well with the chicken salad. We also shared the ahi tuna poke appetizer. I had the three sister Chardonnay which was crisp. The ambience of the entire place was gorgeous, highly recommend making a reservation here on your next Napa trip!

Food was great! The deviled eggs were really good. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the mushroom risotto was even better. Drinks and dessert were perfect. Atmosphere was cozy. We sat by the fireplace on a rainy night. Service was top notch. Staff was very friendly.

I am writing this after four weeks. The ambiance and location of this Brix restaurant are excellent and the food was quite good. Behind the restaurant, there is a large vineyard with beautiful mountain views and a train track running beside it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at Brix.

My husband and I enjoyed a meal at Brix for our 30th anniversary. The restaurant and atmosphere are exquisite. The views are beautiful and we chose to sit on the terrace for the full effect. The downside is we asked to sit at a table in the shade as it was 30+ degrees out and the server said it wasn’t possible. We did notice that the tables in the shade remained empty for the rest of the evening. The food was exceptional and we were kindly give two complimentary glasses of champagne. Unfortunately, we had to eat quickly with no dessert due to the terrible wasp issues. We were pestered throughout our meal. If I was to dine here again, I would eat inside the dining room and then go out and enjoy the gardens after the meal. This would solve all the issues we had.

The food here was really delicious and well prepared, but the service was a bit slow because it seemed like they were a little understaffed during my visit. The staff who were there were friendly and did their best, so I’d recommend giving it another try when they’re fully staffed!

I would consider returning, but I would not tolerate the way we were treated again. The food was excellent, and our waitress was kind, attentive, and respectful. Unfortunately, the management left a lot to be desired. We politely requested to sit on the patio, but were denied. 15 minutes later, however, we watched as other couples were seated there. When I asked why we had been refused, I was told it was due to a “last-minute cancellation”; no apology or acknowledgment of the inconsistency and blatant bad service.

Great variety of food, slightly overpriced. Staff that greeted us were delightful but our server seemed spread a little thin. I highly recommend the cheese appetizer. The chicken was good, but too much. Spaghetti Bolognese was exceptional.

First, the view from their back patio is gorgeous! If it’s nice outside definitely opt for patio seating. We had reservations and were sat immediately upon arrival around 6:30 on a Saturday night. The food was very good BUT I feel like it lacked that little something extra to justify the prices they were charging. While tasty it did not feel high end. Started with the cast iron shrimp appetizer which was good. We had the fried chicken (recommended by server) and the scallops.
