Great location and deals. I really like this alameda location because they have great parking and they always have great deals. My favorite part is the fact they include all the taxes on the display so you know how much you're going to pay. Tom helped me with checking out which was fast and efficient. I will be returning since they staff here is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Never order from here

One of the worst place for delivery. It happened multiple times. They never call nor receive the phone call. I made a delivery order at 2PM. I did not hear anything from them beside i tried to call them more than 5 time. I was finally connected to a representative and she is saving a delivery may not happen due to numerous orders at 7 PM??? kidding me? made me to wait more than 5 hrs without any notification and now they are suggesting they can deliver tomorrow? kidding me? They didn't even say sorry or apologize.. What a poor service... Highly avoid this place for delivery..

Not going here again or to nug at all. Been shopping at nug since they opened up in San Leandro . Great product but shady ppl here in the alameda location Every time I come here and pay card they round it up and give me my change. The last time I went the guy didn’t give me my change and said you’re good to go . I noticed but thought maybe it was a mistake but whatever and I had tipped 4$ and was supposed to get $6 back, enjoy the 10$ tip I guess . I went again today and tipped $6.81 . The screen said I was supposed to get 4$ back but I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see their integrity. Same guy same situation and they keep the money. Wonder how much they stack up doing it to all their customers. Nug has lost my business for hiring shady employees and or not properly training them.

Was coming here for years. Hung out with budtendar nick in 2024 outside of work. Things got weird because he made me uncomfortable so I stopped coming here. Came back a year later several months back and when they scanned my id they told me I was banned. Nick was there and apparently he told me I "argued" with someone hence the ban, which is not true. Tried to get ahold of the GM, never heard back.

I recently came to NUG and I asked for 2x $10 dallor 3.5g of weed first time was good...second time I went in after 6 days when I was finished I bought 2 more 3.5s...and BE CAREFUL...they gave me 2 sealed bags of weed ...when I got home I observed the 2 bags and they put a extra sticker above the previous sticker explaining the potency ect ect and you can barely see it but they dont over lap and you can see 2 stickers pressed against eaxhother...its a shady buisness if you act dumb and dont know what your doing they will scam you so BAD!!! its a shady buisness
