I like going here. The pizza is good, the spinach roll very good as well. They make a serious Chicken Franchese and the owner John and his grandchildren are very nice people. He has trained them well. The counter service is excellent. The guy who makes the pizza knows how to make the pizza extraordinary. I'm happy that they're here and I speak God's blessings over everyone there and even the kitchen help and the delivery guys!

I’m very surprised to see some negative reviews on here. I’ve been ordering from Pronto via Seamless for roughly six months or so now. It’s my go to Italian spot in Brooklyn Heights! I am obsessed with Pronto Pizza. It’s my favorite pizza spot in Brooklyn hands down. I order from here when I’m at work. I can sincerely say I’ve never been disappointed. Their pan pizza is incredible. Their penne vodka is amazing—that’s my favorite dish from here. It could easily feed 3 people—The portions are HUGE, and the food is always fresh and tasty. They also listen to your special instructions and are extremely fast with delivery. Delivery guys are always pleasant and very friendly! Prices are fantastic. I love this place so much.

This place is great like an old school family pizza place you grow in. Ran in today to actually ask for a spoon to eat something I bought somewhere else. Pizza smelled so good I said forget my yogurt I’ll get a slice. It was 10:30 in morning but they had a pie ready. Slice came fast and hot, it hit the spot. Perfect ratio cheese sauce crust. Highly recommend.

The chicken, onion and pepper pizza is delicious; so much so, I had to return a second day and get another slice (I'm visiting from out of town). Not only that, the place is very clean (So is the restroom; a big plus!) and the staff is very friendly, courteous, efficient, and customer-service oriented. If I stay at the same AIRBNB place again, I'll definitely eat pizza at this place again!

Clean, quick and choice of different vegetables and meats. I ordered pizza with sausage. I had to remove the sausage. Too salty for my taste. Two tables to sit down and eat, and 6 stools front of store. I forgot a tote bag in the store. When I called the next day, they had it. Told me to come anytime while they are open to pick it up. Retrieved my bag next day.

We eat here often for lunch, and the food has always been fresh and amazing. This time, though, they really went above and beyond for our holiday party. I was floored by how great the heroes looked and that they delivered early. Huge shout-out to Mary and her team. We will definitely use them again next year for catering.

I found this lovely family style Pizza place in Brooklyn around 11 am one day and was amazed at the single square slice for its quality, freshness, and affordable price as I just wanted a snack. I was literally thinking about the whole experience days later and found myself speaking about it by word of mouth. I really want to try all the vegetarian items on their menu. The staff there are very nice and being there felt like it was a family atmosphere. The time spent there was very positive, and other customers outside were smiling and happy to see Gluten Free Options.

I ordered 8 large pies for pickup and planned to carry them a few blocks- Pronto Pizza very generously sent a delivery driver out with me instead, at no extra charge! Very grateful for the kindness of the staff. Pies were fresh and delicious, classic New York style, and they are even able to substitute vegan cheese. Will definitely order for the office again!

This is the pizza of your youth, the slice shop New York was built on and is known for. There are no fancy artisan ingredients here just a solid mix of cheese, sauce, and, dough that come together for a delicious slice. $6.50 for two slices and a drink might be one of the last remaining deals in the city so enjoy it while it lasts.

The best pizza ever!! I had margherita pizza & cheese only and they were both to die for!! My boyfriend had the Buffalo chicken pizza and said it was the best he’s ever had! Plus very friendly staff!! Any time I’m back in Brooklyn I will definitely be stopping by!!

Pronto is a great choice for reliable and affordable pizza delivery. There's nothing spectacular about their pizza, but their standard cheese slices are typical NYC style.

It is good....love it! But today was different. The guy that served me rushed and took my order without me completing it and then made me wait for last. I don't know if it's because it was busy than usual.

It was pretty good pizza but apparently the sauce wasn't spread out enough.

The crust is a bit thicken and doughy-er than your typical NYC spot, but the prices are GREAT ($6, 2 cheese slices and a soda) so I go once a week for lunch. Fills its niche for the area perfectly, but there are better tasting and quality pizza spots in the same neighborhood. Would still recommend to anyone for a good cheap lunch

Very good pizza. This is a "stop by and grab some slices." The cheese is probably the best, as the other pizzas are a slightly thicket crust style, which isn't my preference. Great service, love the staff.

Stopped in on way to a movie. Has a $5.00 for two slices and a soda special. I was presently surprised. My style of pizza thin crust and very crunchy. Sauce left a bit of rang on my tongue. Would eat again.

The Chicken Parmigian platter was filling and okay. Felt that they held back on the Mozarella cheese, and the chicken portion was okay, too. It's not a bad place to eat a chicken parm dinner.

They messed up my order and gave me pepperoni. Which I am allergic to.

Located amongst the hustle and bustle of downtown near the courts, election center and board of ed, this is a quick clean place for pizza. Not to fond of the serving staff, they are overwhelmed during the lunch break but they make a good slice. For bargain hunters: $5.00 for two slices and a soda. It's thin crust and crunchy.

