Went through the drive-thru and we went through our usual shpiel all was normal. Once I got to the window same thing the usual but then she asked me "Hows your day?" I said meh and the drive-thru lady says "Hold on" and proceeds to hand me a crown LMAOOO hell yea!! I know it's a small gesture but its the thought that counts, she didn't have to do that but she did.

What can I say. Sometimes you just gotta have a flamed broiled Whopper (with cheese). There is something about that flavor. This Whopper was great. I asked that they hold the pickles and mayo, and they did. The burger was fresh, the bun was not flatten or shriveled up. I ate the burger in my car so I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. When the urge hits again I'll definitely be heading to this restaurant.

On this day, we'll it was very hot outside. However, they had their AC up and running. We were greeted by one of the workers from the back, as to an assistant manager just standing there. The employee who I didn't get his name was pleasant to speak with was having a hard time working the register. The assistant manager, who was rude towards the employee, did fix the problem. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and it was very clean. When we received our meal, it was hot. The fries were just right. My onion rings were a little overcooked but eatable. Our hamburgers were perfect. They even got my extra cheese right on my whopper meal. You will enjoy your meal here, and you'll also enjoy the AC as well. This location meets their standards. You really can have your meal done right and have it your way. Enjoy.

Love this Burger King! Friendly staff food was prepared quickly hot Fresh. What Great deals they have lots of things to choose from. Today I used a coupon two chicken sandwiches and two small fries. The food was fantastic! They also have some great priced combo options! And delicious treats for kids 🤩

Came in late on a Sunday. Dining room was empty, but service was ok, got the food quick enough, and it all tasted good. The floor looked like it needed a good mopping, but otherwise everything looked clean. A lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was good. Hope they can turn things around.

Today was my first visit to this Burger King. I ordered two tacos in the drive thru. Very tasty, you can tell the oil was fresh, not overly messy . My only issue was is they asked me to pull to the front of the store. Saying they are making the tacos fresh. I pulled to the front of the store thinking another customer was in the drive thru and would be able to get their order done fast. This was not the case. I went inside to get my tacos. I asked the server why did you ask me to pull to the front if no one was behind me? He told me the manager doesn't like to see the speed of service in the red. From my experience in Fast food. The manager is trying to get a bonus for drive thru service time. They are just manipulating the service time.

***** UPDATE ***** I do NOT recommend going through the day Alicia the manager is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak with customers. She could care less to hear what I was saying and would talk over me yelling in front of people sitting inside the restaurant eating causing a scene, and embarrassed of her actions! This was over mobile orders I was picking up and supposedly out of mozzarella sticks as this was the 2nd time in a row they been out. She continues to yell and said “ No more at Burger King” I asked if they had been discontinued and as to her they have been which I explained why she didn’t say that in the first place! Anyhow, this manager does not act like a manager, very unprofessional yells at her customers, and obviously if she isn’t happy, should go somewhere else on top of her lying, saying my food was fresh when it was cold! According to her, it was hot! I still have no complaints though going in the evening when Peter is working, he has all the customer service and Definitely doesn’t yell at his customers! And no wonder why the reviews are so low! do better Alicia! Just wanted to share my experience the past couple of times I have gone to this location! The past two times Peter has taken my order and has exceptional customer service always making sure my food is cook to order as it should be hot and fresh! The inside is always kept nice and clean where I feel comfortable sitting at the table not feeling everything so dirty and sticky!! Food was okay, but the drink only tasted like carbonated or distilled water and I've gone there three times to try it and everytime it's the same crap. When I asked them if they changed the machine or something they got rude and started to tell me to get out

No greeting when aproaching the register. Stood there for about three-four minutes. Finally someone took my order, no smile or anything. Chicken sandwich was barely warm. Fries were ok. I only went because I got a coupon in the mail and figured I'd try it out. Never again. Not worth it.

Not sure why they close 30 mins early the cook had no idea why they were closing early but according to the supervisor they “ran out of food”. Hard to believe they ran out of every single item on the menu without the cook knowing. The drive thru closes at 11pm, but the workers shifts don’t. They shouldn’t be closing the kitchen down until 11. Not 1035, not 1045 and not 1050… this is the 4th time in 2 months, this is just the first time I asked why.

