Clean facility and the staff was very friendly. The ordering process was easy and each plate was given a lot of food; two plates was enough for four people to share! The menu selections were good, the fried rice was very tasty, yet the sauce covered meats were too gummy. Other than that, it was nice eating outside!

The dining room is a bit run down but I imagine most of thier business is carry out. Food was good.

Not sure what people are talking about saying the food is gross. I've been here twice so far around lunchtime, and the chicken is cooked well, not overcooked or soggy. Rice is good too, only bad thing I can say is the restaurants is a little dingy looking.

Food was great today, service was ok. Good location to visit.

The food is cheap and alright. Their menu isn’t very large. If you are coming in from New York City don’t expect it to be the same taste. It’s different but convenient when you don’t have time to cook.

Inexpensive college food. The best I have had is the sesame chicken combo . They have quick service and are open quite late. Overall not too bad for a college resturant.

Overall good option for an alfred restaurant. I just wish the owners would put a little more effort into the shops upkeep. The bee problem along with the constant lingering of drunk customers makes the experience uncomfortable. If they’d just take some steps to make the place feel more clean or up kept it’d be better viewed by the town.

Update: I have recently visited once again. Service was better. Must have been an off evening. Will update to three stars as it was still poor service. But not the usual. Original review original review 1 star: I have come here a lot. Tonight service was awful. Ordered recieved at 4pm mobile meaning I placed it at 3:58pm. Arrived early at 4:10 pm was too be ready at 4:16pm. My food sat there until 4:30. When someone added chicken which they were not waiting on. 8 staff members no one speaking to the three guests in the room. No apologies until they saw I was not happy. Then "oh would you like to wait for fresh noodles". I decided to leave as I did not trust and single one of them to fix the issues. Portion sizes were small when I finally ate.

Staff are quite nice but they give you very little portion. The noodles here are soggy and tasteless. We paid $1.50 more for the special beef but the portion is so little. There are only 4 pieces of beef with a lot of mushroom. The beef tastes good but the mushroom is tasteless. I’ll go to other panda restaurants instead of this one.

Order beijing beef and honey chicken And my beef was hard to eat like it was overcooked. Then my green beans with my chicken were still cold and frozen.

Service is always good but the lo mein is always filled with cabbage, couldn’t get two full forks of noodles only. Noodles aren’t that expensive so I don’t understand why it is ALWAYS like this.

(Updated) No dining in due to covid kudos to the owners for being able to change still serving food and social distancing. Manger here is really trying to get this restaurant back to quality and service. She does care. My original review was a two but I have reduced to one. This place is terrible customer service wrong orders repeatedly out of product constantly. Only have drive through open this place needs to take lessons from chic-fil-a the customers like the product but hate the service at this location.

This Chinese restaurant is only good if you are drunk or hungover. Makes sense in the college town. Had it when I was in college tried it again as an adult and will not be going back. Food just tastes gross. Even simple things like rice and sweet and sour chicken were not good. There are better options in Hornell and Wellsville. The only good thing is the price.

I really do lik3 panda. But and it can be such a great quci grab and go. But unfortunately when you have workers that unfortunately have little to mso interest im serving (could be related to how they are treated at work) it truly does make for an un-enjoyable experience. And then having to leave without what you went for just adds salt the wound. The server Kameron was very respectful and even apologized for the extensive wait.

The chicken I ordered had the texture of Styrofoam and the breading around it made it look like there was more chicken than there actually was... It was mostly hallow

The lady purposely gave me the wrong order after yelling at me because she did not give me a total price. How about if you want to work in the food industry be respectful that’s it but apparently that’s too much to ask for

If I could give them a negative star I would. Ate there two days ago (3/30/24) and ended up with food poisoning the next morning. They seem like nice people but this is not the first time I’ve heard of someone getting very sick from eating there

Ordered sesame chicken and the chicken was rotten inside.

You’d think this would be the place to go when you want food at midnight and you’re starving, but it’s not. They don’t take cash, they don’t have an atm. they stared at me like I was trying to steal their $5 chicken after I told them the banks atm was out of service.

Having previously lived in Alfred, I've frequented this place as there was no other choice in town for Chinese. Food was mediocre but decent for a quick meal/late-night grab. Restaurant cleanliness was questionable. **TIP OF ADVICE: Always count your change ($) !! Myself and others had repeatedly called them out for not giving back the correct amount!

Usually love the food but the lady behind the counter was yelling back my order but only the price of one of the things I was asking for instead of the total and decided to yell louder the order but not the price. I like to eat where I’m treated with basic respect.

The truth is that they have changed the portion of each dish a lot, for example at Chaomin they serve more cabbage than noodles and they serve less chicken in each dish. They no longer give the portion as before.

At this location you can either get beef cooked 12 different ways of which only 2 are good or you can get one of 2 flavors of chicken. What two chicken flavors? Regular orange chicken or spicy orange chicken. Why not remove one of the beef flavors that never comes close to selling out.

I had my food delivered to my house and I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken for one of the entrées on my plate. When I opened the container I actually thought they gave me the wrong thing, It looks absolutely nothing like the photo online and is full of slimy fat and skin, I am pretty sure at least one of the pieces was raw. The noodles that I also selected came slightly undercooked and there was very little of the kung pow chicken I selected as my second entrée.

I ordered online and half the food was missing. I called six times before anyone answered and they wouldn’t do anything to help. Also the lo mein noodles are nothing but cabbage. When I asked for a refund I was told “we’re not giving refunds right now”

So I came here for lunch and the staff was not very welcoming and not one of them ever smiled. I stood in line for a while and there was one associate(Courtney) was sweeping instead of helping out the only other associate making food for the guests inside. The drive-thru was getting their food made quickly and apparently had priority. I felt bad because the girl on the line asked for help but she just got an excuse from Courtney. The chef or gentlemen preparing the food did eventually help out. Food was good but not very warm.
