My experience is based solely on the paccheri: exceptional! Generous portions and very tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. And the complimentary liqueur at the end is always a much-appreciated treat.

A historic pizzeria in the city of Alessandria, famous for its pizza, but the restaurant menu is also decent. The seafood and mountain scialatielli were very good. The only thing that's a little unwelcoming is the ambiance, perhaps due to the color scheme.

La parte migliore della Lampara è il forno a legna girevole che può contenere numerose pizze contemporaneamente, soprattutto la pizza a metro che è la migliore di Alessandria. Da poco dispone anche di un nuovo dehor con vetrate trasparenti.

The waiter rushes the group even though there aren't many people. In fact, he forgot a couple of dishes. The pizza was decent, the fish was so-so... the place could use a bit of a makeover. A bit sad.

I recently moved to this area and tried La Lampara for the first time. It's neither good nor bad. The pizza is good, but not better than many others, the place has an '80s feel, and the staff isn't particularly friendly. For dessert, I asked for the pastiera, which was on the menu but wasn't available. At the waiter's recommendation, I opted for the tiramisu, but inside I found a piece of ceramic, probably from a broken cup. The cost of the tiramisu was deducted from my bill, but while I appreciated it, this gesture alone didn't change my overall opinion.

I'm not giving it a star only because at least the staff was up to par! Terrible pizzas, glasses that smelled of "fresh" and an exorbitant bill of €24.00 for two pizzas, two 1/2 cups of water and two coffees... Not recommended.

Mediocre pasta, excessive seasoning. Before ordering I asked how the eggplants were, answer "Grilled" ... they came directly from some jar, greasy and over-seasoned ... needless to say I had some left over after the first slice.

Ieri ho mangiato una pizza più piccola di quella surgelata e pagata almeno 4 volte d più. Condimento 0. Sconsigliato.

If you want to eat mini pizzas at the price of the big ones, this is the place to go. The lady is incredibly friendly. I think working for the public isn't for everyone, and if you're not suited to it, you'd better change. Not a smile, not a word. The pizza is more or less good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
