Best catfish I've had in a very long time. My friend got the catfish, I got shrimp gumbo (recommendation of the clerk). Both were fantastic, and they didn't overwhelm us with sauces. I really like the ambience, too. Like any proper Cajun themed location, they had a variety of hot sauces available. I've put them in a picture from most to least favorite. Will definitely be going back, and recommend this location, especially if (like my buddy I went with) you love catfish.

Delicious fried catfish made to order. Would say fries could be a bit more crispy and salted. Was there for the catfish and that was good. They gave Tatar , cocktail, and Tabasco sauce. Pretty fast operation. Also lived the pecan pie

The catfish is fresh and clean, and I love the fries here because they aren't oily! It's easy to tell this is a great place to visit, as it's filled with families and older customers.

The staff is pleasant! The restaurant doesn’t have the best decor it’s kind of out dated. I enjoy the food once I dress it up. I order the 2 piece fish and I make sure to get a side of season because there isn’t any initially. It’s definitely good for something quick.

Food pretty good, but a few things make this place less than 5 stars. The Po Boy I had was by far the smallest in the area. For the price, not good value. Second, they like to dupe customers into buying stuff without knowing its price. They have beer, but I didn't find a price list. The prices for fountain drinks are deliberately blanked out on the board. The salmon, even though it's written *on a chalkboard* says "market". The point of a chalkboard is that it's easy to quickly change information on it. No reason not to put the price, unless you priced in such a way that customers wouldn't buy it if they knew how much it costs. I find that dishonest.

Nothing special about the setting of the place. Your local spot. I bought the 6 fried fish, fries, and hush puppies. The fish was super bland. No flavor at all. It was crispy. The hush puppies were okay. The fries were super bland. The corn nuggets and onion rings are just like everything else…fried and bland. The service was okay as I asked the cashier “are they full filets?” And she told me yes. They were cut in half and counted as 1. She was super sweet. But WHERES THE FLAVOR?!?! I would search for the next spot.

I got the shrimp po’boy and my boyfriend got the fried catfish. It was overall decent. I thought the hush puppies tasted a little different .the fried pickles were also decent. I think next time I would try something different in the menu

We ordered 6 catfish fillets. They were fried to perfection but lacked seasoning. The overall feel of this restaurant gave me more of a diner feeling. They have plenty desserts to choose from. I ordered a banana pudding and it was okay

I have been to this restaurant four times (both dine in & carry out) and its usually great! The grilled veggies were awesome! However, and the fish was hard as if it was previously cooked. I was very disappointed. Please check your order before leaving...

$25 seafood platter. What a damn joke. 4 shrimp, 3 oyster (burned to a crisp), a scallop and 1/4 tint filet. Scallops were hard rubber and it bounced. Terrible food and sky high prices. What’s huge disappointment. Stuffed crabs a week old or more. Avoid this place.

DoorDash order.. I don't live that far from you.... immediately upon receipt, all the food was cold and stale and the restaurant hasn't even been open that long today. I am having to cook all of it in the air fryer. Left this review on DoorDash also. Your version of extra crispy and mine are apparently different.... I think limp floppy shrimp and still partially raw fried oysters in the middle is far from extra crispy. Again, I am having to recook all this food. I am charged a delivery fee and tip and all of it to have to cook it myself anyway? Thanks. The fries were cold, bland, stuck to the yellow basket liner paper... they were hot at one time, hot enough to melt into the paper where the paper won't come off the fries. Thanks for ruining lunch. I don't review things often so it took a pretty epic fail to get this from ME. Hope this food doesn't make me sick... think I will just put it all in the trash and be safe than sorry....$50 wasted.
