My family and I dropped in to grab a quick dinner after shopping. There's nothing more frustrating than to be ignored by staff when waiting for your order. When several minutes passed, I went back up to the counter to see what had happened to my order. My family had already gotten their order and was waiting for me to get my order. I stood at the counter for several minutes while two employees walked past me several times and never acknowledged me. I finally spoke up and said, "Excuse me what happened to my order." While the food at my table was getting cold. It was only then that they got the rest of my order for me. A simple "I'll be with you" in a moment or some kind of acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

Good food, good service, & **exquisitely clean bathrooms**! Perfect spot to stop for lunch on our road trip.

Kind of a weird vibe. The young girl looked like a scared child while whom I could tell was the owner took my order instead. Employees seemed terrified of her.

Food is great. Service with a smile. Be prepared to check your order as you may be handed the wrong one.

Food is always fresh and generous. My favorite is the turkey bacon sandwich on whole wheat. Great option if fast foods not your thing.

This Arby's prepares some food choices differently. I like a decent French dip sandwich. This Arby's serves a slightly thicker au jus. They have diet Dr. Pepper for those who need low to zero calorie beverages. Something different and a favorite to boot!

There are a number of Fast-Food places in Yreka, and I believe this one is one of the best! It is in a great location for on and off the highway. If you like Arby's, you will not be disappointed and the lobby area is super clean!

The guy that took my order was nice, I asked another employee to fill the spicy sauce, and he never came out from behind the counter.

Love the basic beef sandwich but they have really downsized there portions

Our food was ok but while we were waiting at the window we watched the employee taking orders for the drive thru playing with cups in between inputting the order! Dirty hands on the edge of the small cups...not sanitary.

The food was alright. Ton of meat, but was too greasy. Tried the new ""waygu" beef burger, tasted similar to an in and out burger but more messy.

Currently been sitting in the drive through for half an hour. At the window for 15 minutes, and the three cars behind me left after they ordered because they didn't want to wait. Fast food? That's a no. Inside the store is no better.

Excruciatingly slow. Waited 5 mins at the order pedestal, another 20 mins in line only two cars ahead. Got tired of waiting. Definitely not fast food.

First and last time I ate there...I waited 10 min just to get some old hard chicken strips and I ordered a different item not french fries and I was giving old hard fries as well...I think they all need proper training for both team members and management since it was a manager that packed my food...I will never go there again for a 14 doller rip off...

Food poisoning alert!!! Ordered in the drive thru yesterday. My husband and I got the same thing, a deluxe fish sandwich. It tasted like it was sitting for a long time i ate almost half of it before I realized how bad it really was. We both got terribly sick from it and we know it's what caused it because it is the only thing we ate differently from our kids (who did not get sick because they ate McDonald's). I was craving fish, I am pregnant. I hope I don't lose the baby over this horrible negligence. Never going to Arby's in Yreka again. The workers treated us strangely like we were an inconvenience. I asked for ketchup and ranch got an eyeroll with 3 ketchup packets stuck together with a yellow substance that appeared to be a ton of dried honey. Paid 30 bucks to suffer tremendously. Unsanitary, dysfunctional restaurant i hope they get a health inspection. Never going back.

Had a job interview today the hiring manager looked at my hand tattoo and said he doesn't want to hire me waist of my time an gas never had a job that was judgmental over a tattoo

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Minimal staff and only stopped for a quick bite during a long road trip. Food was as you would expect from a fast food place but the lack of toilet necessities made it a poor choice to stop at.

Middle of a snow storm went to get dinner and they game me the wrong burger, the fry’s are old and cold. They put sauce on my other burger when it was supposed to be plain. 2nd worst trip to Arby’s in Yreka and I can’t even go back to get the order fixed due to the snow. Very disappointed.

I ordered meal 13 with mozzarella sticks. Only got mozzarella sticks. No Greek Gyro! I had to wait nearly an hour at drive up window, long line.

Thank God, or someone. We finally got a meat place. The owner of yreka TBell sucks. The food comes out l like a tire drove over the food i irem, at T bell. At least Arbys is fresh and ring the bell. Yreka T bell is gross.

Always out of stuff rude staff! I won't go there I spend my to be treated good not rude they weren't even busy no one in the store or in the drive thru which I was in. I didn't order anything!

I got food poisoning from this Arby’s location, food wasn’t warm, customer service was good, but the atmosphere was odd. There was an unleashed un marked dog walking around inside the lobby of the store, I wouldn’t stop here again

Came here to get a classic beef and cheddar number one meal found out that they didn't have any beef or any roasted anything. It was gonna take an an hour or more to cook?? Then when I finally decided what I wanted because they didn't have a lot of things ready I wanted a milkshake instead of my soda for my meal and found out their shake machine is broke As far as I know this is a pretty newer fast food place in yreka. why is their shake machine already broke? And why don't they have enough meat To where they don't run out and why does it take over an hour to cook? Probably won't be coming back here Until they get better management that can handle Keeping food up to order And maybe And maybe Not having a broke shake machine when your brand new fast food place

The website says open until 11 pm. The sign in the window says open until 11 pm. It is currently 9:35 pm. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I pulled up to the speaker to order but no one said anything. I sat there for 6 minutes. There were two people inside when I pulled in. I know they saw me. I honestly think they want to go home early, so they just ignore people until they leave. I did leave so I guess it works for them. I understand wanting to get home early, don’t we all, but if you don’t like working late at night, get an 8-5 job. I wish they would have put in a Wendy’s instead.

Attempted the drive through at 10:30pm. No one greeted us. We drove up to the window to see the girl behind the counter counting her bank and what looked to be closing early. A sign in the window clearly reads drive through is open until 11pm. We waited and were ignored. We drove around to the other side where the girl looked up and locked eyes with me. We drove back around to the menu to hopefully be greeted thinking she just hadn't noticed us before. She never greeted us, never attempted to serve us. Go to McDonald's across the street, at least they were open with smiling staff.

The workers there are lazy (leaning on the counter and eating while on the clock) and extremely mean to their customers. Every time I have been there I am disrespected by the workers and managers. I wouldn’t go to this establishment to save my life. You can go in with a smile on your face and still get treated like garbage.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. If it was busy, that would be understandable. However there were not many people in the loby or drive through. Our fries and sandwiches were lukewarm. My daughters sandwiche had hair in it. Loby items were not stocked. It was clean for the most part. A few tables needed to ne wiped down, but it wasn't bad. UPDATE: Changed from 2 stars to 1. It looks like my son has food poisoning.
