I don't like NYS thruway rest stops. Jam packed. Not enough seating at least this last time I was there. Rest rooms are too small. Chick fil a food is very good service great. Atmosphere poor

Food was alright. Chicken and fries weren’t crispy and the salad had a LOT of white butt pieces. Not the culmination of excitement I was hoping for before my flight.

This is a convenient location for sure, and the service was fast ...but the prices are absorbent... Close to half again higher... compounding it was there not accepting there own app... Translation, they are here to gouge and take advantage of travelers.... I would expect some higher prices for being at a airport but not this... Very disappointed...

This location is inside an airport, so I don't expect a 5 star experience. Biscuit and chicken were dry. Cold brew was quite good.

Food was awesome as always but I felt I was intruding when I place my order they were too busy talking about people and relationships and signs and like you know your zodiac sign and I actually had to say excuse me to get waited on and that's really unacceptable why this company standards everybody was clean everybody was pleasant and place was very clean and pleasant but you know I mean that's just completely unprofessional and I get it at nobody wants to work but there's other people who do and I won't be going back to that one there's other places there to eat not unless they really do it about facr with their staff and management

On the secured side of the TSA Security Checkpoint. Food quality is good. Occasionally gets swamped with large flights in my experience. Recommend having at least 20min when you order before your boarding time just to be safe. I usually get my food in 5-15min. Good service. We need a CFA outside of the airport in Albany though!! UPDATE: Menu has been trimmed to bare bones. Only a chicken sandwich or nuggets as entrees. Many disappointed travelers today. Breakfast menu also trimmed. See pictures.

Got my wife a kale side salad today.... extremely wilted, and at least a day with dressing on it. Exchanged for a fruit cup. Strawberries in it were moldy. I have family who work for CFA....you guys can do better....please work on quality.

One employee was taking orders and filling the bags. There were 10 customers ahead of me waiting for their food. The employee marked all the orders as fulfilled, even though they weren't. I received my food ahead of all of them due to allergy concerns. They are great with food allergy safety and tger food is always tasty.

Sub par Chick-fil-a for sure! There is certainly no service with a smile here. The food is fine, but the staff all seemed to not really care if I got my order or wanted anything with it. Fine for an airport but far from the usual Chick-fil-A experience.

Ordered the new minis. They are TINY-1/4 the size of a “slider”. Packaging was all sticky as were the tiny buns-fingers all sticky after eating. Weren’t they good and can’t believe they are so many more calories than a sandwich? Just wow normally like Chick Fil A but this was a huge disappointment. I wanted a sandwich but they only offer on a biscuit for some reason during breakfast, even if you are not getting a breakfast sandwich. Not everyone likes biscuits.

I would not recommend this restaurant to any LGBT member. I literally just asked the service counter for sauce that was not offered when my partner received our order, upon returning the counter the ignorant staff while starring directly at me sang out loud YMCA by the Village People, this is disgusting and a stereotype with racism undertones they should be ashamed of themselves

Not quite a taco bell but it is guaranteed to give you runs. Oil they use is hardly ever changed and the chicken is insanely pricey. Food quality is no more than a 3 at most and the service is beyond crappy. Very sad place to get quick meal. But when your hungry I guess anything is better than nothing.
