Local muito agradável e com decoração muito bonita. Atendimento muito simpático e muito prestáveis. O sushi é muito bom! Desde as entradas, sushi e sobremesas, tudo óptimo.
Melhor comida que alguma vez provei. Os sabores, a complexidade, as texturas. Nunca tive uma experiência gastronómica assim. Muito bom. Aconselho a qualquer pessoa.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience dining at Umami this evening with a friend. We started with the edamame with kimchi sauce and the milk bread, which was incredibly fresh, felt very homemade, and the flavour was elevated by the miso butter.The sushi was amazing, and Nikita was very helpful with adjusting some portions on the gunkan. The bluefin tuna tataki was simple yet delicious. For our main courses, the beef tenderloin was flavorful, though a bit chewy for my preference, while the shrimp ramen was perfectly served.For dessert, the cheesecake and pumpkin cream were unique and absolutely delicious!A special thanks to Rafael and Nikita for their exceptional service and making us feel at home. The sake and wine matched very well with the chosen food. My only small suggestion would be not to place empty wine bottles upside down, though it's just a personal opinion.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend Umami and return in the future.~ Jeet & Sukru
Fabulous meal in a fabulous setting. The food was excellent, in particular the ebi tempura, the tuna sushi platter and the duck wontons. The cocktails were really creative and tasty, and I loved the wasabi margarita! The service is friendly, efficient, well paced and very professional. The evening we attended had live music, with a great saxophonist and singer. I would definitely return.
When talking about our dinner here I speak of an experience. Due to the amazing taste sensations, the utterly friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff and the stunning surroundings/atmosphere it is an experience more than just a meal. Absolutely the best dinner I’ve had in years! I loved all the different tastes in every single bite. Even my tea was out of this world (the tea was presented as if choosing a fine wine). It was a bit more expensive than we usually spend on dinner, but we found it was worth it.
Tive uma experiência incrível no Umami! O ambiente é acolhedor e muito bem cuidado, ideal tanto para um jantar especial quanto para um momento descontraído com amigos. O atendimento foi excelente: a equipa é simpática, atenciosa e conhece bem o cardápio. A comida estava simplesmente deliciosa — pratos bem apresentados, cheios de sabor e preparados com ingredientes de qualidade. Dá vontade de voltar muitas vezes. Recomendo sem hesitar!

Excelente serviço e Sushi de qualidade superior, a um preço não muito "excessivo" como seria de esperar num restaurante da Quinta do Lago. Vale a pena experimentar!

Highly rated place and beautifully designed restaurant offering great views across the lake. We had three starters that where truly unmistakable, bursting with flavours and presentation, starters where exceptional. For the main we had two fish dishes that where Thai based, poor flavas in the sauce fish cooked really well, Shane the sauce was not as impacting as starters, for the money we spent at the place, definitely could of had a punchy tasty sauce.
