Un 10 para Danna. Volveremos sin duda La comida muy rica. Diferente a otras cadenas del mismo tipo. Y lo mejor el detalle al pagar. En un restaurante de hamburguesas, te dan de regalo hamburguesas de chuches.

Nuestra experiencia en este restaurante fue simplemente fantástica. La atención fue impecable, especialmente por parte de la señorita Ana, quien nos trató con muchísima amabilidad y cercanía. Siguiendo sus recomendaciones, mi esposo y yo pedimos las carnes y quedamos encantados: sabor espectacular y en su punto perfecto. Incluso pude ver desde mi mesa cómo la cocinera las preparaba, lo que me dio aún más confianza y admiración por su trabajo. Sin duda volveremos muchas veces más; trato exquisito, comida deliciosa y un lugar totalmente recomendable. Gracias así da gusto!

Today I came with my family to “Hamburguesa Nostra” (X-Madrid, Alcorcón). They brought all the food very quickly; the appetizers arrived fast, and as soon as they were finished, our hamburgers arrived. They were delicious. Dayana, Bárbara, and Natalia served us, and thanks to their service, the meal was excellent.

We went here for dinner craving a good burger. And we found it. With several burgers to choose from, we all happened to order the same one. The burger was delicious, although the fries were crispy but a bit bland. Good service; they served us well despite the crowd. Although they told us we couldn't dine outside because they didn't have service for that area, they had tables and everything set up there. If you're craving a burger and find yourself at X-Madrid but don't know where to go, I assure you this place is a surefire option.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. They were unfriendly and unprofessional. I told them I'm celiac and asked if they had any sauces that hadn't been on the table before, because the nozzles on the containers could contain gluten (if someone touches the bread with the nozzle). They said no. So I ate the fries without sauce, but the gluten-free smash burger was still very good.

Very inefficient service. We went on a Sunday lunchtime. There weren't that many people, but there were quite a few waiters, and it still took a while to bring us the bill. After asking three different people, they finally brought it. The food was delicious, but with tons of oil.

Ana y joseph encantadores , pero por lo demás… decepcionante. Fuimos una mesa de 7 y pedimos 2 hamburguesas de peanut butter. No tenían crema de cacahuate y encima no nos avisan para ver si cambiábamos . 3 hamburguesas salieron frías y 2 de ellas con diferentes ingredientes y un camarero se olvidó de apuntar una de ellas. Que lo entiendo porque todos trabajamos y tenemos errores pero al reclamarlo otro chico q no nos había atendido hablándonos horrible diciendo que no éramos los únicos clientes cuando no habían casi clientes . En todo momento fui respetuosa ya que los camareros no tenían culpa de lo que hacen en cocina pero si del mal trato. Una chica latina vino de malas maneras y le dije muy amablemente que cuando vendría la encargada y me dijo con una cara de asco que ya venía y con tono superior cuando yo en ningún momento he faltado el respeto. Luego la chica veía constantemente a la terraza a recoger y estaba cuchicheando con los compañeros mirándonos y señalándonos como si fuésemos nosotros los que hacen las cosas mal . Hemos puesto hoja de reclamaciones y sin duda NO lo recomiendo para nada . Y cabe recalcar que desde que pedimos , tardaron una hora en traer la comida , que lo entiendo si hay muchos clientes pero encima que nos lleguen fríos los platos es vergonzoso. Y la chica latina debería darse un puntito en la boca porque toda la terraza se estaba quejando de ella por mal hablada y por borde .

Absolutely dreadful experience. The guy who served us appeared to be stoned. In 16 years living in Spain I have never walked out of a restaurant, I did tonight. The waiter took an order for nachos and two smash burgers, asking what bread we each wanted and left. 20 minutes later he came back with 1 burger and nachos. We said we had ordered two, he said no we had ordered one. I started eating mine while we waited for my wife's. The chip had quite obviously been fried previously and reheated. They were soggy and horrible, I stood up found the waiter and explained that the chips were soggy and wanted some fresh ones, he said okay 15 minutes later my wife's burger arrived by which time my burger and fries were cold. The guy walked off, I thought, to bring my fries. Nope. A few minutes later I caught his attention, he came over and I asked where my fries were. He didn't know what I was talking about, I said I had asked for fresh fries because these were horrible. He said they are like that, we then got into a bit of a discussion in which he started being rude, talking over the top of me and accused us of lying about ordering two burgers and the fries situation. Honestly the waiter either didn't have the mental capacity to work as a waiter or more likely was under the influence of something. This is absolutely the last time I ever go to this burger chain. Disgusting service and poor food.
