Regardless of the day or time, they always say there's a half-hour wait by default. I personally ordered shrimp and rice. The rice was terrible; it was mushy and tasteless. I definitely won't be back. I don't recommend it.

The food made my family and me sick; it was really poor quality compared to other restaurants. It's not cheap for what you get, and they don't accept card payments. The service is terrible.

I just went to buy two soups, a sushi roll, and a six-pack. It had been almost a year since I'd been there. And for years I always said it was the best in this area. Honestly, I'm glad they improved the service at the register because before there was a kid who was more grumpy than anything. Today the service was excellent, but what happened to their seasoning? Zero flavor. The soups were cold. The rice tasted old. Zero salt or any flavor at all. The udon was a lumpy lump like Maruchan noodles before they added water. It's sad, but I regret to say that the food was very bad for the standard they used to set. And even worse, I saw it was the same chef. They should go back to the old place, hahahaha, he stole their seasoning.

Terrible service, the vegetables were raw, and the fried sushi was overcooked. The cashier on duty had a terrible attitude, didn't announce my dish, and treated us very poorly at first. I would never return. I'm giving one star because I can't give it any lower.

Terrible service. The cashier was completely inattentive, constantly on her phone, giving you the cold shoulder when you took your order. The only decent thing about the meal I ordered was the shrimp. The rice was cold and had blue spots on it. The salad dressing tasted awful. The Tampico salad was incredibly dry and didn't taste like Tampico at all. Horrid service. Not recommended. Everything was terrible. 0/10

The place is getting worse and worse. They make you wait longer than expected, not to mention the terrible service when taking your order. To top it all off, they served me overcooked fish. The sad thing is that it used to be a good place.

I've been coming here for years and everything's been fine, until today! The service has gotten worse; they don't even welcome you or ask for your order. After waiting half an hour for service, they told us they only had chicken and beef sushi. When what we had ordered was shrimp. They served our dishes 15 minutes apart, which I don't think is right. This is definitely the last time I'll come here... What a shame!

The food was awful. The rice wasn't fried, it was boiled and tasteless. The chicken with sweet and sour sauce was breaded, but it looked like they'd been frying it since morning and then served to you microwaved, all the pieces stuck together. Horrible. Nothing like the photos on the menu or what's advertised here. 0% recommended.
