Probably one of my favorite bars I have been to in Mexico. The bartenders are really nice and put up with my horrible Spanish. Great music and a fun atmosphere. The people sitting at the bar with me were very nice as well and great to talk to. A great place to socialize and have a few cocktails.

It's one of the bars I've enjoyed visiting the most because it has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I've been given complimentary fried foods and ceviche. They make cocktails like mojitos, azulitos, Cubanos, and more; but my recommendation is definitely the tamarindos. They also sell delicious snacks like chips and boneless chips. There are often good promotions. There's karaoke every day.
The place is super comfortable and the prices are great.

I liked the service before (about four weeks ago) there were two waiters who were very attentive and cared about providing good service, but now there's one waiter who spends all his time smoking at the bar and hardly pays any attention to us. I hope he improves or that they look into improving that area :)

Everything was fine, the drinks and the service were good, but the lady on the afternoon shift had terrible service. She didn't pay attention to the tables. She chatted with her "friends" and offered courtesies to her friends, while providing poor service to the other tables! Please take note and check out her staff.
The service from the waitress was very good, but when we tried to request a song, they refused because "a customer broke the phone where the songs are played," and we were there for four hours, playing the same songs the entire time. In my experience and opinion, if it were a bar, they could offer better service, and of course, I don't think it's a problem for them to play a song or change songs. This was my first visit, and I really liked the place, and because of that small detail, I won't return or recommend it. Thank you.
Chido el ambiente pero pésimo servicio
Terrible atmosphere. They didn't have lemons to make drinks, and they didn't have any food to make other than boneless lemons. Overall, my first visit wasn't pleasant.
Excuse me, is this the bar in Americas? What was underground?
The guy behind the bar provides terrible service. You ask him for something or request something, and he doesn't even look at you when he answers, while he's strolling around the bar with some diva. The girls are friendly and attentive, but that guy is really bad at treating people.
It's a very nice place to hang out with your friends and have a good time
