Really great food! Really great vegans and vegetarian options! Very quick service. Sounds like they have plates to eat in but they didn't ask us so just make sure to tell them you're eating in if you are. They have lots of juices,smoothies, coffee, sandwiches, soup and great salads.

This place rocks, super down to earth vibe, delicious food & everything is reasonably priced. Great place for sandwiches, salads, & breakfast foods (I love the breakfast burrito). HIGHLY reccomend.

Very simple oatmeal breakfast here. Apples and cinnamon. No fills. Exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of seats but atmosphere fairly industrial. Service was quick and very friendly.

A lovely breakfast/lunch spot with good vegetarian fare. Plenty of choices for all types of eaters (sandwiches, salads, drinks, etc.) They are open for takeout during COVID, so please stop by to support a small business if you are in the area! They have a few tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk to sit on as well.

The employees are very nice. Got the veggie sandwich and loved it. Best thing about this place is the price! You can get a healthy, yummy lunch for under $10. Hard to find here in SF.

BREAKFAST BURRITOS! I work down the street from here and sometimes will pick up a breakfast burrito and coffee. Since I have only had bacon breakfast burritos from there I will review below. The bacon breakfast burrito comes with bacon (of course), country style potatoes, cheese, salsa and scrambled eggs. The burrito taste and texture changes depending on who makes it. However, for the most part it's a really good. It's (very) filling and tasty. Cheese- a lot, sometimes not melted enough or too much Salsa - I'm not a fan, request to hold if I remember Bacon- sometimes a lot, sometimes very little Eggs- always good Tortilla- usually nice and warm and soft Potatoes: Great! Although, sometimes has a lot of skin/a little hard (my coworkers think this location of Cafe Venue has better potatoesthan the one on Leidesdorff. I don't agree) Coffee: I like the self serve coffee better than the La Boulange down the street on California. Over all this place is a great place to go if you work in the area and want to grab some breakfast. It's usually about $7 for the burrito and coffee so it's not the most economical place to stop and pick up food everyday. Plus, eating this everyday isn't the healthiest thing to do.

Appalling coffee. Cappuccino served in a pint glass! No wonder it’s cheap. It’s all undrinkable milk microfoam; even after vigorously stirring! Basically need a spoon to “eat” the foam then you just have a double shot espresso. How could it be so bad?!

The bread was fine, but I barely got any avocado on my toast, it was drenched, not drizzled in oil, as were the eggs, so much so that I threw it away. The eggs also had absolutely no seasoning or salt. Should’ve stayed with tried and true—Foundation Cafe. Oh, and the tables were all dirty.

The Chorizo breakfast burrito was too salty, greasy and way too much inside, with not much other stuff in it. I also ordered it with avocado & sour cream, which I couldn't find inside the burrito. I could have had a bag of chips from a vending machine, or a granola bar instead. That would have been more satisfying, & less waste of time & money. It was surprising that staff was plentiful, unfriendly, and rushed customers. How did they stay in business? I won't be coming back.

I understand the business gets busy, but to be yelling to your fellow coworkers is very bad look. The food is great, yet I can’t help but to feel remorse that employees are getting mistreated because customers like me are putting in their food orders. To whoever manages this red-hued haired lady, please advise her to treat people with kindness and respect.
