My whole family has been going to Alameda Pizza for years and never heard of any complaints. Now that they have an automated phone system it is even BETTER!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Best local pizza place! Prepared by hand, with love. For fastest service, place your order in person, or online (for pickup). It's often just the owner there, so they don't always answer their phone - but online orders are usually ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. Give some grace for the busy nights - it's worth the wait!

Great service, great pizza, and reasonable prices! Our family walks her on occasion for pizza Friday. We love the pizza parlor atmosphere, and the variety of choices on the menu. Try one of the curry pizzas! You won't regret it! The crust is a cross between NYC and Cali style, crispy bottom and fluffy top, large cut slices. The sauce is flavorful and mildly sweet. The cheese and sauce create a perfect texture and flavor combo. The only downside was they seemed understaffed, which is probably because it's a family business, and is the norm these days, unfortunately. Therefore, this may be the reason some reviewers had a negative experience, in their opinion.

Been going here for about 18 years. Always consistent, good pizza and very friendly staff. It's a mom and pop joint and the owners really care about their customers. I always specifically order their thin crust which is a pretty decent facsimile of a NY pizza. It's not John's of Bleeker Street but still solid for a West coast pizza. We usually order cheese or pepperoni but a favorite which I believe is not on the menu is the Margherita. They also do slices.

Always Friendly Staff. Always!!! This place has never let me down. I normally only get slices of pizza but I'm sure the rest of the food is good too. They have a happy hour every day from 4 to 6 I think where you can pizza and beer for only $6.50. I walk here about once a week because I love the pizza. Definitely recommend.

We got the Bay Something pizza. Basically a supreme pizza. It was delicious. I would have preferred the crust to be a little more crispy though. We also enjoyed side salads. I felt the price was reasonable. I would recommend.

Alameda Pizza is excellent. Yes, the crust is thin, but the toppings and tomato sauce is outstanding. Plus, you get a lot of quality toppings. The sausage is especially good. I buy a pizza from them around once a month and have it delivered. I've never had a problem and the pizza is always hot.

The only thing for certain about ordering 2 slices of pizza is cashier will be fast to make sure you are gone. Pizza tasted basic. We did not feel welcome. Idk if we will return.

The pizza was hot, it was very floppy and the sauce was very sweet. The toppings were plentiful but they would fall right off the pizza as soon as you picked it up because the crust was very soft and soggy.

The prices aren’t on the menu for a reason, that reason being that it’s very overpriced. The owner was super kind and the pizza was decent, but it is definitely not worth $31 for a 16” pizza.

I was going to get this place 3 stars because it didn't give me food poisoning, was pizza, and was reasonably tasty, but it turns out that I spent $80 on two pizzas and a chicken. Apparently, they recently updated their menu and increased their prices significantly and didn't bother to tell me when I ordered. To be fair, this was my fault for not asking when I ordered but, it would have been nice to know. The pizza itself was so - so. The sauce is kind of vinegary and a little bit sweet and the toppings slide easily off the pizza. The crust was actually very good, the delivery was timely, but in general I will not be eating here again.

Not on time... I was told 50-55 minute to deliver but this is the third time of being late... I've lived in Alameda for over ten years now and this is the pizza place I usually call because they deliver tasty raviolis... My kids eat the pizza and I'd say its been good. . But over the past three times I've ordered, the delivery is near a hour and a half wait. Never received a discount. The pizza crust is soaked with oil... No crunchy crust just chewy. Vthe raviolis looked like they where sitting under heat way too long.... I need to find another good pizza joint that delivers good pasta.... I'm not ordering from this place anymore.. I wish LaVals delivered pasta!!! I would call them all the time! But I only call them if I'm ordering pizza for my kids, I love there chicken garlic pizza but I enjoy pasta much more.... :-( if any one can recommend a spot that delivers good pasta or raviolis PLEASE let me know.

Then i asked for ranch he said is $2 when i went to pay he asked if i had cash. I didnt at the moment so he said he couldnt charge me because he didnt want to make a transaction for $2. I don’t recommend you waste your time here theres a mountain mike not so far from this place with better service and better pizza.

I ordered a veggie delight minus mushrooms add Sun dried tomatoes.... he added red bell peppers instead. My pizza smells and tastes like sour refrigerator. I asked the "gentlemen " if he could replace it, because it clearly isn't fresh. He mentioned his refrigerator is fresh and he cut his veggies fresh...."I cut them 3 days ago." Maybe me asking if I could replace it was a bit much....after spending $30,on 1 pizza, but I tried. He td me I was crazy
