Great when I need them. Coffee and bagels and maple cream donuts.

People working there are nice and fast. They had pup-cups for the dogs too! We make sure we stop at Exit 41 off of Rt. 81 to hit this Dunkin on our way up and back to the North County!

Had a major problem with the Dunkin app and had to call the store. Kiana, Christy, and the folks working there took my order over the phone and ensured that I would not be delayed getting to my school function. Can't say enough good things about these folks!

While driving down I-81 on my way to Syracuse Airport to fly home to the West Coast, I got hit by lake-effect snow and stopped at this Dunkin’ to get breakfast and regroup. Because I was distracted about the drive ahead, I left my work bag in the restaurant. Thankfully, the staff had found it and, as I had mentioned that I was on the way to the airport, had already been calling the airport trying to reunite the bag with me. Ultimately, my trip home was delayed owing to airline operational issues, so I was able to drive back and retrieve the bag, but the manager had been ready to overnight the bag back to me the next day (this all happened on a Sunday, so there were no options to ship it that day). Dunkin’ may be a fast food chain, but this was truly excellent customer service by this local establishment.

This specific Dunkin Donuts makes makes the best iced coffee ever. and don't believe the negative comments about the customer service at the Adams location. I am here on a daily basis and have NEVER left without getting top-notch service whether I go in or go through the drive-thru!

My 5yo son has celiac disease, so I asked the workers for extra help in preventing cross contamination on his food. They were very helpful, changing their gloves and cooking his hashbrowns on parchment paper so that nothing got cross-contaminated. I appreciate the extra effort and friendly, helpful attitude of the workers!

Got a really good caramel iced coffee and doughnut here. Clean interior and easy on and off ramps nearby to '81 so it made for a very convenient stop on the way up north. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.

It's always good to stop at Dunkin as we pass through this area twice a year. Food is always good, and the use of the bathroom is inviting before venturing down the road.

Today is November 1, 2022. This day I received top top notch service from the lady in front. Man, what an attitude she has, how she greets her customers and just makes them feel like they are home. I am 2000 miles away from my coffee place in my town, and I already love this young woman. The manager of this spot must give her rase and make sure she’s happy, because she is a found. Best!

Newly renovated and so great. One of my favorite Dunkin's! Don't be scared if there is a line, it moves fast. Really helpful staff. I always stop when I'm in the area

I went to this Dunkin the day before the 2024 Eclipse. The staff was shorthanded, and the time that I was in there there were only two employees working the counter. One manning the drive-through and one manning the counter. They were working steadily and very well. I asked for a cold brew coffee, which they ended up being out of. I was offered an excellent option which was made very well. I was very favorably impressed with how well the staff was handling such a rush while shorthanded the day before a major event. I am sure that that store was extremely busy throughout that day as the traffic on nearby interstate 81 was extremely busy as well. All in anticipation of the eclipse I’m sure. The employees that were working that store that day deserve some kind of reward. Hopefully this company can do a little more than a pat on the back, but they should at the very minimum get that.

Super Nice Staff today at this Dunkin Donuts location. Great Drink Options such as Iced Green Tea, Lemonade, Iced Coffee , UnSweet Tea for those concerned with too much sugar in their lifestyle as well!!

Edit: This location has done a complete 180 since my last review. Jill Has taken over the team and the location is kicking ass! Grateful Dunkin employees people like her! I have never been Disappointed to the point of writing a bad review. Every time I have stopped at this establishment apart from one single time, my order has been incorrect or incomplete. The Morning staff is extremely slow. I have worked in kitchens for 15 years and I’ve never seen a crew move slower. It took 15 minutes for them to even speak to me and another 5 to tell me they Didn’t have what I ordered. 3 other people that came in after me were served before I was acknowledged. Absolutely will not be coming back

My husband wasn't sure what he wanted he normally doesn't come to dunkin lexi at this location talked with him and figured out what he liked, and threw something together she was super sweet as well as the cashier, lexi even went above and beyond by letting me try the extra in a small cup, it was the BEST INTERACTION I've ever had at a dunkin!!!! I love this location:) great staff, friendly, personable, considerate.

Service was a little bit slow but if you want to cool off go inside it's a little chilly!

Clean store, friendly staff, offering assistance. Didn't have spice/pumpkin or carrot type spice donut that I was wanting, but the chocolate cake and sour cream donuts were tasty substitutes.

Dunkin is my addiction and everyone here knows just how I like my coffee. The only downside is that the line is sometimes pretty long but it is the only dunkin between watertown and Pulaski so it is understandable.

