Food was great, and customer service is the best. They have alot of customers waiting outside the door but the smiles did not disapear. They kept checking to see if I was eating well and if I ndeeed anything. Everyone is so nice and helpful. So tum was strange since it is served with cook shrimps not dried shrimps, but the taste is awesome. Crying tiger is great, and they made the Thai milk tea less sweet for me which is nice. Price is affordable. Will come back to try more next trip! ❤

We dined in around 6:30 pm on a weekend and just beat the dinner rush. All of the dishes we tried tasted authentic. Our favorite was the Kai Tod Had Yai (fried chicken) which was perfectly crispy, very flavorful, and juicy. We also enjoyed the Pad Cha Talay which came in at a close second - the seafood tasted very fresh. We also tried the Som Tum (papaya salad), Roti Massaman, and Moo Makam. The portion sizes were generous and the food came out quickly. Would definitely come back again to try other dishes!

Can only speak on the food for now since my first experience was take out, but WOW!! Where has this Thai spot been whenever I have craving for Thai food. Everything was so when seasoned and the spicy dishes packed a delectable heat. The pad Thai was hands down the best I’ve had in Boston and it wasn’t even served fresh from the kitchen. The fried chive dumplings were still crispy. Everything was just outstanding for a takeout experience. Can’t wait to stop by for a pleasant sit down meal!

10/10 Love the food here, came with my friends a couple of times. Service is friendly and the drinks are chef’s kiss def recommend !

Have eaten here multiple times in the last few months and have yet to have a bad dish. Genuinely good food and fun drink menu ! Worth the try. Some of the noodle dishes came out smaller than anticipated, but we tend to share plates so it wasn’t a big deal

Highly recommended best Thai place in all of Brighton MA. The service was out of the world, Our table server, a young lady was great always paid attention to us, gave us recommendations and made us great drinks. The food was amazing it came so fast and was so great the menu had copious amounts of foods to order from noodles to fried rice. The only bad thing about this place is that you won’t have any leftovers. Best place in Brighton top tier Thai restaurant. Highly recommended in this area

Would recommend the Kui Chai appetizer! Waiters were knowledgeable about gluten free items. Cocktails were delicious.

amazing all around! we got the tom yum noodle and khao pad tomyum, which both had large portions. we got there early around 6:15 and didn’t have to make a reservation at this time to get seated. the service was also very friendly and quick. loved the ambiance of the restaurant, felt at home here!! we also got drinks - i got a thai iced tea and my friend got one of the raspberry lime mocktails. the vibes made it feel cocktail-worthy, but we both decided against it since we both work tomorrow! to share, we got the curry puffs which is filled with curry chicken. tbh i didn’t really taste the chicken part and it almost tasted/had the texture of potato like samosas! still delicious though and the crust had a slight crispiness. also loved the shape of the curry puffs with the round ridges . 10/10 experience

Was craving pad Thai, my Google search lead me here… YES!!!! Pad Thai was perfection and came with chicken and shrimp. Would easily recommend! Even better they had vegetarian substitute sauces for my girlfriend to enjoy too! The atmosphere was cute and bustling. Gave it 4 stars because at times it was too loud. However, people were just enjoying conversations.

Fast service with good menu. Dishes came out fast and tasty, very rich in flavor. The grilled squid was tender, the duck was crispy and the steak was cooked just right. However the mango wasn’t ripe, it’s a bit disappointing. Overall good value for your money.

Our first time at Thonglor, and we were blown away! The restaurant has such a cool vibe, right from the moment you walk in, you’re transported. The street art on the walls and the vintage items hanging throughout give off a nostalgic feeling, like stepping into the Thai street food scene of the ’90s. We loved it instantly. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, bursting with authentic Thai flavors. And Rainy, our server, was incredible! She brought such great energy and had the sweetest personality, it really added to the whole experience. We had a fantastic time at Thonglor. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Thai food with great vibes and even better service!

Fantastic grilled meats and delectable Thai food. Five stars, although it doesn't quite pack the punch of an authentic Thai restaurant. Flavours are somewhat dimmed, probably to cater to the American palette, so it's not as sour, spicy, or fragrant as some Thai places, but delicious nonetheless.

I had been here multiple times and order take out multiple times too and this is insane good. I have been to a lot Thai restaurants and this definitely so far the best in MA! And the price is cheap too compared to the proportion they gave.

The food here is a must try if you’re into Thai cuisine. Highly recommend the fried duck with peanut sauce. This place is often packed so will need to book online in advance; wait time for food is also on the higher end.

We went in a large group of 10 people. They were able to accommodate us seamlessly event though they probably have about 30 seats. The food came out quite quickly. All the dishes were all very delicious. We had chicken satay, spring rolls, larb chicken, fish cake, grilled squid, crying tiger, padthai, duck curry, chicken basil leaves, pad si ewe, Tom ka seafood, fried rice, hadyai fried chicken with sticky rice and mango sticky rice. Everyone really enjoyed the food. The service elevated our experience of eating here. I decided that this is my favorite Thai restaurant in Boston. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding Thai food…and in Brighton of all places! Each dish is truly authentic and flavorful. The cocktails are excellent and well balanced. I’m particularly impressed by the pad Thai because the noodles are served al dente with a good chew, instead of being overcooked like many other establishments. The only issue I have is with the atmosphere, it’s a small space so the tables are crammed fairly close. Also the seats are really uncomfortable. The food makes it worth it though! I’ve been here three times and I am still excited to come back again. If you’re coming on the weekends, make sure to reserve as it gets busy.

