El servicio es excelente, los meseros muy atentos y últimamente mas rápidos. Ha sido recientemente remodelado, y realmente quedó con una muy buena vista al jardín del hotel. Lo recomendaría para comida con los compañeros después del trabajo, o para ir con la familia en plan calmado, pues el ambiente es muy tranquilo, los precios muy accesibles y el ambiente es bastante familiar. Creo que el único pero que le pondría es que falta música de fondo, porque la mayoría de las veces solo tienen el televisor encendido entre semana, y eso la verdad es muy aburrido.

De los lugares un tanto escondidos pero la comida está excelente. Desde las pizzas y la pasta que es lo que recomiendo. El servicio es algo lento a veces y otras es muy bueno. De allí en fuera. Excelente lugar para la familia o en pareja.

Went for happy-hour & it was a beautiful small bar with ample restaurant space, that opened up nicely to a green area. Service was excellent, drinks were proportionate & they refreshed ice * waters as needed without having to be asked. Food was from the snack menu, so can't really go wrong there. By the time we were leaving: entertainment was arriving! Highly recommend as a "hangout" or as a date night, or simply casual dining.

Staff is very welcoming during our 2 week stay💯 excellent breakfast buffet. Great bar with my favorite Mexican beers and drinks. Sangria preparado has always been a Mexican favorite of mine. Vampiro is a classic San Luis Potosí drink💯 the restaurant is located on the hotel property. It's a nice walk in the morning or evening🥰🥰🥰

Desayuno. Tienen buen servicio, la comida esta muy rica, pero por ejemplo en buffet, manejan poca variedad, la vez pasada que fui tenían ligeramente más variedad, (creo que sería mejor pedir en combo) los precios son buenos, son muy similares a otros lugares. Tienen bonita vista a los jardines, queríamos estar en el área de jardín, pero dijeron que no, que ahí abrían hasta más tarde, espero otro día acudir por la tarde /noche y ver que tal

Siempre que sale trabajo aquí en SLP nos hospedamos en el hotel Sands porque es muy agradable... El costo incluye el desayuno en este restaurante y sinceramente tienen muy buen sazón en la cocina... Es tipo buffet pero vale la pena, hasta el café es muy bueno... Sin embargo, aquí viví la peor experiencia en un restaurante... He llegado a otros restaurantes cerca de la hora de cierre y siempre me han advertido con la frase sutil de "la cocina cierra en x tiempo", pero aquí en las Dunas lo que me dijeron fue "no le podemos preparar ese platillo porque es tardado y ya vamos a cerrar"... solo porque tenía mucha hambre terminé comiendo lo que ellos quisieron y pues ni buen sabor tenía... Hasta al final el mesero me dijo de forma poco ortodoxa que "la cuenta es de los alimentos, hay que incluir la propina, claro si usted quiere"... la peor experiencia que he tenido

It's normal. They don't really try hard to serve you. They're unfriendly. But okay. It's a solution, and they even charge you.

La comida bastante bien. Mal servicio por parte del mesero, atendía con flojera y tenía que buscarlo para pedirle cosas, por que el solo estaba sentado sin preguntar o atender las mesas. Solicite factura y deje mis datos y no se pusieron en contacto conmigo para hacerla llegar.

I don't recommend the buffet ($230). There's very little variety of food, and they don't mention that you can only get eggs cooked to your liking/pancakes once (so it shouldn't really be called a buffet). There were molletes (Mexican bread rolls) at the buffet bar, but they were already cold. They told me not to serve myself and that they would send some hot ones to the table, but when they brought them, they were just as cold. The only thing I liked was the staff's service; they were friendly.

I've been going to the breakfast buffet here every day for a week. The food quality is good, but the waiter service is terrible, as I rate it as it was the same every day. They mess things up; doing one thing means they neglect doing others; the tables are dirty; they don't replace previous customers' bread; and the cups are dirty. There are only two waiters, which obviously diminishes the quality of service. The supervisor doesn't check the tables; she spends most of her time sitting outside the men's restroom. Now, returning to the food, while it's good, they don't consider the daily traffic to stock up on supplies. The casserole dishes are practically empty by 8:30 a.m.

Desayuno chafísima, no tienen leche con chocolate en este restaurante (el café para un niño no es lo más adecuado). Meseros y la que atiende en el buffet lo hacen de mal modo, como si te hicieran un favor.

Muy caro y la comida insípida, si puedes busca otra opción. No lo recomiendo.

When we arrived at the hotel, the fact that it included two breakfast buffets seemed appealing. However, the rolls were moldy, the food was very bland, and the green stew tasted spoiled. That said, the staff was very friendly.

I asked to split a bill, and they refused, claiming the ticket had been printed. However, they use a system I'm very familiar with, and I know it can be reprinted, split, or transferred. That's customer service, which clearly wasn't there. The food took too long, even though it arrived piping hot. The duo played a variety of songs, but the volume was too loud. The food was very good, well-seasoned, and portions were appropriate for the price. Reasonable prices.