Coffee was TOO 🔥🥵 Asked for ice but with TWO coffees to be get..... The wait staff FORGOT the ice. Then ....in NO time... the coffee was TOO COLD to drink

Automatic 3 stars for selling coffee, the additional one was pleasant customer service when speaking with most staff. The reason why it's not a 5 star review; Made my order wrong and some staff mad me feel depressed just by hearing their tone. Overall a decent place.

I always go here because it's my local Dunkin' and I love the sourdough breakfast sandwich they serve. This one can be slow and sometimes messes up orders but overall, they are a good place. They do occasionally put donuts in a bag with the frosting side down which can be annoying. They are always friendly, polite, and overall respectful which makes all the difference.

I’m a loyal Dunkin fan, but I’ve been in here a number of times when items have not been on display, they’ve quit making a couple of my favorite items, and the people just don’t look happy that are working there. I myself used to work for Dunkin and I’ve always made the best of any job that I’ve had and it was a really good time.

Ok seriously I go to this dunkin just about every day 2 times in the past few days I've had grounds in my coffee, and I always ask for only cream, this morning they put sugar in it fml. I would like to say though that the staff are amazing, always very polite

The customer service is fabulous. We can go in and they know our order. But their have been a few times when we went in where there was no donuts or not even stuff to make our drinks. Plus after 12 the donut selection is very limited

Even though my order went through on the Dunkin' Donuts app, they didn't get it for some reason. They did fulfill it for me although as seems to be typical, the app allowed me to order something that they didn't have on the menu. They offered to make me something else and it didn't quite add up to what I had paid for the original item, but at the point I just wanted to keep going. They're pretty friendly and did their best to take care of me, but seem like they're a bit overwhelmed.

Used to be my go to, but has been a lot harder lately. Went 10 minutes before closing a few weeks ago was left standing at the counter and then told they were closed. Last time I ordered on my app for a walk in to find the lobby closed and monster lines that took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get through. If you are app ordering call ahead to find out the pick up situation. Nice folks just some crazy stuff happening right now.

The only good thing I can really say is how they make their drinks. I’ve never had one that’s been lacking or made bad. More so however, they are ALWAYS out of things. This entire past week that I have been down, they have been almost completely out of donuts. A donut shop lacking most of their donuts. They are always busy as well. I’d understand not having inventory if you don’t expect to be so busy, but they are almost always busy as well. You’d think they’d be smart enough to stick their inventory so people get what they’re coming for. Their product definitely didn’t meet demand, and I wouldn’t say their service even makes up for it. You’re better off making the 10 min trip and going to the Watertown one. Much better all around.

They were out of donuts had none at all made the wrong drink and then we had cold hash browns

We stoped on inter state 81 for coffee south of watertown n.y. . The young man on a break did not let the lady in backknow we were there. She was taking care of drive through and inventorying the stock. My first time gotting a cappuccino did not know they need to add the. French vanilla flavoring , i was asked what flavor just cappuccino, any other time i have gotten one it flavored already French Vanilla . Over all doughnut eas good , you have gotten chep with the filling for the price .

They really need more staff at the Adam's NY location...I find no fault with the staff as they can only fill the orders so fast.. this has been going on for sometime...the order on app is a nightmare

Have been here about 10 times, and consistently slow service. Thought it was just a busy location, however on two counts the service remained slow even when only one or two cars were in the drive thru. Moreover, I had a guest a town who ordered two sandwiches and they were both made incorrectly.

I called this morning to make sure they had donuts because yesterday they did not have anything at all. I was told things happen, when I asked how you could not have donuts that was the response I got. So calling today I called and was told we have a couple.

America does NOT run on this dunkin. At the speaker the worker rudely kept saying she could not hear us and that she would finish our order at the window. We waited for the car ahead of us for almost 5 minutes then we pulled up to the window. They then took forever to give us our drinks. However, the drinks were delicious. If you are in a rush- don’t go to this dunkin.

