This restaurant is better than a diner. The gelato is delicious. The service was very good. The staff is friendly and the food was good. It's a nice place to bring the family. Make sure to bring cash because they don't take debit nor credit cards.

Wanted a place for dessert and to catch up with a friend. This was a great place for that- when we went there were plenty of people, plenty of open tables, attentive staff. Tons of Gelato and shake options. Chocolate cake and hot chocolate hit the spot.

This is our second time here. We knew coming back that we wanted the Belgian waffle gelato sundaes. They have an amazing variety of toppings , sauces and gelato flavors. The Belgian waffle sundaes are $17.99 each and are literally more than a meal all by themselves. The waffles were warm and lightly crisp on the outside and fresh and soft on the inside. My boyfriend got the Banana supreme. It looks messy but he wanted fudge sauce, marshmallow sauce and peanut butter sauce. It looked like a melted mess but it wasn't. Fresh slices of banana , whipped cream and a cherry. Strawberry , banana and chocolate gelato flavors and he was a happy camper. For myself I chose to Build my own and that was simply called International Delight. Belgian waffle base with cherry vanilla, chocolate raspberry truffle and vanilla fudge gelato. Topped with Carmel sauce, mini chocolate chips , mini M & M's whipped cream and a cherry . Decadent, delicious, filling. Neither of us could finish and , yes, they will bring you a to-go container . You just hope to get back home in time before it all becomes a soupy mess! The waitress was very attentive and very pleasant. They do also have a full dining menu but if you plan to have dessert maybe eat light and save the room to indulge your sweet tooth!!

Came here for Mother’s Day and the food was delicious. The service was way too slow though. They were packed but really understaffed. A nice server came and introduced herself and I sat with coffee for a good 45 mins until someone brought our food over. Several other tables were waiting for the same time as well, maybe more. The server however was very nice. Everything is cooked fresh here and I enjoyed tasting everything because I was full by the time I took the first few bites. I recommend hiring more staff especially on busy holidays.

Great waffles and gelato. Had half a waffle along with pistachio and tiramisu. The gelato is rich and creamy. Buddy of mine had half a waffle with banana gelato. Crispy waffle and quick service. Bummer is they take cash only so no credit is accepted.

Foods is always good. Comfort food. Great place for families. Ice cream is excellent. Cash only , which is a pain. (2018-10-21) another visit. Same result. Chicken and Waffles was great.

It was disappointing. Based on the website menu and photos, I expected an amazing experience. It was dirty with teenagers in charge of hosting and serving. The dinner food was inedible. The dessert was over the top huge, but we could not find the different flavors of gelato we chose because they were drowning in toppings. We gave it a shot, but not recommended. Really unfortunate since we had such high hopes for this on our date night.

Large portions of ice cream. Great for kids. Food was just okay. Not enough staff like most restaurants these days. Poor waitress was working her best! Should take credit cards though. Not everyone carries a lot of cash or uses Venmo.

First time I’ve ever came here. I got the gelato for what this place is known for. I ordered the rainbow cookie and the cannoli. Both flavors did not taste like what they were supposed. The rainbow cookie literally had no cookie pieces in it. Was basically like eating tow scoops of vanilla. Will not be coming back.

The food was horrible. I ordered pulled pork and picked through it to find pieces that weren't totally dried out and burnt. The side Ceasar salad looked like romaine lettuce that had been left out on a counter all day. My wife ordered the Teriyaki rice bowl with chicken and got several pieces of chicken over rice with Teriyaki sauce, but the menu stated it was supposed to have egg, peas, and corn in it. As far as dessert, that is the only part of this experience that got this review two stars. If you're going, go just for the dessert.

The bbq mac and cheese was delish, my bfs steak was raw however. Literally RAW. The loaded fries were cold and underwhelming. The latte was NOT a latte and i know as i am a barista. the espresso pull was terrible it was sour, and the milk was foamy , too foamy instead of a velvety taste. Additionally, we were rushed, not even 4 bites in i was asked if i wanted a to go box. And our server was monotone and disinterested. The other servers seemed to side eye us constantly. being a hispanic couple in a primarily white town trying to get a bite to eat, the staff only made my uneasiness worse. Honestly, nothing can convince me to come back. Do not go there. Truly disappointing and a waste of money.

I was an uber eats driver about a month or 2 ago, and there was this heavier set Caucasian man that asked me to move. He than started yelling at me within a few seconds, which i replied, 'sorry bud I jus need a min to move I heard you'. He than yelled at me and threw food at me, and said 'better deliver the food and I dont want you back in my store'. For not even being a customer, and trying to help sell his food I didn't appreciate the service. I could've went as a customer, but first impression makes a difference, being a customer or not.

We love the gelato here, however the service is garbage. If you want to be treated with the cold shoulder and rudeness this is where to go. We come here atleast once a week yet this time it was unbearable. We were overcharged for a one scoop cup of dolomite. Barely any gelato in the cup (we come here OFTEN) we know what the serving should be. The young man helping us appeared to not know what he was doing at all then confidently overcharged us. If the service wasn’t soooo slow tonight we would have bothered to say something but it really isn’t acceptable the service in this restaurant.
