Oggi sono andata a prendere due pezzi di focaccia e una signora gentilissima mi ha messo anche insieme 2 salatini al prosciutto come omaggio della casa. L'ho ringraziata ma avendo la voce bassa temo non mi abbia sentito. Quindi la ringrazio qui, sperando che lo legga. La ragazza con il piumino nero e le trecce.
Personale molto gentile e ambiente molto accogliente, eravamo solo di passaggio ma è stata una bella scoperta.
Si tratta di una panetteria focacceria con bar incluso che da il lusso di poter mangiare un pezzo di focaccia o una brioches appena sfornata comodamente seduti al tavolino del bar. Da provare la focaccia integrale e il pane con olive o noci. Si trova su una strada principale non ha una grande vista ma ha un piccolo dehor e la qualità del cibo con pensa al fatto di essere in un quartiere Popolare.
Ottimi prodotti, tanta scelta, personale simpatico e gentile. Se devo trovare un difetto posso dire che il locale non essendo molto grande offre poca possibilità di sedersi.
Ottima pizza, cappuccino delizioso e assai buono anche il cornetto (non dolcissimo stucchevole come spesso accade di assaggiare). Gentile il personale.
The guys are super sweet and kind, and the focaccia is amazing. The pizzas and desserts are also good. The juice isn't great, I'll tell you that; there are too many pieces. Highly recommended, though.

Just five minutes for a coffee and a pastry, in the center of Alessandria, but it was enough for a pleasant stop. The staff were kind and friendly.
A café with an adjoining artisanal pastries and focaccia. Gluten-free cookies, savory pies, brioches, and fresh cream puffs are also available. The very good coffee costs €1.20. Tables have been set up alongside the counter for on-site dining, as well as an outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Satispay is accepted as a payment method.
Let's say there's little to recommend there... everything is perfect, including the cappuccino with soy milk, which is better than anywhere else.
The place is small but very nice and bright and above all it is very clean... I had a pleasant breakfast...... the cappuccino and coffee were very good. 5 stars also for the staff. I will definitely be back.

Both the baked goods and the bar are absolutely worth trying, with high-quality ingredients and friendly, dynamic staff.
Very good pizzas, there are tables outside for sitting down. Very clean restroom. The staff? Super friendly! With children, women, seniors, everyone! It's a pleasure (and increasingly rare) to be treated like a welcome and greeted with a smile. Thank you so much, have a wonderful lunch break ☺️
Excellent for quick lunches. Great variety of focaccias and other dishes. I enjoyed the helpfulness of the waitress (I don't know if that's what she calls it). Always with a big smile on her face. Sometimes the human touch can make all the difference. Excellent place, anyway.
Everything we ordered (ciabattas and cannoli) was delicious. Prices were quite reasonable for the area.
Clean place, friendly staff. Excellent savory pie, good coffee, and pastries. The only flaw is that the place is a bit small. At certain times, like lunchtime, the space feels a bit cramped. Good value for money. Recommended.

Sapore di pane is located on the street that was once the market street for the people of Alessandria. It's always crowded, and you can enjoy a good coffee accompanied by a brioche. They have a good selection of sweet and savory pastries, and they also make savory pies. The staff is friendly and fast.

Lo frequento da tanti anni compreso quando c'era il vecchio proprietario, quando ha rilevato l'esercizio il nuovo gestore andava abbastanza bene, ma ultimamente qualche cosa non funziona più come per il passato, tavoli sempre ingombri perché nessuno se ne occupa, il servizio è fai da te quindi se le persone non puliscono loro come dovrebbero o dici loro che devono pulire o ci pulisci tu, risultato tutto sporco, è un peccato perché il negozio pur fra mille contraddizioni era bene avviato.
There is no table service, that's fine, but they charge you 10 cents extra to froth the coffee 1.40 (a teaspoon of foam) I won't go back, there's no shortage of coffee shops in the city.