Packed with flavors. Absolutely a must visit if you’re into Thai cuisine. The sticky rice is addicting and the salad in the dish is very refreshing. I would love to visit again! We went on Monday eve and all tables were occupied. So get in early if you can!

This place is a bit overhyped. The food is good but not impressive compared to other Thai restaurants in Boston. Make sure you have reservations otherwise they will rush you a lot. I went there at opening time and feel like rushing the entire time.

Walked in and immediately liked this cozy place with friendly service, pleasant surprise! Interesting menu, but not much options for curry dishes. Tom yum Morfai $20 hot and sour lemongrass soup with seafood, served in hot pot with warming gel, so it was kept nice and warm till we finished it. Pad Thai with shrimp $15-one of the best pad Thai we've tried. Chicken satay $12 grilled chicken tender with peanut sauce Kui chai $9 fried chives vege dumplings- burnt and drenched in oil ! Som tum Kung $12 shredded green papaya with shrimp in spicy lime dressing - dressing could be more sour.. Grilled squid $13 Tum tard $22 grilled pork with sticky rice Mango with sweet sticky rice $10z-yum! Raspberry mint mocktail $10 - so wonderfully refreshing and tasty! Pineapple basil mocktail $10 Thai ice coffee $5 Thai ice tea$5 Will easily be my go to spot for casual lunches!

- THE WAIT: we walked in around 7:30pm on a Saturday, not too bad, just a 15 minute wait for the first seating, which was available at the bar. They do take reservations though through Google maps so do that! - ATMOSPHERE: cute decor, very lovely, comfy chairs, nice dishes. I loved how the bar menu was presented! Didn’t get any but I heard their cocktails were great and unique. Chairs and tables might be just a little tight if you’re sitting In the middle of the restaurant - FOOD: Crying tiger: tender rib eyeeee and a big portion at that! Super yummy, Just sad we didn’t get more sauce with it. The sticky rice that came with it, leave it in the Saran Wrap until youre ready to eat it otherwise it dries out (noob) pricier at $30 now. Papaya salad: this was fine! Light refreshing papaya salad. Wish it was a little tangier? Or stronger in flavor? But warm tender pieces of shrimp. Yum yum. Beef Panang curry: this was good dish, will probably not order it again but just a solid curry dish that I’ve had before. The beef was a bit tough, but also probably because I compared it with the crying tiger ribeye I just ate hehe. Kung pa: (I might have remembered the name wrong) but this was the weekend special written on the chalk board, southern style yellow curry with lump crab meat and vermicelli. This was soooo good! Genuine small but many pieces of fresh crab, flavorful, with a great bite of spice to it. We mixed it with the vermicelli and bean sprouts cabbage add on. Nom nom nommmm worth it for the $20! Cries In Mango sticky rice, they ran out so we couldn’t try it :( - PARKING: there’s free street parking right in front and around the block. Willll be back and can’t wait to try more!

A great little authentic Thai spot in Brighton! Went there for a casual dinner on a weekend. Food: The food was pretty good. We tried the Papaya Salad (sweet-sour with strong hints of peanuts), the Tod Mun (soft fish cakes - very tasty) for Starters. Crying Tiger is a must if you like meat - flavorful steak with homemade sweet sauce. We also tried the spicy Pork (Moo), which was our least favorite (pork was dry and it was not spicy at all). Overall the food is good, authentic, but VERY sweet. Cocktails: fantastic! We had the Rose, which literally tasted like liquid candy, and the Ghost Pepper, which had a wonderful kick if you like your drinks spicy! Service: pretty fast, mildly attentive, but very nice. Venue: the venue is very nice, street-food modern style, however it gets very busy with lots of people picking up take-out. Wouldn't recommend for a date, but perfect for casual dining.

Based on the reviews of being the allege top Thai cuisine, it didn’t not live up to the hype. Tom yum soup’s signature sweet and sour seemed to canceled each other out with no hint of the punchy spiciness to it. Waitress offered hot chilies oil afterward, but it wouldn’t be the same. Crying tiger was definitely very solid for the prize and portion. The fried duck curry was extremely salty and the curry seemed to be reduced way too much to a minimal amount of serving. Will be visiting again in the future for other stable Thai dishes, but two out of three dishes were average at best.

I can tell the servers are working hard to run the place, which is good. Unfortunately, food needs to be worked on. Taste and quality is poor compared to Cheyen in Watertown (another league of Thai restaurants) or Kala Thai in downtown Boston. Panang curry had meat more on the rare side. so chewy we couldn’t eat it. Cocktails were fantastic! Looks like the target audience are the college kids who live in the neighborhood.

Food and drinks were decent, service wasn’t the best unfortunately. I ordered the Tom Yum Mor Fai and the flavor was amazing. However, I personally don’t think it’s worth $25 for a few pieces of squid, 3-4 shrimp and 3 mussels that didn’t taste the best, some mushroom and a small bowl of rice on the side. I was going to get the Tom Yum Fried rice instead and wish I did. Also ordered the Yaam Yen drink and it was great! Service was slow to bring out our drinks, take our order, and getting our bill paid at the end. The few workers seemed very busy between take out orders, dine in, serving/waiting guest, as well as making drinks. I think take out is more ideal unless you have patience to wait to dine in. Can get loud in restaurant with every talking all at once, especially big groups.