Went threw drive threw no one behind me was directed to pull around they were cooking the cashier said. After 5 minutes I went inside to see people in the drive threw getting their food long after my order was taken. Finally was asked if I had been helped I said yes how long does it take to make two sandwiches. After all the drive threw was gone and the three customers waiting inside were served she found my two sandwiches in the bottom of the food warmer bagged them up for me I asked for ketchup she grabbed like ten of them for two sandwiches to put them in my bag very crappy service. I was sent to the other parking lot to speed up their service times only to take about 20 minutes to get my food.

Pulled into lane 2 drive thru. Once they took lane 1 order a women through speaker it would a couple of minutes but then she would take our order. We waited a couple mins and then someone else pulled into lane 1. I immediately heard a women taking lane 1s order but still have not taken ours even though we were there mins before lane 1. The car in lane 1 pulled forward to window and still no one took our order. I then pulled up ti window and told the person, "no one took our order and took the other cars order before us". The person acted not sorry at all . Took our order of two items, junior with cheese, no onions and extra pickles. And one taco. They ask twice about the burger which i repeated, junior whooper with cheese, extra pickles and no onions. They took our money and then said you'll have to pull forward and they'll bring it out to us. We pulled forward, parked and waited. After a few more mins they finally brought out the food. We got home and found the burger had no cheese. I would of thought with the poor service and two items that came to $5.80 they should of offered an apology and comp the food but no. I would not recommend going to this location. An apology for not getting back to us would have gone a long way.

Very poor customer service. I had three employees cause a scene because they would rather argue and yell than listen. I had two mobile orders. They messed up and only gave me half of each order in one bag. When I told them, they claimed I only had one mobile order and that they hadn't received the other. I tried to show them the orders on my phone and they refused to look at them. I tried to explain that they had put half of each order into the bag, showing that they clearly received both orders, but they kept interrupting me and yelling over me. They also crammed my sauce packets into the bag of buffalo chicken nuggets, thoroughly covering the sauce packets in buffalo sauce and couldn't comprehend how that was an issue. I should have known how the interaction was going to go with them when I first came in because I witnessed one of them arguing with another customer who told them the soda machine was dispensing flat soda. The employee argued with her and told her it was her fault because she put the wrong amount of ice in her drink and that's why it was flat. They went on about how they were properly trained to put the correct amount of ice in the cups to avoid that problem. The customer continued to try to explain that the soda was actually flat until the employee finally got a cup and tried it. He stopped arguing with her, but he did nothing to fix the problem. This whole Burger King experience was mind boggling. I worked fast food when I was in high school and couldn't imagine treating customers like this.

They have messed up my order more than once. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one w cheese and another w cheese and tomato they both were soggy. One of the meals were swooshed to be w a coke and another w a Dr. pepper. We got 2 cokes. I also ordered a 4 piece nugget and didn’t receive. They made us park on the side would you made me think we were getting everything fresh, but no it all cold and soggy. And fast food wants $20 hr

Not sure why anyone would says Texas whopper. I was in drive thru tonight and the lady taking order didn't even know what I was asking for. And go figure there is a flag out front advertising it. Hire folks with a little intelligence.

The first time I went to this location after it changed owners, I thought they might just need some time to start operating in a reasonable fashion. Unfortunately, a year later it is even worse. I have never been treated so rudely at a BK drive through. It literally took 25 minutes to get an app ordered whopper, and we had the window slammed in our face twice during this visit. The first time, they asked for $14.55 - when we said, "no, we have a prepaid app order" she just slammed the window shut without saying a word. 15 minutes later, she noticed us glaring through the window, so she opened it and said in a rude tone "you need to wait" and closed the window again. When we finally got our whopper, it looked like someone had stepped on it before giving it to us. It was smashed and had dirt on the wrapper. The franchisee needs to send some secret shoppers to this location and see how bad it is there.

While ordering through the drive through the boy taking my order was burping and cursing. I don’t believe he knew he wasn’t muted. Then I pull up to the window and all windows are disguised with tape and paper so we cannot see what’s going on inside while running our DC or preparing our drinks. Then when I receive the meal it is not fresh and the chicken fries taste like they have been sitting under the heater since the morning. I don’t typically engage is reviews but things have to change especially since this is a new BK and the staff here need a lot of professional training since the interactions are so unprofessional.

