They offer a variety of activities and games that keep me engaged and entertained. It's a wonderful place for both long term care and short term rehab. Highly recommended!

Alameda Healthcare & Wellness Center stands out for its attentive and caring staff. From skilled nursing to engaging activities—movies, music, arts and crafts—the variety is impressive and uplifting. The facility feels like home, with state-of-the-art gear in the rehab gym. My recovery has improved substantially thanks to both the therapy professionals and the supportive, family-like environment!

Very very quiet side town /and the staff, oh you can tell they treat everyone there like family and the lady that greets you there, her name is Terry she's a sweetheart and I mean to everyone its a very stress free environment

I got prompt polite help on the phone when I asked about visiting hours, and I was very politely checked in by two young women at the counter, who helped me get through it quickly. Then I needed a vase for some flowers I had brought, and a manager came out of his office (because the women at the front desk were busy with a customer) with a beautiful big vase that was perfect for the beautiful bouquet I had just bought, and he clipped them and arranged them beautifully. The staff serving food to my 93-year-old friend and getting her bed adjusted so she could sit comfortably and talk with me, were all absolutely polite and pleasant even though my friend was giving them kind of a hard time.

The young woman at the sign-in desk was truly kind, patient, and radiated a spirit of happiness that was contagious. The staff seemed caring as we visited a dear friend. The facility also appeared to be well maintained.

From my experience today. I give staff (5) stars. The building is ok, rooms small, and 2 to 3 occupants shared space. Glad my family is in a comfortable and pretty safe place. Picture next time.

I would not place my loved one in this place. Short staffed, changes alot, care provided is inadequate. Documentation is not always accurate on patients. Supplies can be limited at times. Choose a better facility if you can.

They never answer their phones when we are trying to reach them. They have a hard time answering for a couple of days straight. I end up driving to find out being concerned for my friend/family who is in there. She’s lost her phone there smh! We had to get another one just so we can text to find out what’s going on with her care. I’m not putting anyone down because a lot of people have done great things for her it’s only the few who make it complicated for her and give her a hard time. Due with rudeness and attitude they should be more caring and passionate about who they care for. That’s my only concern about the few who are rude and bad attitude towards the patient who still can hear and feel the pain they add on for why they are admitted into facilities like this to get that comfort care and be treated with care. Over all everything is good.
