A great place to eat ramen in Aguascalientes. The place is spectacular, with a lovely atmosphere, the staff was always very friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered a Miso Ramen and the braised pork belly, which was absolutely delicious. My only observation is that the portions are very generous, so I ordered two things and left completely full.

A new ramen place in the northern part of Aguascalientes. We ordered gyozas to start and our ramen. The portions are large, so I suggest you come hungry. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is pleasant. Dulce served us, and she was attentive and friendly.

A place with a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Upon arrival, they greet you with a pitcher of cold water, which I thought was perfect given the heat at that hour. The ramen, steamed gyozas, and drinks were delicious. Dulce's service was excellent; I'll definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

I ordered fried chicken and dandan noodles. Both were delicious! The restaurant was clean, the background music was stylish, and the staff were very friendly. First of all, water was brought out when I sat down. The fried chicken was refreshing and crispy, which was great! The soup for the dandan noodles was piping hot. It was just spicy enough that a woman could finish it all. The price seemed a little high, but it was delicious, so I'll definitely go back!

The ramen is highly recommended, without a doubt the best in Aguascalientes. Excellent service. The tables are very close together, which is a little uncomfortable because you can hear the conversations of your neighbors.

The fried chicken and gyoza were delicious. Both went really well with beer. And the desserts were not to be underestimated. I think the quality of the food is very high for a makeshift Japanese restaurant in Aguascalientes. The staff were also very friendly. Although it's a ramen restaurant, I feel like the quality of the ramen itself can vary greatly depending on the cook. The person who cooked my ramen the first time I visited was busy and significantly overcooked the noodles. After taking them out of the water, they left the noodles out for a while and were terrible at draining the water, so the resulting food was unlike anything I'd ever eaten before. I suppose it's understandable, as it's difficult to make ramen without knowing the correct way to do it.

The place is pleasant, with nice decor and furnishings that suit the restaurant. The service was great; I loved the complimentary pitcher of cold water. It's just plain water, nothing out of the ordinary, but it's a big help in the heat and sets them apart from the competition. The food and drinks were unremarkable; perhaps I should have ordered something more elaborate. I did appreciate that they charred the pork belly slightly, which is something other places don't usually do, but unfortunately, they overcooked it. The price is a bit higher than other ramen places.

Hitori is a very beautiful place. You can see the effort put into the decor and finishing touches, making it unique and offering a special atmosphere. The appetizers and desserts are very good, with great flavor and presentation. The matcha panna cotta is spectacular. The main dishes need more flavor. Don't be afraid to add a little more seasoning to give it that typical flavor.

Los fideos están muy duros, deberían cambiar el agua donde los hacen ya que se ve que reutilizan el agua para hacer varias tandas de noodles y los hace pastosos, primera y última vez que vengo, por eso no hay japoneses en el restaurante. Muy caro para lo que es.

I felt the shoyu ramen wasn't that great. It seemed to lack flavor; it was rather bland. Also, the noodles had a consistency more like spaghetti than ramen noodles. The portion seemed small compared to other places where you get more for the same price, and it's tastier. The ginger lemonade was good. The service was friendly.

The space is very nice and cozy, the waitress was friendly and always attentive in case we needed anything. The service was okay, not too late but not fast either. I didn't like the food. The ramen had no flavor, nor did the noodles. I had to add soy sauce to make it taste like anything. I felt very sad and disappointed since this place had been highly recommended to me. The presentation was very nice, but it didn't match the taste. The edamame was good, but that was about it. I probably wouldn't return to this place. For two people, we spent approximately 700 pesos. Two ramen, some edamame, and a drink.

La limonada de jengibre estaba muy buena, sin embargo el miso ramen no tenía buen sabor, los fideos eran muy pastosos y todos pegados, como si los cocieran en atole. Para el precio hay mejores opciones.
