We like the place; I visit it twice a month. But I don't like that they ask for a tip when they pay. That depends on the service and your order. If they ask for a tip, it makes me think two things: either they're paid very little, or whether you tip them or not determines how your order turns out and how you're treated.

I have been to this place several times, today I went back and when the girl at the counter asked me if I left a tip I told her no, I saw her face of disgust. I bought a marquesita with a cajeta frappé, the cajeta frappé didn't have cajeta and I told her that on several occasions I have gone and they haven't served it to me like that, she only told me that people who didn't tip were served so I asked for the manager and they only told me that she was busy. They pointed out who the person was and I approached her and told her about the situation and she told me that she couldn't serve me, she was with her girlfriend holding hands and kissing there in the work area. The truth is it is a very embarrassing situation because on several occasions I have gone and the service was excellent and in my opinion we are not obligated to leave them a tip because they are being paid for their work.

A very nasty version of the authentic "marquesitas" that you can find in the mexican southeast. I understand that maybe they wanted to innovate and create more options but it ended being just like any other ordinary crepes... well, a lil more crunchy. I tried an americano coffee an it had an ordinary supermarket coffee taste. The place is very small, and bcs they don't have a take out waiting area you have to wait for your order outside in the sidewalk. Disappointing.

My chai tea was just milk with some cheap brand of chai tea bag thrown in and it only tasted like warm waterd down milk.

Today, around 1 PM, the girl who served us spent the whole time kissing another guy who worked there and burned the food we ordered. I wouldn't go back to that place. The employees need to understand that they are at their workplace. I ordered two marquesitas and one coffee if you want to check the receipt and the time.

I went today, January 21, 2025. If I could give them a 0, I would. The Marquesitas were raw; they didn't have all the ingredients requested. The girl with glasses did whatever she wanted with my order. First and last time I've visited them.

The order was completely wrong. We ordered 3 Nutella croquettes and received 2 savory croquettes. They were also soggy, and drinks were missing. Terrible service, not recommended at all. We spent 460 pesos only to receive missing items that didn't match the order and were in poor condition.

Horrible 🤮 I waited 35 minutes for my dessert and it came out frozen solid ❄️ rock hard. They clearly don't know how to make crepes, nothing. It was dripping everywhere, it was awful 😤 I ended up throwing two away 🗑️ Don't waste your money!
