I went to this restaurant when it was super busy with business events! Even so, it was never too loud for me to hear conversation at my table! They do a great job of separating events from main diners! I was really impressed with the excellent service we received! I want to say a big thanks to Medina, Ace, and Manuel who took care of us so attentively! Excellent service! The salad bar was delicious with a great variety of items! We had the full Charasco! Great variety of meats! All delicious and cooked to your desired choice! ! The service by the meat servers was excellent! We never had to wait for anything! I also recommend the papaya cream desert! It's light and refreshing, tastes delicious, and a great finish to the meal! I very much look forward to returning!

Picanha Burger for just $10, it's amazing and the portion size is very generous. We also got sides of fried banana, fried polenta (or French fries, your choice), and servings of mashed potatoes. Unlimited cheese breads are also served with this meal. If I were you, I wouldn’t forget to order a Grilled Cheese Board for just $6 — it comes in a generous portion and is served with honey so you can enjoy that special contrast. My big shoutout goes to two excellent staff members: Eduardo Monteiro and Rafaela de Barros. They’re amazing!!!!

He made sure our table always had exactly what we wanted, checked in at the perfect times, and explained everything clearly without being overbearing. The space is warm and elegant, with a bustling dining room that seats hundreds. The grand white Carrara Market Table stands out — a bright, abundant display of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and charcuterie that sets the tone for the feast ahead. The atmosphere balances upscale dining with the energy of a traditional Brazilian celebration. You hear the soft hum of conversation, the occasional clink of glasses, and the rhythmic flow of gauchos moving through the room with skewers of fire-roasted meats. What made our visit even more special was Eduardo — not just a server, but someone who brought an authentic Brazilian touch to the experience. Being from Brazil himself, he didn’t just serve the meal; he added cultural warmth. His ability to converse with you, share insights, and connect personally brought the spirit of Brazilian hospitality to the table. In a restaurant already known for attentive service, having someone like Eduardo elevates the experience. It turns dinner into a cultural exchange — the kind of interaction that lingers long after the last slice of of picanha.

This was our first time eating here and my son and I had a great experience we really enjoyed our food and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rafaela made sure we took our dessert home because you get a completely dessert for your birthday and it was my sons 14th birthday but he was too full at the moment to eat it they kindly packaged it up to go for later. And of course, the food is consistently outstanding—succulent meats, a vibrant market table, and desserts that never disappoint. My husband planned a date night here for Sunday evening. It was such a great experience all the way around! Eduardo and AJ took care of us, along with several other of the staff. I really feel like they all work as a well oiled machine. Customer service was fantastic. The food was phenomenal! We got the full experience, and Créame Brûlée for dessert, they even have a mocktail menu for those of us that aren’t wanting to drink! I had a Cleane Sour, it was delicious. We will definitely be back!

At first, our impression was a bit clouded when the hostess greeted us without much warmth or a smile, which made us doubt our choice for a special night. But everything changed thanks to our amazing server, Rafaela, who completely turned our evening around. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. When she learned it was my birthday, she made sure we felt truly celebrated and taken care of. Her warmth and professionalism completely restored our faith in the place — and because of her (and, of course, the phenomenal food!), we’ll definitely be coming back. It’s rare to experience such delicious cuisine paired with that level of hospitality (again, thanks to Rafaela). Fogo de Chão truly redeemed itself and gave us a night to remember! ❤️

Overall it was a solid experience. The ambiance was great, the salad bar had plenty of fresh options, and the staff was friendly and professional. My only real issue was with the doneness of the meats. Most of the main cuts like the picanha, ribeye, and sirloin were being served medium well to well done, which made them less juicy than expected. I asked specifically for medium rare cuts, and while they did bring them out, it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive. I appreciated that they honored the request, but the delay made the flow of the experience feel a bit off. On the bright side, I also ordered a lobster tail and it was really good, tender and flavorful. And to top it all off, the cheesecake brûlée for dessert was fantastic. Creamy, rich, with a perfect caramelized top, definitely a highlight of the night.

I had a disappointing experience at the Addison location and don’t plan on returning. The main issue was with how food timing is handled, especially if you prefer your meat well done. I noticed that most of the meats being served were medium or medium rare. I understand that well done is not their standard, but if a guest requests it, the experience should still be enjoyable. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I asked for well-done meat, I had to wait 10–15 minutes or longer each time. During that wait, everyone else at the table (and even nearby tables) continued eating without interruption. By the time my well-done meat arrived, others had already finished most or all of their meal. It felt awkward and isolating to be sitting there watching everyone else eat while waiting alone. Considering the price—around $60–$70 per person depending on the day—I expected a more balanced and inclusive dining experience. No one should feel left out just because of how they prefer their food cooked. The same issue happened with dessert. Most people ordered crème brûlée, which came out almost immediately. I ordered the chocolate molten cake, and it took a very long time to arrive. By then, others were already halfway done or finished with their dessert, and I was just starting mine. Again, the timing was poorly managed. Overall, the lack of coordination and consideration really took away from the experience. For the price point, I expected much better service and timing. Because of this, I won’t be coming back to this location.