The staff is friendly. The donuts are barely glazed or frosted and they never get my coffee right. I get coffee Pulaski, Adams, Watertown(Walmart or Washington st location) occasionally Oswego. Adams has never got mine right, and the other day I was in line for 12 mins with only 4 vehicles in front of me, one of which left. The Oswego one up by the fast food area's has poor customer service haven't been there since

I’ve now reached out twice to a higher up for the workers that do show up to work it’s not their fault the manager who’s in charge doesn’t train employees how to make coffees properly and they don’t have a baker (they did have someone apply and never hired them ) your name is Dunkin’ Donuts but never have any at this location I truly feel bad for the employees at this location who show up and deal with all this . This location is always busy the time before today they only had two employees show up to work they weren’t allowed to close the lobby or turn off mobile ordering. When this happens help your employees and just run drive thru your losing local loyal customers! Shout out to Amber and a select few who show up and do their job I appreciate it but you need a manager who’s going to do their job when there’s no coverage ! I also like to add since the few college kids who left my coffees haven’t been made right and I never have them remade I don’t want to complain when they are already stressed out and have other customers waiting in an already long drive thru line

My order was wrong and the boston cream doughnuts had no cream in them . The kid at the window was nice but every time I order it's always wrong . Third time in a row . Sorry for bad review , I tried to call but couldn't get thru . Didn't have time to go in .

Normally a great spot. Until I went with my husband 4/27 and waited in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of us for about 30 minutes. Being told an employee walked out mid shift and seeing 2 employees struggling to keep up. Understandable until we finally left and saw not one but 2 other employees outside smoking cigarettes and talking. Cigarette Breaks should not be permitted during a rush (coming from someone who worked in management for nearly 10 years). The cashier looked like he was understandably stressed and to wait that long and see 2 employees just relaxing was honestly a slap in the face.

I order the same coffee everyday & someone it always gets messed up. Not to mention it's a 6 dollar coffee. I highly recommend getting people who know what there doing.. I got my coffee this am and instead of it tasting like it's suppose to it takes like straight up blended water. I think maybe I should take my service else where.

Don't bother to come here in the morning unless you're willing to wait. The window gets prioritized over the counter so be prepared to be ignored if you go inside. You can tell staff is overwhelmed and hate their jobs. More often than not they run out of things. Only reason I chose to go here is because it's this or gas station food / McDonald's.

Never made a bad review. However every time at this location it’s either a long wait for a single coffee or my coffee tastes disgusting. This last time the three girls working were more interested in talking to each other and messing around than actually working. The service sucked.

This is definitely the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. It’s always a wait, even if you order ahead for pickup. No matter what, you’re going to be sitting for at least 10 mins every time. They are the slowest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. On top of that, I come here because it’s the only “coffee shop” between me and my work place. So it’s out of necessity that I go here. Yet every time I go, my order is never correct. They regularly make my coffee wrong either without the cream, without the flavor, or with coffee that tastes so bad I wonder how long it’s been sitting in there. If I had another option that would make it so I don’t have to go here, I would. But it’s either this or McDonald’s and I’m certainly not going there. The staff here also don’t offer any condolences for how long it takes and don’t care if the beverage is made wrong. If you want it fixed or want a refund, your only option is to call corporate and waste time sitting on the phone with them. This is the most poorly wrong, poorly staffed, poorly maintained Dunkin I have ever seen in my life.

This poor place! Where to start? According to the employees, some still there and some that left, this place is very poorly managed. Whomever is supposed to bake the donuts can't be bothered to show up more often than not. Today there were no donuts! Not a few! None! At a donut shop! Most of the time this place is under staffed so I feel bad for the working conditions of the people that have to work there. A lot of time they are so short manned, they have to lock the doors so they don't get swamped. Whomever runs this place, it's time to pull your head out!

At 3pm (5 hours before closing) they were completely out of donuts, the hot coffee was cold, and the lemonade didn't taste like lemonade.

Here they are a donut business and they never have any because of no staff in the morning to bake them???!!!! I needed a dozen for someone and they had about 6 total in the case. Crazy!! Either hire some people or close!

Working in northern areas of NYS, the average wait time is 10/15 minutes in the drive thru. Friday’s wait was over 20, and low volume customers. Drinks were not as ordered either. Next visit to upstate NY, we will not be supporting.

Ever since the remodel place is horrible. Waits average 30 minutes even with closed lobby. To top it off I got "the is what it is line."

Can someone from the corporate office explain to me why they are always out of stock on so many items? Want donuts? Too bad, we're all out. Want a certain flavoring in your drink? Too bad we're all out....

Horrible wait in the drive-thru, at least 40 minutes!!! Then our order wasn't right! We saw many cars going inside after the drive-thru because orders were wrong. Very disappointed!

The munchkins I purchased tasted like they were day old munchkins. Also I asked for jelly and glazed varieties but got a mix of all flavors.

We ordered through the app when we arrived they told us our drinks were ready. We ordered five drinks and four out of the five drinks were wrong. They remade one of them and it was still terrible. Everytime we go there the drinks are wrong. It takes forever and the staff is not pleasant. They definitely need a manager who can rectify this problem.

