My wife asked for a medium blizzard was charged for a large. Maybe if the girl at the counter was a little more concerned with the customer and paid a little more attention to them instead of her friend that was visiting her, she possibly could have gotten our order correct. I mean, there were only two items to our order. So I guess she got 50% or half of it correct. Way to go....NOT

Gave this location another try and ended up waiting in line and at the speaker we're the robot told me to place my order no order was taken waited 2 more minutes and went to sonic got a milkshake and went on with my night so don't waste your time coming here. Cooperate needs yo come get this place on track or close it. Got a large cone in drive thru and the cone was beyond stale and ice cream instantly runny has in it was handed out the window runny. Not DQ standards I'm use to as I travel a lot for work and eat several cones per mth at various locations cooperate should do a random unannounced visit and see what's up before it's completely out of hand here. We already have mc donlands for bad ice cream experience and they don't need any competition.

No one was at the counter when we walked in. When she finally did show up, she stayed on her phone while putting in the order. Never greeted us or spoke other than the order. I had to ask if she was ready for the payment because she just stood there. As my husband said, she was very unprofessional. She then made the sundae and couldn't even put it on the counter. I had to get it from the window. My husband wanted to eat there or else I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Well if you want raw chicken this is the place to come to. 🤢

Horrible customer service. Workers were very rude & yelling on the intercom. Nobody was in the drive thru & dining in. It seemed liked the workers didn't want to work. I have wondered why they aren't always busy, and I found out the hard way. I will definitely not be back.

Went at 8:00 on Wednesday November 26 on Vann Drive. The man was in his car and ran inside to take our order. Order milkshakes and the man said the ice cream machine was down then ran back out to his car. This is pure bull crap. Terrible customer service. Never again and will spread the word in facebook. This Dairy Queen is open until 10 PM. We arrived at 9:30 PM, and were told that they had stopped selling ice cream because they had already started cleaning the ice cream machine. Why stay open until 10 PM if you stop selling your main products at 9:30 PM ?

Literally put only the stuff I asked them not to put on the burger. Plus It wasn't even the burger I ordered so I got overcharged. Check your food before you get back on the road or pick elsewhere for better service.

While the staff was super friendly, I should not need to go to Kroger to pick up a butterfinger to have some topping in my so called butterfinger blizzard. This is what keeps drives customers like me away for long periods. Gonna drop 7 bucks at least put some toppings in it, please. Not looking for a free blizzard. Just wanted a better experience.

I'll start with it waa Friday night and there was only 3 employees in the store. I was on vacation with my family. The young lady who waiting on us was polite, but not familiar at all with how to use the online codes from the opp to use instore. The other lady working, Rose, was not much help to her. The cook was nice and helped as he could. I ate inside, the menu said the 6pc strip dinner was $9.67 and I used the app in store for the $3.00 off; I was charged $11.67 and $3 off with tax, I still paid $9.63....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $3 OFF of the instore price?? I also placed a mobile order for .85 cent blizzard with $1 purchase. Paid thru the app. The order was completed through the app, said order would be ready at 9:16pm. I WAS IN THE STORE THE ENTIRE TIME. When I asked about my mobile order at 9:23pm, the employee Rose said they had not received my order. I showed her the purchase in the app and the emailed receipt and she WOULD NOT honor the order or try to help in any way other than telling me I would have to handle it through the app. At 930pm, Rose said if you are not waiting on an order you needed to leave because the lobby was closing. I was waiting on my mobile order so I did not leave. Moments later she came out and told me she had to ask me to leave. She still refused to honor my mobile order. I walked out, of course I was mouthing as I was leabing because I've paid for an order that I am being refused. Not a good look for DQ. I have been to many different DQs in many different states but I have NEVER been treated the way I was here. This was ridiculous!!

Employees would rather sit and talk on the phone than take their customers order. To top it off, it was the manager. Just rude as can be. Highly recommend going on down the road to Freddy’s. Food is better and so is the service. I won’t make the mistake of coming back to this establishment.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my 21 year old granddaughter. We ordered it to say happy 21st birthday not 21th! And that the cake be completely covered with pink icing! The writing looked like a child did it! The store did refund our money back, but we will never order another cake there!
