so today i had went and ordered 4 slices of peperoni pizza. I had ordered 3 slices originally until i was told by the staff if i order 4 slices i can get two drinks free. so i agreed not finding an issue with that... until i reached the register when i was charged for both drinks that were supposed to be free... when it came to the drinks my friend got a Pepsi and i asked for a starry. well they gave us two Pepsi's. the guy i ordered from spoke hardly any English with an accent so thick i couldn't understand him...

Nasty attitude with no customer service for overpriced pizza. Never again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SBARRO!!!!!!!!!!! We went to the mall today and decided to get pizza. Please be wary of an older Indian woman at this location, she is robbing and very wicked. We ordered 5 pieces of pizza after she was rushing us. She said do you want one more slice and you'll get 3 drinks (it was 3 of us and my toddler). I said ok give us another slice, my husband went to pay and I stepped away with my toddler cause she was tired and fussy. When he came over he said the bill came up to $50, I said wow lemme see that's alot. I said oh no, you were charged for the drink. I went up to the woman and said excuse me didn't you say every 2 slices gives us a drink. She didn't look at me and was being so busy and going on to other customers ignoring me. I repeated my question and she said yeah you have to pay for drink, I said but that's not what you told us. A staff of hers that knew us from the beginning of the order said yes the drink is supposed to be free but we don't have the medium sized cups so you had to pay for the drinks. I said well she shouldn't have said that cause I'm sure she was aware of that and still sold us with a lie. I was so pissed. The pizza was undercooked with raw dough and I'm disgusted that even on a meal someone would rob you. I just wanna say to this business that you may have gained today but you'll lose more in time to come. I'll never go here ever again.

Extremely rude service and they tried to steathly upcharge me for the listed combo because they are "out of regular cups." I was charged $17 for a combo listed at $12.99, and then had to ask three times for my drink after they handed me my slices. The pizza itself was quite average.

this place is nasty don't ever get food here it's straight up a scam. they had a sign that said 1 dollar drink with any purchase Monday - Thursday. I came on a Thursday ordered a cheese slice. they charged me $6.45 for a cheese slice and I asked for the one dollar drink which the worker claimed it was for online only and I went and double checked and it did not say that anywhere on the promotion. extremely trash and a shameful false imitation of true nyc pizza.

Went to order some pasta and ended up receiving attitude by the man named sahadat saying no to me, then was looking at the menu trying to decide what to get and was being rushed by him when there was no one on the line. After deciding I chose the 2 slice combo that comes with a drink and ended up being charged more than what the menu stated plus tax which was around $13. When I asked politely why there was an up charge I was told “it’s tax” but then looked at the screen and saw that I was charged for the drink that is supposed to be apart of the combo. After explaining what I saw I was again told that it was “just tax”. After going back and forth with sahadat he finally said “oh it’s because we ran out of regular cups, so we had to charge you for a large cup”. He implied that it was my fault they ran out of cups. I would’ve gladly payed for the up charge if I had been told previously and not lied to and yelled at the whole interaction.

Dorky guy with glasses today was a real trip. Rushed me and there wasn't a line. Made me pay separate to gain more money instead of charging me for a combo. Purposefully. Then of course they're out of small cups this is the tenth time this has so called happens that they conviniently only have large aka they just want you to buy bigger size. Well i sent my son to ask for a cup because obviously i couldn't buy two smalls they didn't have them. I wasn't giving him a huge cup. He yelled at him and told him no. I went back up upset basket for a couple since he didn't have small ones. He proceeded to say not my problem. I said it is because you don't have any small ones. He gives me a cup i get to my seat and its USED!!! Still had soda in it. That's disgusting and UNSANITARY!!! And there's no way to reach corporate of course. Im absolutely disgusted at his behavior and morals. A used cup to someone? Talk about being vindicitive and CHEAP!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!! He should get fired.

Today I visitid this place to have my lunch. I asked to the girl on counter for 2 breadstick and also requested to change her gloves and keep secure my breadsticks from any meat contamination. But she did not changed gloves and started argueing about my diet and food. I requested her, that you dont have anything to do with my diet and i dont have enough time to explain and argue woth you. But she still kept going. Meanwhile i asked to make full size bowl of baked ziti as it has no any meat. On that time, i found that she was using the tool that she already had used on pork meat product. Then i refused to take my breadsticks. I tried to see that girl name on her badge, but the her name was erased and there was only marker line with big wipe on it. The girls has curly golden hairs and with short height. This was very disrespecfull and careless behavior from that girl at all for me with my food and diet. I have reported last year also about this place for food handling. But today again i had this type bad experience. I will never like to go again in future. There is one more Sbarro in Colonie Mall, but their staff was very great for me. As i requested to avoid any meat from food. He grabbed aned tool in front me and also put my food in new alluminium contaner for making sure for food safety. Why crossgates mall place dont do so? And why they never showed respect and serious behavior with customers? I will put my same reviews on google as well.

(Crossgates location):The young man at the counter, today was wonderful. But the rest of the workers seem too angry and disgruntled to want to help people. They should put their personal grudges aside and serve people as if their customers are not an annoyance. Regardless of how polite you can be towards these workers, they are not friendly at all, except for the young man who is the cashier, he was wonderful. The Sbarro at Colonie center is much friendlier, kinder and better. Maybe they should learn from them.

Don’t act surprised when people decide NOT to deal with you if you’re rude… The guy actually had the audacity to sarcastically yell “Have a great night guys!” as we walked by the store-front a short while later… Owners/managers are your sales lower during certain shifts inexplicably? Look to see who’s working. If it’s the tall, blonde, bitter, acne-scarred one that was working on Sunday, September 28th, there’s your answer!

Worst service and rude work..Having us wait 8 minutes to cash out then when trying to pay. Card reader didn't work guy was back trying to take more people orders and I shake my head, a new guy comes from the back and what you shaking your head for.
