The lady that picks up the phone is Incredibly rude. Idk about all these reviews about friendly staff. UPDATE - rude lady didnt appear to work there and they were more friendly and food is always good.

The food was outstanding. We have been trying several places that were not as flavorful as this place. We are not going to any other place again. The hot oil is amazing if you like it spicy.

They used to accept cards over the phone but, ppl messed that up. When they first stopped taking cards over the phone, she allowed me to use mine for that order, and let me know that they stopped doing that. She sounds mean but, she’s actually nice...she’s just tired as hell, lol. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I can eat from up here and not get sick.

Once again, when I specifically asked for extra hot mustard, they did not provide any at all. Plus forgot the egg roll. Plus they overcharged me. I had a coupon that they failed to credit me for $7.95.

It stinks and they charge alot for crab ragoon just for you to eat just wanton and no stuff filled at all I try to get a new order told me no and to deal with it

The woman who answers the phone at this place should be fired. My entire office of 50 people will no longer order here because of how rude she is. I just called tonight to place a pick up order.. if you go online to zmenu it says the place is open until 10:30. So I just tried to call, she said they were almost closed so I asked what time they close and she said 9:30. I said ok I’m sorry, I thought it was 10:30 and then she hung up on me. That was the second time she was extremely unprofessional and rude. The first time I had called around 9 (still unaware of what time they actually close) she was so rude to me on the phone that I actually told her that she was mean to me when I got there and she laughed. So I’m all done with this woman and we are no longer going to use them for big lunch orders at my office. Might I add that I never ever say anything bad about restaurants. I have worked in one, I’m extremely nice and accepting of people and their moods but this is getting ridiculous. The food was meh.. it will be very easy to find somewhere else to order from. You just lost a lot of customers.. it’s very unfortunate.

First, you can't pay with a card over the phone but there's no mention of that on the flyer they shove under the doors at SUNY Albany. The lady who took my order was very rude and just said 'sorry' when I said I didn't have cash and just hung up.

Literally the nastiest food ever. The fried rice was so bland, NO salt. No nothing! The egg rolls STINK & the sweet and sour chicken was like 2 day old chicken nuggets. The only thing that was good was the boneless rib, that’s the only thing that made their rice bearable but you could still taste the grossness. I don’t even know why they have 4 stars, they need 2. Never again. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could write my opinion without it.

My last time in there I spent $35 for a bag full of garbage that I ended up throwing away. All the food was old and stale. I would never go there again if they paid me. The lady behind the counter was nice but I would be too if I had a dummy on the other side paying me to take my garbage.

Use to be a good place to eat. Went down hill fast. I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young with Shrimp Fried Rice and the Food Young had one SHRIMP in it, and they gave me PORK fried rice with pieces of shrimp in it (really). They don't deserve any stars at all. I recommend Dorsa for really good and fresh food.

I came here and ordered food today! I went to my car to eat my food. When I bit into my shrimp toast it was cold. I went into the restaurant and let them know the food was cold. The worker or owner who ever it was put my food in the microwave instead of making a fresh batch or just replacing the one i bit into and then refrying the ones that were already given to me. When I asked why was it put in my microwave instead of refried in the grease at least everyone looked confused. Why the food being placed in the microwave it messed up tge entire texture of the food. TOAST IS SUPPOSED TO BE CRUNCH AND CRISPY! The child at the front desk went to get the owner I can explain. The he proceeds to explain why it's still cold (because it was in the freezer) that's obvious. To avoid the backing forth I just took the lose and left the food on the counter.

I ordered sesame chicken, it was very mushy and nasty I couldn’t even eat it and I was very hungry by the way!! Never again!!!
