The food was incredible! Felipe was the best server I have had in quite a while. We were very happy with the entire dining experience and will make sure to come back next time we visit PC. We shared the bolognese pasta and the half chicken. Both were prepared outstanding. We also ordered the Negroni and espresso martini. I must add that the whole staff was on top of their game. Thank you!
The food was just incredible, you can feel it’s Italian because of the flavor of the sauce, everything was just amazing 😉 and good price point too
PHENOMENAL!! I’ve lived in Park City for nineteen years and this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Utah.
This place was incredible. The lasagna and lobster linguini were fantastic, and Felipe was the best server, knowledgeable and passionate and made sure our experience was perfect

A favorite restaurant of me and my wife. From appetizers to cocktails, entrees to desserts, everything we've ordered was a hit. All in a relaxed but upscale dining room, with attentive and friendly service. Checks every box for us!
This is an incredible gem in deer valley. Representative of the top 5% of italian food I have ever had. Chef Joe was so nice to create a couple custom dishes (rigatoni with a pink sauce/morels and chicken parmesan) that we loved having. The manager Dave greeted us personally on arriving and checked on us a couple times during our dinner. The dinner service flowed smoothly and we had a great time. The gnocchi dish with asparagus/peas and morel mushrooms is truly worthy of what a michelin awarded restaurant would serve. It was so great the first night we went the following night as well. Would definitely come again.
Was utterly surprised how good this place was. The Italian food in Park City is.....quite terrible. Everything that folks ordered was well liked. The wait staff was great. I would actually and just did recommend this place, which is not a common occurrence for me based on PCs culinary options.
Everyone at La Stellina was so kind from the hostesses to the cook, and especially our waitress, Megan. Most of the people in my dining party could not eat gluten and/or lactose and everyone was so accommodating, recommending dishes and substitutes. The food was also delicious. We will definitely be eating there again when we are back in Park City
This is Bomb!!! Best Mussels and Brancino i Ever Had, Kids Enjoyed Pasta, Great Experience, Gentlemen Named Mariano Served Us, What a Professional and Positive Person, Im writing this Before I even Left Restaurant!!! Great,Great,Great.
We ate in the bar area with Michael, our excellent server. So kind, professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Lasagna and a Classico pizza with wine. Wonderful experience.

The lobster pasta was delicious and it was a generous portion of lobster! The music could have been just a touch quieter. Beautiful decor & space!

We have eaten here a couple times in the past year or so. By far, our favorite dish was the pizza with peach, prosciutto, and arugula. However, it was removed from the menu when we came back a second time. It may have been seasonal, but it was good. The bolognese is good along with the children's chicken parmesan. We found the other entrees to be decent, but not memorable.
I have been here a few times and the chicken Parm is very good. The sautéed spinach is excellent, eggplant parm is good but salty. My son loves the pasta bolognese but I’m not impressed by it. Dino is so nice and so is the lovely couple from Croatia.

The restaurant is tucked away on the lower level of the St Regis. Fairly small, limited seating, small menu. Service was good, food was average.
The Olive Garden of Deer Valley. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t come with unlimited breadsticks. The St. Regis should be ashamed to be affiliated with this restaurant. Just because you import the ingredients doesn’t mean you’ll be able to make good food.
La Stellina was not what I expected. It is tucked away in the St Regis with no views. The service was good but the food missed. The chop salad was not chopped but was good The charcuterie board was mediocre, Pizza was mediocre The star was the pasta dish For St Regis location and elevated prices I expected more. This felt like your typical mid tier hotel restaurant

The food is super overpriced for what you are getting. We did not feel like this was a unique cuisine experience at all. Also, the acoustics of the room made us feel like we were sitting at a community table with all the other patrons. The conversations of the other tables were constantly louder than our own! I wouldn't drive out of my way to go here and if you're staying at the hotel you can Uber Eats Olive Garden and have just as good of food with a better eating experience in your quiet room.

As a published food columnist in Florida I certainly feel knowledgeable to offer my review of La Stellina. For a restaurant branded with a luxury hotel this restaurant misses the mark on many targets. I have never experienced a Caesar salad dressing that was rejected by all four diners. Our eggplant parmigiana couldn’t be described as Italian. Totally deconstructed and plated as two small slices of breaded medallions with a slice of cheese. As for the other pasta dish it was flavorless and overcooked. That being said this restaurant needs an executive chef rather than a line cook. Or simply taste the food before its exits the kitchen. We had a disappointing experience at this Italian restaurant. The pasta was overcooked and drenched in oil, making it nearly inedible. The lasagna didn't impress either, and the puttanesca sauce on the fish tasted like it came straight from a can, leaving the fish itself dry and unappetizing. Our server was fantastic and did his best to accommodate us, which was appreciated.
Let’s play a game of ‘Guess the Chef’s Criminal Record’ at this Italian joint. Not to be harsh, but my taste buds felt like they were doing time in culinary jail after trying their 'high cuisine' dishes. Had to send back not one, but two dishes – the pasta was saltier than the Dead Sea, I kid you not. If my 5-year-old made that, I'd give him a gold star, but let's keep amateur hour out of professional kitchens, shall we? And don't even get me started on the steak – I could've used it as a spare tire in an emergency. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day here, probably laughing harder than at an Olive Garden. If he ever graces this place with his presence, it'll be a funnier show than any comedy special. But hey, it's not all doom and gloom. The service was top-notch, and the staff were as courteous as if they were serving a royal banquet. So, if you're in the mood for a laugh and don't mind sacrificing your taste buds, this place might just be the ticket. Otherwise, steer clear – your palate will thank you.

Worst service ever! Felt the managers did not support their servers. Waited 15 min to find our server for the bill, then to run the credit card was another delay. Drinks were not impressive. The food was fair but over priced. Presentation was nice. Caesar salad was over citrus/lemon. Burrata was good, would have preferred the peaches to be peeled. Rigatoni was ok not very flavorful. Gnocchi did not hold up, fell apart (still mashed potatoes), meatballs were my favorite if you like spicy, squid ink linguine with garlic shrimp was mostly broth, shrimp was delicately cooked. Really wanted to like this place but very disappointed with the service and food for that price.
