AWESOME LITTLE CAESARS LOCATION IN CANYON COUNTRY. ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS THIS PLACE IS AWESOME IS BECAUSE OF A CERTAIN EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF "JAE". HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE MY EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERB AND DEFINITELY I WILL BE RETURNING THERE CUZ THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION IN THE NEAR FUTURE THANKS TO HIM

Great employees, hard workers and great service. Went in today and my crazy bread sauce fell, they gave me a new one. They were swamped with ppl and some evil white lady was yelling at them walked right into the back of the kitchen and yelled at the cooks for putting too much sauce in the middle of the pizza. I felt so sorry they need upper management to step in and offer some more protection to their employees. That lady should have been arrested for intruding and harassing them that way she could have hurt them and worse that is uncalled for and should not be permitted to happen casually at this establishment or anywhere. Just wanted to post that so people can learn from horrible actions and behaviors like that and respect workers.

I am a regular customer at this location and their customer service is amazing. I’ve had orders wrong a couple of times, but recently, they’ve done everything possible to fix it and make it right. Their manager, Nancy, always goes above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and I’m a satisfied customer. She’s always super friendly and nice. Among all pizza, Little Ceasars is my favorite and this location is 👍🏼👍🏼

This is my "go-to" place for deep dish pizza, while my son and hubby enjoy the stuffed crust pizza. For the times we want quick inexpensive pizza that is ready for pickup in minutes, Little Caesars is hard to beat. Ordering is super easy, I order and pay through the app. You're issued a kiosk # where your pizza will be warming, until you pick up. You simply walk-in, punch in the kiosk # and walk out with your order. **One time we walked in to order and the wrong pizza was made. We had to wait a short time for a pipping hot pizza, but to make up for the mistake, we were offered a one litter bottle of the soda. They didn't have to do that, but the fact that they took responsibility for the mistake and made up for it, showed me one of the reasons why this company has been in business for so long. The excellent customer service and ease of convenience ordering will keep me coming back for more. Not to mention the pizza is good!

You don't expect much with Little Caesars. Cheap ingredients so they can keep the price low. It really depends on what pie you get. Their dough isn't bad so the thick pizzas are also not bad. They have the ready made option which is nice. I got the Detroit style pizza. It most certainly isn't a Detroit style pizza but the pizza itself was good as was the service.

Not bad for Little Caesars pizza. It's just very slow if you go around dinner time. Don't expect any ready made pizzas at that time.

How long does it take to make one pizza? They’re NOT hot and ready! They’re not $5 a pizza anymore. And they still don’t deliver! Why am I waiting here for a freakin pizza then?? The quality has improved so there’s that but it’s not worth it to me anymore because it’s not fast and cheap like it used to be. That’s why you went to Little Caesars…because you could walk right out with a hot ready pizza just as soon as you walk in. I think Little Caesar’s needs to up their game because I’m not going here anymore. Not worth it anymore. I’ve literally been waiting half an hour for ONE pizza!!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. This location is TERRIBLE. Do NOT order from here. Wait times are unbelievably long. I placed on online order at 6:40, pick up time 7:45. I called at 7:20 to make sure that it would be ready by 7:45 (cause I know their wait times are insane) went to pick it up at 7:45. 7:50 came around, 7:55, 8:00…. Still no pizza ready. I asked the guy why it was taking so long and he said “they’re in the oven.” Why weren’t they in the oven minutes ago? I get it, they’re busy. But this has happened more than once. Unbelievable.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Especially if you use the Pizza Portal! I spoke with several people in line all waiting for their orders that the app said was ready. 40 plus minutes later and it’s not ready! Service staff is incompetent! I get it though these are jobs for kids who don’t really care if they do well at them, but when you are making people’s food maybe at least try to present some aptitude as to give the customer confidence that you won’t make them sick! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Pick it up took it home less than 4 minutes and it was cold .Did not receive the dipping sauce I paid for and the promotion on line orders 99 cent crazy bread. Will be going to Pizza Hut Domino's or one of the other million other pizza places might be cheaper. But it's a waste of money. Should receive negative stars on EVERYTHING!

I drive 10 minutes to get here wait in line another 10 minutes only for them to tell me the customers order isn’t even in the oven yet and it will be another 25 minute wait. I finally decided to write this review because this happens every time I come here. If you’re frustrated because your delivery is taking so long it’s because this place doesn’t care about you or their drivers!

Orders are never ready on time. You always have to wait. Employees do not work, but go about their business. Teach employees to work, not to be idle. Why are customers suffering??