I ordered a dozen donuts and they were out of boxes so they put them all in a bag. While I understand places run out of things so they need to improvise, I don't believe my chocolate donuts should have all been mixed in with my glazed donuts. Due to that I now have chocolate frosting on my glazed donuts, not to mention my Boston cream donuts were smushed due to the weight of the other donuts. I go to this dunkin quite often and I am very disappointed.

Yesterday when I went I ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive through. When I looked at ths food before we left everything was cold. I went in and asked them of they could reheat them. The lady working said that she just watched him makes them and that they couldnt have been cold. I showed her that the cheese isnt even kind of melted and offered for her to touch them. She got visibly annoyed and argued with me again before saying they'll remake them. They were cold again and I didnt even bother going in again because I didnt want to deal with them again. In restaurants you want the opportunity to fix a mistake so a customer doesnt leave feeling like they wasted money, the supervisor made sure of that. Would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted a sandwich, not a debate of the specific heat of cheese.

Stood in line before ordering for 20 minutes. Asked a couple of questions about the donuts and the response was "I dont know..I don't eat rhem". Was not given my receipt or the donut I ordered. Had to wait an additional 7 minutes to get my donut and a medium coffee with cream and sugar.

Worst experience ever at a dunkin doughnuts. Asked for white chocalate they gave me pumpkin spice which is GROSS!! Asked for a bacon egg and cheese and waited for 10 minutes only to find out they didn't make it. Should probably have an adult on the premises instead of 4 kids who have no clue what's going on.

We’ve bought our crew drinks for breakfast all over NYS. When I say slow to serve, I’m sorry but that’s an understatement. It shouldn’t take a quarter of an hour to obtain a coffee every time or more.

The service was bad the police were pretty rude and when you trying to explain what happened they're pretty rude and the hot chocolate was not good and every time you ask for whipped cream and milk you don't get it you had to say it three times. My husband and I went around three times and they still don't get our orders right

I think covid has destroyed this specific Dunkin franchise in nny. Line is always in road wether in Pulaski or Adams.... There is never a explanation as to way you wait for half and hour in line. Today I waited 15 minutes in line and another 10 at the window!!!! These dunks have a major flaw in Management and scheduling staff... Look at my review for Pulaski got pictures and same issues. 100% dissatisfied with the Dunkin donuts in the area.

This was a fluke visit where the woman inside was snippy and rude. Simply asked if a promotion was happening on an observance of a holiday or the next day. Ended up just walking out.

I am extremely disappointed. I am a regular. Yesterday around 7:20pm I placed a mobile order for pickup. Went to pickup my order and nobody answered the drive thru so I went up to the window and No one came. There was a car sitting by the drive thru window and and im guessing it was one of the employees that worked there, they advised that they got our order after they closed and that my ticket was up on the wall and I could pick up my mobile order the next day. The fact that the website says they are open until 8pm but was closed at 7:20pm is very unprofessional. The whole way they handled this is actually unprofessional and will be calling to complain to corporate. All around terrible service.

I just experienced a 30+ minute wait in the drive thru line with only 4 cars ahead of me and a few cars parked in front. Absolutely unacceptable and without a single apology from staff about the 35 minute wait for one single coffee. Here's a thought, maybe not pay celebrities to be in your awful commercials and pay employees a decent wage and maybe you wouldn't have this employee shortage problem. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

we get there we were going to order some coffee then we wanted some donuts cuz it's a donut place the cashier doesn't mention anything about being out of certain things so turns out they were out of donuts how are you a donut place that sells and makes donuts and you don't have any food ?nothing? I'm surprised we were even able to get our coffee

EDIT: You can guarantee your order will never be right and sandwiches always burnt to a crisp. It's hit or miss on how good your drink is going to be even with putting in specific number of cream, sweetened flavor shots. especially when you have to pay extra for the number of shots and it still doesn't taste how it should. Same goes with the donuts and other food sometimes it might be good other times it can be rock hard.

All I can say is WOW. I feel bad for the employee that was being belittled and swore at by who I can only assume was the manager. This place is sorely lacking in professionalism. Maybe a change in management would help?! Worst Dunkin I’ve been to!!

Stopped to get some breakfast for the family. Got home and found the donuts had no frosting at all or very little. So I called to let them know they should check their donuts to make sure they have more frosting on them and they hung up on me. Let be honest we don’t buy DD donuts for the donut, the best part is the frosting, stop skimping on it.