Waited in line over 10 minutes there was a guy in front of me he said no one even acknowledged him in the store. Me either. Waited over 10 minutes and walked out of the store.. worst burger king I've ever visited. Not worth $20 an hour

Just after 9 pm tonight, I came through here on my way home only to find the drive thru blocked off. I parked my car and went to the door and it was locked. There was a sweet kid in the lobby cleaning up, and he came over to the door and said that they were just cleaning up, and it would be a little bit. I said, " Is the drive thru not open?" He said he wasn't sure, so, with a smile on my face, very much understanding, I asked if he knew how much longer it would be. I've worked fast food before, being a manager of a McDonald's 20 years ago, plus I'm still management today in the mortgage and finance industry, i know what customers can be like, so I always do my best to treat everybody kindly. The manager came to the door. I smiled sweetly and kindly and asked if she knew how much longer the drive-through would be closed. with an attitude on her face and in her voice, she snapped at me, telling me about people being on breaks and the kid in the lobby being new and he does not know how to make orders, like i was being demanding or rude. I was nothing but kind, even after she went off on me. I waited about 10 min because i do like their food, but i finally gave up. Not worth being treated like i was and still leave hungry. I doubt I will come back to this location, even though it's by my house. Sad, really.. If I could give zero stars, I would. I feel bad for that sweet kid in the lobby to have to deal with an attitude from his manager. Not a good example to give a young man trying to come up in this world.

Terrible customer service. Had a coupon for a free small soda and got charged for it still. When I said something to them it took over 5 mins and 4 different employees coming to the window asking what I was waiting for before I finally received my refund. And to top it all off, they messed up the food order, both cheeseburgers had no cheese! I don't recommend this location at all.

They hate to take your order. The manager lady actually tries to deter you from placing an order for their family bundle. Acted as though she’s never heard of it before. Then told me I’d have to wait a long time to get my food because not was “such a large order” which by the way, was just 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries and chicken fries. $48 and some change and I gotta deal with her making me feel like I’m an inconvenience. 🤡 world we live in today.

If i could give zero stars i would, they left me hanging in drive thru, then when i went inside they got all my orders wrong, then i try n use the bathroom n theres shiny white dust all over baby station & when i went to ask someone to clean it the girl who was buzzing the door kept interrupting me n wouldn’t let me talk to tell her someone needs to clean it n when i finally got the chance to tell her she just walked away from me i had to wait again to tell manager. Just all over bad.

I rarely go here and if I do it's for a quick breakfast. They now don't want yu waiting for your food at the window and ask you to drive to a waiting area and they will bring your food to you even if no one is behind you. This is so they can keep their guest times down. I think this is stupid and of course my opinion. If there is a next time I'm going to wait for my food right by the window. Hee hee

That's not the case, Tho, as I ended up with food poisoning a few hours later... Burger 🍔 👑 King in, general, is barely ahead of Jack in the Box in Quality and I have no problem NEVER EATING THEIR ALLEGED FOOD AGAIN!!! Sorry for the intensity, but this wasn't the first time I had stomach issues after eating their offerings... In closing, Don't Eat there, as it's definitely hazardous to Ur Health 😡

This has happened to me the last few times I've gone to this location where they tell us to park out front the food is being made. Today I waited in the parking lot for over 15mins. They were sending everyone in the drive thru there. Six other cars waiting for food. The worker said it was just her and a cook. I don't blame the employee but this is ridiculous it's called fast food for a reason. Also how the heck do they expect this employee to take a lunch?! If there was a manager there they needed to be on the floor. This location is struggling and I hope the higher ups see this. I will not be back to this location as it doesn't seem to be getting any better

In the month of March alone I ordered from this location 5 times for pickup, all 5 times I requested NO onions for a family member who is allergic and all 5 times they put onions on the whoppers, I literally have to order chicken just so she can eat something when we order from here because she cannot ever get a burger with no onions, filed a complaint with corporate 1 of these times and they forwarded me to legal because she was allergic, we of course didn't follow up because it's too much of a hassle, but if you order no onions on the app for pickup it will come with onions I guarantee it or maybe they just target our online orders I don't know, but seriously a prime example of what happens when your workers just don't care about anything & keep in mind it's not because they're not getting paid enough, remember they make more per hour then some home healthcare workers and that's a FACT!

The whoppers are always a hit for me at this location they always do a good job. The fries however are always cold. And please don't ever get the jalapeno popers, because they're just batter, has nothing is inside. it's all been fried out it's terrible.

If you are paying with cash as a walk in good luck. Employees ignore you and order doesn't come up on their screen until you pay.Waited 10 minutes to pay . I guess customer service went out the door when they installed the kiosk for you to take your own order.
