I love Cava! After the first try, I haven’t even thought about going back to the other “C” company that’s known for their bowls. Cava is fresh, service is fast and this location is always clean and courteous no matter if you are a walk in or on line order. Every bite hits a different taste bud and you’ll never be disappointed in what you order because everything is so good. Great drinks as well, my favorite is the Cucumber Mint Lime 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. Great place for a lunch date, conversations with coworkers or catching up with old friends! Thanks Fatima for helping me out today! I hope someone reads this review and chooses Cava! I came in today and was wowed by the excellent customer service I received from Maleka. I apologize, if I didn't spell her name correctly, but she went above the call of duty to inform me about my purchase and refilled the ice machine for me. In fact, the whole staff at this location are consumate pros. I just wish Cava wasn't so bloody expensive. If you haven't tried Cava yet, I recommend the Lamb+Avocado in bowl or pita. Top-end!

Healthy never tasted this good! Fresh, fast, and affordable are all reasons I have come here twice a week, every week, for the last year. The variety of fresh food is ahead of the competition, and the flavors will keep you coming back to try new combinations month after month. The staff is fast and attentive. The consistency is always there, and the flavor never disappoints.

It took awhile for Door Dash to show up, but it was worth every bite. Some decisions were easy…like the protein and the greens, but to have to pick thirteen items in addition was hard. I finally figured I could double or triple up on items. Update on 12-1-21: My husband ordered our dinner inside the shop. frequent this Cava location pretty often, and it’s usually very much a get-in-and-get-out experience. Most of the time the interaction is minimal, which is fine—but during my recent visit, JaMya completely changed that for the better. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely engaged. Her customer service went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at this location. She took the time to interact, made the experience feel personal, and truly made me feel valued as a customer—not just someone grabbing food and leaving. Honestly, she is a true people person, and it shows. Her energy and approach could really elevate the overall atmosphere at this location. She would make an excellent lead or role model for customer service, because she turned a routine stop into a genuinely pleasant experience. I left feeling better than when I walked in—and that says a lot.

Service quality seems to be going down a little. I always prefer CAVA over other bowl food brands, it feels much more healthier and balanced thanks to lentil option. I am a vegetarian and they have falafel and fried veggies however it’s sad to say that the falafel at CAVA are some of the worst falafel I have had in my life, they taste nothing like falafel but like it’s made of dough. I still would eat here as they do have avocado but it’s extra pay which I hate. Love their sauces and dressings specially the tahini, pickled onion are my favorite they add little bit of sweet/tangy flavor that balances the flavors. They also give free 1/4 pita which is tiny but can’t complain if it’s free can we 😆

Food: Great food and everything was very fresh. It’s hard to find any fast food type places that offer fresh food. My avocado was applied to my bowl right out of its rind. Brussels sprouts were fresh as well. I’ll definitely be back! Service: The servers weren’t the best unfortunately. They didn’t smile at all, I mean not one persons there smiled which is unusual. The food made up for not so great service. Atmosphere: We went there around 1pm and there were plenty of seats for us to sit but, we took it to go. Very chill spot, they offer outdoor seating which was also very chill. Both outdoor and inside of the facility was clean. Price: I believe we spent $22 for two bowls. Really not bad for the quality of food we were given. Not something we can eat everyday but, definitely hit the spot for Sunday lunch. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots currently. Very healthy food.

This location is extremely inconsistent recently. I come here almost weekly but lately it has been off. I recently discovered I liked the lamb here, but today they just gave me a big glob of it that was stuck together and fatty. I'm particular about meats in general, but this was a major disappointment. Probably will go back to getting bowls without meat because I do enjoy their roasted veggies and sauces. This is now the second occasion in a row I have ordered ahead and it has been a nightmare. The regular line moves faster and I probably could have gone through the line 3 times by the time I was standing there waiting for my food. There were at least 10 other people huddled around the togo pick up area. My pick up time was 12:30 and I arrived then and waited til about 12:45. The gentleman in front of me was 12:15 pick up time and got his probably around 12:35. I'll probably be giving this location a break. The staff over all is not friendly with the exception of a few. The portion sizes have gotten significantly smaller on top of everything. Not impressed.

Wow, this location is conveniently located. There are many inconsistencies in the way. The staff serve from portion sizes to different rules. This location Is also quite often out of different ingredients so you never know when you’ll be able to get a meal or not. They also have serious issues with cooking their brown rice, as it’s always crunchy and hard. The staff is not very friendly and a lot of times there are not enough of them so a large line forms. I ordered a cava bowl through door dash with a full portion of the chicken shawarma and extra grilled chicken. The order I received through DoorDash was extremely low in portion. Lower than the usual bowl. This is absolutely unacceptable. The whole point of paying for the extra chicken is to get the extra portion of protein on top of the usual bowl. I don’t know who made the order but they put 2 tablespoons of rice and no veggies and the chicken portion is lower than the usual portion I get at cava. Is the staff there using a kitchen toy set to give this kind of portion to the customers. The bowls are not cheap and if this is the portion you give, it’s not worth it.