My whole order was wrong thru drive thru . I paid extra for white cheddar on breakfast sandwich and I didn’t get it . My coffee was wrong and my doughnuts didn’t have crème in them . This happens to me all the time and I’m going to stop going here because the kids in drive thru are unprofessional and always screw up my food .

The cashier on duty this afternoon was completely unhelpful. Telling my friend they didn’t have iced coffee then immediately turning around and providing iced coffee to the next handful of customers to come through while we waited in my order.

We got 2 sandwiches. Neither was very good. Just no flavor. Almost no meat.

It’s honestly frustrating. We clearly order one drink with a French vanilla shot and one with a French vanilla swirl, both medium with cream and sugar, and they still mess it up every time. It feels like they stop listening as soon as they hear the word “swirl.” ITS NOT THAT HARD TO LISTEN.

Foods decent but I wouldn’t recommend going there when you are hungry due to the 5 hour wait you have to sit through even with just 2 cars ahead of you. It blows my mind that an establishment can even afford to stay open when they can only process 1 order every 30 minutes and even after that they still manage to not get crucial details right. Wouldn’t recommend spending money let alone wasting your time to go here. Better off going and foraging for your own breakfast in the woods.

The only reason for 2 stars for food is because most of it is frozen and hard to screw up but 9x out of ten they will! Worst service ever, every time Ive gone. (I tried to go at different times to see if service would improve, nope!) The slowest Ive seen people move. And as the name implies, Dunkin “Donuts,” they should have donuts, right?? Ha! Think again!

Service remains horrible here. It's poorly run and likely understaffed. Staff in general seems stressed a lot. Often out of common donuts early in morning. I wouldn't even stop here but wife and daughter like the coffee. ON several occasions mobile order placed, arrive in store for designated time and wait another 20min. Don't even think about drive thru, always rapped around building. If you are in line its 20-30min to get drink. Double drive thru would be ideal. Its too bad, this is a great location. I'm sure it makes money but with good service could make double. . I worked in food service mgt for 7 years. Service is everything. A rival coffee shop here near here with good service would make a killing.

Hands down, this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world. But it's the only drive through coffee shop in town. If you're looking for a place to open a small/mid revenue espresso stop, etc. - open it across the street from this nightmare, and you will do well.

Out of location convenience to school drop offs, I have attempted to stop here a handful of times for donuts between 7and 720 am and 245 to 3 pm they don’t have basic donuts available. Do yourself a favor and drive to Washington street and skip this store.

As a local resident of Adams, it’s disappointing to say that the only coffee shop in town, Dunkin’ Donuts, consistently fails to meet even the most basic standards of service and product quality. The environment there is highly unprofessional, and the leadership—or lack thereof—starts at the top. The manager shows no sense of accountability, either for her team or herself. Everything seems to be treated like a joke, with no regard for customer satisfaction or consistency. Just this morning, while the manager was on duty, I was handed a $7 large caramel iced latte that wasn’t even stirred. This is not an isolated incident, but rather a pattern of carelessness and poor service that has been going on for far too long. It’s unfortunate that as a local, I feel forced to drive all the way to the Dunkin’ on Washington Street just to get a coffee that’s made properly. Until there’s a serious change in leadership and culture at the Adams location, I don’t expect anything to improve. The service and product quality coming out of that window are simply unacceptable.

Im a local. I’ve been going to this location for years multiple times a week. I stopped going probably 9-10 months ago because the service had gotten so bad. Somedays they had no donuts. Your Dunkin’ Donuts how do you not have any donuts. This wasn’t like something was broken it would be random. The manager was extremely rude when you would mobile order something and refuse to give you your money back and say to contact Dunkin through the app. Well I tried to give them a chance again hoping they had fixed there issues. Nope not even a little. Terrible, slow service. I can go to Dunkin on Washington St in Watertown during rush hour. With the line out of the drive way. You could be the last person in that line and still get your order before the first person in line in Adams. I even contacted Dunkin corporate 9 months ago and they said they were aware of the issue and working on fixing it. At this point they should close this location as it is hurting their brand.

So normally the afternoon crew is on top of everything but I am so sick of the morning staff. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes ahead because it’s never done with a 10 minute notice at 530am. But I put the order in extra early. I drove all the way to work, half an hour away. And I am now finding that the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich is literally just a burnt plain bagel. I am so sick of the morning staff either taking way too long to make my order when I am the only order. And I am sick of the morning staff constantly messing up my order.
