Their donuts are good, and that's about it unfortunately. The croissant sandwhich I got was subpar at best and I was unable to finish it, really. The "egg" wasnt even real egg I feel, and was spongy, no flavor, and had a terrible mouth feel. I'll just stick to their donuts from now on.

Get your donuts somewhere else. This store clearly doesn’t care about their products or their customers. On SEVERAL occasions we have received stale donuts and/or donuts that look like they fell on the floor. I understand that mistakes happen when preparing food, but don’t serve your mistakes to your customers. Poor management and careless staff.

I previously placed a mobile order for a Wake-Up Wrap (Sweet Black Pepper Bacon) and received only bacon in the bag — no wrap, no egg, no cheese. This is a basic and unacceptable mistake. Every drink I’ve ordered here has been so bad that I ended up throwing them away. The quality is completely different from other Dunkin’ stores — the drinks taste off, poorly made, and not up to standard. What makes it worse is that this is the only Dunkin’ nearby, and I drove almost 50 minutes just to pick up that order. The experience was a total waste of time and money. This location seriously needs better quality control and staff training. I would not recommend ordering here.

There was not an experienced. Why would a donut shop that stays open until 10pm stop selling donuts at 7 pm. That makes no sense whatsoever !!!!!

Manager rolled her eyes when asked if she would put a lid on an ice-cream that was literally pouring over the side (in my car) I asked for tea with No ice 3 times then another huffs and puffs while having to fix my tea over Worse customer service in abilene tx

Lady was completely rude and didn’t let me finish speaking she interrupted me and walked away. Like damn okay I won’t buy a donut. Or get a coffee. I’ll pick up this DoorDash and just leave then.

I ordered a coffee with cold foam and they used whipped cream as the “cold foam” and no cold foam. The coffee also tasted burnt.

Them young kids working there. They Don’t even know what they are doing. This is 4th time they mess up my coffee. But the lady working there is way too nice. And those kids make her run all around n they just standing there doing nothing. Won’t go there anymore.

Absolutely disappointed with our last few visits. Decided to give it one more try this morning, after ordering today and receiving my donuts, I will definitely not be back. The donuts barely had any icing, they were dry, missing the sprinkles, & tasted awful. Didn’t even taste like a fresh donut. My kids wouldn’t even eat them, & they loveeeee donuts. Wasted my money.

Ordered a medium Carmel craze, received small capacino instead. Tots were super cold. Only one person opening and line was blocking traffic on 14th st. Another person arrived before I ordered because it to so long and order was wrong, not happy.
