Avis sur Joe & The Juice Alameda
I had an amazing experience at Joy and Juice! Their sandwich with beef steak was absolutely delicious – tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. But what really blew me away was their brownie – hands down the best in New York! Perfectly rich, fudgy, and simply unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for fresh flavors and the most satisfying treats in the city.
Cute place for a smoothie and coffee. Honestly the carrot cake and banana bread were one of the best treats I’ve had in awhile.

I always order in the app and wait for my order inside, it’s never longer than 5 minutes, and I am always very happy with the speed and the service. I do not eat here
Joe and the Juice at NoMad in Manhattan has by far the juiciest and most delicious steak sandwich. I’ve tried it in many different NYC locations and it’s my favorite post-workout meal. This time Arly prepared it and I was blown away. I also have to mention the coolest customer service experience with Jah. Very impressive level of professionalism and patience. Loved it. I hope CEO reads this review and gives Arly and Jah a big raise and a few extra days of vacation. Thank you guys!!

short: worth the price if staying to drink there; not worth it if it's to go long: I have my regular juice spots that I go to several times a week. This is not one of them. I was with a friend who wanted to come here so I gave it a shot. She was stressing me out, so when I saw Stress Down on the menu, I knew it was the right one for me. The guy behind the register provided great service. I was disappointed that the size was pretty small, and I didn't taste any ginger at all. Overall, I think the price is too much for the size; but I do recommend it if having it to stay because then get your money's worth by hanging out a bit.
What stands out at this Joe and the Juice is the friendly service - especially for NYC (smile). The place is clean with hip but chill music. The food and drinks are consistent with what you'll find at the other branches. Good place to have a beverage and get some work done. The neighborhood can be a bit iffy at times, but not their fault.

Despite paying $1.3 for extra Jalapeno, I found fewer than 5 small pieces in my sandwich, and their taste was barely noticeable. Hoping for improved consistency when customers pay for extras.

Don’t order protein smoothies with Joe and the Juice. Unicorn Tears smoothie I just ordered has the consistency hardly thicker than water. When I asked the service about it, they said: “this id how we’re supposed to originally make it.” And that was it. I wasted $12.
I've been ordering from Joe & the Juice for years since they started in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, I can confidently say the quality and quantity of the food, e.g., the sandwiches, has gone down over the past few years. Sadly it's not just this new location; it's across the company. They seem to be cutting corners.

I have gone two mornings in a row and both times they were not open during their advertised hours! It says 7am but had a bolt on the door at 7:15 then again at 7:35 the next morning. Unacceptable, change your hours or be honest. I usually love Joe but this is frustrating.
Do not come here if you need a quick lunch. They prioritize the online orders so you could be waiting up to 40minutes for anything, if you come in person. Was just told this on lunch, at 12:30pm.
We waited 40 minutes for our order to be ready. We were given incorrect drinks. Go somewhere else! Sadly they are overwhelmed with online orders and the in person experience is terrible. I am from out of town and going to Joe & the Juice is always one of the things I most look forward to when I visit NYC. Sadly not this time! Hoping they can get into a better cadence and work together to figure out how to work through online and in person orders.

It’s not cool that you make them wait and then be rude to the people picking up the food. Also, they don’t know how to make a sandwich. I clearly asked for no pickles, tomatoes, and no honey mustard dressing. I’m allergic, and I could have gotten sick and died. Go to the other location

I go there often because I love their smoothies. But honestly, this is the worst customer service, even for NYC. They let customers wait for 5+ minutes before they take an order (with no other customer in the store!). It then regularly takes another 15+ minutes before you receive your order. My order is usually a small order, like one protein smoothie. But every time I go there, I get really upset about how they treat customers at this location. I really hope there is a change in management soon. At some point soon, I feel like I will stop going there despite their great smoothies. These people are really wasting my time.
Been here before, wanted to stop by and use the restroom. Cashier refused to let us use the bathroom and said “you have to buy something today.” Not the level of service expected for Joe and the Juice. No matter how health-centered they may seem, they are an institution and it seems like the workers are trained to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Support local businesses and get your drink elsewhere. Worst Joe and the Juice ever.
Not surprised to see the horrible rating here. We waited 30 mins for a sandwich that takes 2 minutes to make. Employees were more concerned with arguing with one another than helping our customers. Sandwich was burnt too. Don’t come here until they train their staff.
Despite the consistently good quality of the juices, I have repeatedly encountered rudeness from the staff. While a single instance of rudeness from a single employee may be attributed to a personal lapse, the fact that this behavior has been consistent across multiple employees suggests a potential customer service training issue that requires immediate attention.
Worst Joe & The Juice I’ve ever been to. The staff at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for good service!!! If you want a juice, don’t get it there!!! Go in an other one !!
We walked in at 7:30 and the guy that was working August 31 (Sunday) for closing shift was extremely rude. You would’ve thought it was 9:59 pm and I was treated as a disturbance and he cursed as he walked past me and started throwing the chairs upside down on the tables. I had to double check to make sure they weren’t closing because I hate being that person but no they CLOSE AT 10 pm. Anyway I had tipped him but I regretted it. Don’t come here. He was throwing everything in the kitchen while he was making my sandwhich.
I travel regularly and visit these locations across the country with their controlled quality and atmosphere being standouts! Not at this specific location. Bottom tier customer service and the individual who took my order was so rude and callous. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt - it’s NYC and they could be stretching their throughput to its limits, but that’s not an excuse to treat prospective customers poorly.
The staff were so rude! We asked if they can heat up the sandwich, they refused, which was fine. Then after we sat down to eat, they were *laughing* at us and *mocking* us asking to heat up the sandwich?! What’s so funny about that? This was my first and final visit to Joe & the juice

On many occasions, workers Luiggi and Alyza were drinking on the job and showing indecent behavior after hours. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable environment.

star One of the worst flat whites I’ve ever had—completely off. When I politely returned it, the staff member made a scene and began lecturing us instead of simply fixing the issue. No refund, no apology, just condescension. Absolutely unacceptable service. Won’t be returning.
