Lamentablemente una muy mala experiencia, pedí 1 hora antes por teléfono para pasar por el pedido, llegué y estaba incompleto, tuve que esperar de nuevo, y finalmente comerlo terminó en una intoxicación mía y de mis 2 hijos, hospitalizados 1 día completo.

The rice didn't have the best consistency; it was raw. The flavor wasn't rich. It's a shame about the 2-for-1 deal. I was craving some good sushi. Plus, it takes a long time to put together an order.

Very poor service. I ordered two deliveries to surprise my grandmother and my mother. An hour later, they told me it wouldn't be back. I canceled the order in two hours, and they started giving me different excuses: it crashed, a traffic jam stopped it, and they were busy. As a person, you understand the inconveniences that can arise, but as a branch, you have an obligation to inform the customer if there was an issue so they can take it into account. But they didn't do so until 10 minutes after canceling the order (2 hours and 10 minutes after I placed it). The delivery person arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes after I placed the order (30 minutes after canceling the order), when we had already ordered something else. For obvious reasons, we couldn't receive it.