Me and my daughter are visiting from out of town and wanted to try some NYC pizza joints. Our opinion of this joint is OK. Our opinion is as follows, we both agreed that their is not enough cheese on the pizza, the sauce was a bit watered down for our liking and the 1st bite just seemed bland to us. This seems like a busy place. This is just our opinion as the pizza was not bad, but also not as good as we experienced. This is an honest review. I have visited this place a few times. The food is great. The atmosphere is great too. The price on the other hand you be the judge. I ordered a cheese pie to go and the price on the slice app was $18. My surprise when I got home and looked at my expenses for the day they charged my card $27.18. The pizza is great but is it worth this price absolutely not. Either they overcharged by mistake or intentional. Either way I was charged $27.18 for a regular cheese pie.

Pronto pizza sure is pronto. (Not sarcastic.) Stopped by on a whim when I saw their sign for 2 slices and a drink for $5.50. Basically a steal and I was so hungry. This place is oddly structured - it's super narrow between the barstools on the wall and the counter, so if anyone is waiting on food, you're in the way. I was ordering but insanely overwhelmed because I literally just walked in, the guy says next PRONTO and all of a sudden I'm next, and the lady in front of me is standing in front of the counter (because she can't move) and I can't even see what's available. Anyway, once you get past that, the pizza is good and it's a good deal. There's honestly a decent amount of seating as well so that's nice. I'd go back, but I'd stick to a cheese slice so I don't have to rush and choose and have buyers remorse if I don't like it.

The pizza is sitting out all day is not fresh unless you catch a straight out of the oven I ordered chicken parmesan they made in the back gave me some old chicken and put the pasta on top of it to hide it I got to the hotel and was so disappointed and they gave me one block of cheese on top of the sauce unbelievable

Ordered half BBQ chicken, half cheese pie. I wanted the half without the BBQ chicken first, and the slice I ate tasted like a $.99 slice (as stated in another review). One slice had a piece of the BBQ chicken, and it was flavorful, but another participant of this "pizza consuming activity" stated that if it was not for the BBQ sauce, the pizza would have no taste. I told him, look at what I have to contend with (considering I had no BBQ sauce on the majority of my bread-sauce-cheese product). This is NYC, and pizza should be better. Oh, and my $19.00 "entree" did not come with plates or napkins. Pitiful. Update: 07/15/2019 So apparently it's been 4 years since I was there last, and I forgot about the pizza. I went there again to get 2 cheese slices. The slices came with a pound of cheese oozing everywhere; yuck! The sauce had no flavor, and the crust was not Brooklyn (not too thin and not too thick, with a slightly crispy bottom). When I went to post a review, I saw the review I already did 4 years ago. I should have Googled my own review and left this place for the tourists. LOL

Me and my buddies went there to get some pizza and seen a giant roach crawling out of their kitchen, when I tried to kill said roach the store owner tries to blame me for their roach infestation. Mind you while i’m trying to kill the roach all of the staff is walking right past me until their boss says something about it. Great pizza, bad staff grab your pizza and go 👎🏾👎🏾

The pizza is good only if you have put in fresh cheese rather then the cheese normally used it’s waxy ? I’ve ordered heroes very different than it says, I’m Italian n know good pizza, Italian type stuff the sandwich’s are made with red type sauce and lots of it which is distasteful. I called and told them about it since I had to throw away the sandwiches ! I tried to give them away but nobody would eat it either others thought they had a bad taste to them??? They just said well other people seem to like them?? I’ve also ordered pasta with clams, that too was below standard I ordered extra sauce for a $ they just didn’t make it right lol I may be biases since I’m Italian born from Naples but at least try to make the Italian called food taste Italian find out what real Italian tastes should be or just don’t give them Italian names n serve some kinda weird dish instead lol but service with a smile always

My boyfriend and I payed for food, there was no where to sit down in the resterant, (My boyfriend has a disability and needs to sit down and eat) so we walked outside with our food, sat down near the front of the shop but not on a manor where we were blocking anything, and the owner angerly shooed us away. Terrible, I saw the workers going in the bathroom with their aprons on and I told the server she told me they are taking the aprons off and hanging it on the bathroom door. I went in the bathroom and there is no hook. I’m confused. Why can’t they take the aprons off before going in the bathroom.

I placed an order through the Slice app and realized right after paying that it went to the wrong location — in Brooklyn, even though I live in Staten Island. I called the restaurant immediately (not even a minute later) to cancel, and the person on the phone said “no, the pie’s already in the oven.” That’s impossible since I called right after placing the order. They refused to cancel or refund me, basically took my money for something I couldn’t even pick up. Terrible customer service and no understanding at all — won’t be ordering from here again.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, I ordered 3 plain slices and a bottled Pepsi. The girl who works there has a very nasty attitude. I said I'm going to pay with a debit card. She put the amount on the payment device $11.02 before I see the device, I said how much is it. She did not respond and she rudely pointed at the screen. I tapped my card. I got my order and 1 hour later I check my account and I see that she charged me $2 extra. My statement says $13.02. IF I WANT TO TIP YOU. I WILL. I'M A VERY GENEROUS PERSON. This pizza is only good when it's freshly made and hot out of the oven. Otherwise the dough is rubbery and hard like cardboard. It's sad I had to send my daughter to pick up a pizza pie, with a note requesting a freshly made pie and the pizza still was not freshly made. All they did was put extra cheese on the pizza to make the pizza appear freshly made.. I'm done. This place use to have good pizza. Unfortunately not anymore.👎🏾 Pronto is running neck and neck with the .99 cent pizza slices, and we all know those .99 slices are the worst!
