Stopped here to catch a quick bit e to eat as I didn't have time to sit and glad I took the chance had an Italian sub and the young lady behind the counter was super fast and had my sub name in seconds bagged and ready to go I was out the door in 2 minutes. The sub was delicious and perfect amount of meat bread was fresh as well as toppings. Great find!

I just had literally the best turkey bacon sub from Mr. Subb ever, and that says a lot because I use to work there. The bacon was crunchy, they put the perfect amount of mayo. It was so good that I had to leave a review. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience, the staff was very pleasant, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted it with extra condiments and cut it in half wrapping it in separate wrappings, a small but nice touch! Everything was fresh and delicious!

Always the freshest product served by a very friendly staff. No matter the time of dsy, the product is always fresh and delicious at very reasonable prices. Much better than Subway in my honest opinion.

Had the Philly cheese steak. Really nothing special about the place. The bread is pretty regular, the meat was a bit chewy and portions weren't all that. It's a sandwich, that's about it.

Although I specifically asked for tomatoes on all the subs I ordered, there was not a single one. I don't blame the person at the counter-she was apparently left all alone in the store. I didn't see any other employees. No one there to prep/stock anything. Management should be ashamed.

I opened my sandwich and saw that yup, they absolutely skimped A LOT on the turkey, there was two slices across the whole thing, couldn’t even taste it in the sub at all. Kind of defeats the purpose of being a turkey sub don’t you think lol. I also got tots with cheese and the cheese had an odd taste, it didn’t sit right so I didn’t eat anymore of the cheese. I was already back home when I started eating the sub, so I wasn’t about to go back out just for them to MAYBE fix it. I’ve had good subs from other locations so I’ll just go there instead, I tried this one because it was closer to me, not worth it, won’t go again.

Very disappointed, asked for Russian dressing got home to find out he put Chipotle dressing on my neba...couldn't eat it! Not to mention not very appetizing looking at the kids underwear while he prepped the food.🙅‍♀️

The experience my mother and I just had here was horrendous. It does not even deserve one star but it won’t let me go any lower. We were in the store for close to 45 minutes to get 6 subs and a Neba made. There were no other customers in the store when we went in. On one sub we had to remind the employee to put pepperoni on the Italian Mixed. The Neba had less than two slices of roast beef. The nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. It was such a bad experience. We asked for the Neba to be removed from our bill but it was not. We didn’t even have the energy to fight about the almost $5 charge. Will not be going back to this location.

My order was wrong. I asked no no peppers n she added them she never asked if i wanted anything else on my sub. The poor customers behind me was a couple n took the husband’s order never took the wife’s order… not a friendly atmosphere.

New manager is awful. She hires her friends and former employees from other jobs to push out hard working employees. Leaves them with little to no hours. Two of the best employees at this location are being forced out. In my opinion this store will crumble soon.

Stop by for subs 469 albany shaker rd at 9:55 on Friday 1/5 17 the were closed checked the web site before i went said you were open till 11:00 you need to change your web site so people dont waste. There time going there I like your subs but.was not.happy that your hrs on the web site were.different.
