"The coffee shop offers some of the best coffee I've ever had. The place is cool and very pleasant, with good music and a great location. However, I would like to point out that the staff's service could be improved. Some employees seem to act as if they're giving away the coffee for free. Although one person served me efficiently, it would be great if the staff showed a bit more friendliness and customer service in general."

They don't open at the time they say; they arrive late, open, and still can't sell coffee. If they open at 9, they should already be able to sell coffee.

I used to stop by often for the frappes, but each employee prepares them differently, and the service varies depending on their mood. Sometimes it seems like they're serving customers reluctantly. There were days when they didn't have any frappes or they used very little coffee; after a few sips, the flavor was gone, leaving only ice. They should consider training their employees properly to make the coffee. The same goes for the hot coffee; the best option is the chai tea. It's a shame about the place because it's very well located on the highway, but they lack customer service and attention to detail in their coffee preparation. In short, I haven't been back in several months.
