While in America I had to try the troll queen Wendy's. Good value fast food hope they get past our sharks and come to Australia. Their soft drink selection is insane and totally worth a visit alone. Burgers and Fries not bad but could be better.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm not a WENDYS guy or a fast food type, but I will say their Double Stackers are not bad at all. I don't care much for the rest of the menu, but these small burgers carry a good punch in simplicity and flavor, so they are worth a review. Try one on the go. It will fulfill your craving and your hunger for a reasonable price. And one last thing, just so you know, they taste better than they look!

Burger patties tasted as if they were reheated from several hours earlier and the bacon was almost rancid; terrible runs ensued the next morning. The chicken and fries were fine, guess those were selling better that day. Location was very slow at the time of visit (early evening weekday).
This place has gone from great to horrible in my opinion. I have to double check every order because they forget to give you things. I got chicken tenders and asked for bbq sauce. When I got home, no sauce. Night ruined. This place needs to start hiring people that know what they are doing. It's just making sure the order is right.

Wendy's across Holywood presentation Hospital The employees seemed to be horsing around! I had never seen that in a fast food restaurant. What was the most disgusting was the fact that the bathrooms had no soap or towels, and yes the employees used the same bathroom! Truly disgusting and against all health and safety regulations.
Ugh, I was so bummed to get home and see my order was messed up, and the large fries weren't even close to full! Whoever's reading this, seriously, double-check your order so you don't waste your money. I hate complaining, especially about food. Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Wendy’s – 1305 N Vermont I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s located at 1305 N Vermont about 30 minutes ago. I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward for a chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, the employee rudely told me I should have “let them know ahead of time” that I had placed a mobile order. That doesn’t make any sense—how else am I supposed to pick up a mobile order if not by showing up? To make things worse, she told me I had to leave the drive-thru and go back through the line, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There are no signs posted to inform customers of this supposed policy, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the app marked my order as picked up, even though I never received my sandwich. So now I’ve lost my reward and got nothing in return. At least McDonald’s gives you your points back when something goes wrong—Wendy’s customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced, and this is not the first issue I’ve had at this location. This needs to be addressed. I want my reward reinstated and a response about how situations like this will be handled better in the future.
I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s and ordered a chili and a burger. While eating the burger, I found several hard, wood-like pieces that couldn’t be chewed. I stopped halfway and went back to the counter to show a male employee what I found. He didn’t speak English and responded in Spanish, saying something about the manager. After a short wait, they gave me a new burger without any explanation or apology. I left with the replacement, only to find the same hard, inedible material in the second burger. I was so disgusted I threw it away. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning in terms of food safety. I took photos and am sharing this to warn others. I won’t be returning to this location.
