I have been here before and it was better and more reasonably priced. I ordered a Cheeseburger Combo and onion rings. The total was just over $22. That's a bit high for what I got and the quality. The burger was not very good, bun did not seem fresh. It have been just an off day.

Food was good but I had to wait couple minutes just to get a box i had to get back to work so I asked the young man for a box nd he told me to wait for the cashier with grumpy face

Sadly this isn't the Star Burger I remember from my H.S days playing Video games inside and hanging out with friends. Prices are crazy now ,your better off going to I hop or Apple B's s for similar prices.. $20 a person is high for a outdoor burger spot. Sadly. Food was so so . I am sad to say quality and Atmosphere has changed.

Over priced food ordered a cheese burger she said it’s a double cheeseburger cool only got one slice of cheese instead of 2 slices to top it off burger smelled like fish as if there was cross contamination and I’m allergic to fish local Baldwin park city workers weren’t lying when they said it’s garbage still took a chance ima listen to the city workers next time in the area

If u ever get there like 15 min till closing they will refuse service the girl with the tattoos on her hands just smiles when they.refuse service and the cook just doesnt pretends to not speak English and the cashier is rude they.dont honor the time of closing I hope the owner tells them.something

I have been here before in the past and usually when I order it takes 10-15 minutes at MOST. I go today and they take 36 minutes to make my food and I only ordered one thing which was the zucchinis. I asked the lady how long it was going to take she said 5 minutes more and then I went back in 5 minutes and she gave my order to someone else!! Then I waited which really sucked I asked why they did and they said he claimed it was his. They should really check receipts for something like this I asked the other lady if she called out another order and she said she only called out a cheeseburger. Make it make sense the lady was being rude and stingy as well because I was calling her out I asked for a refund and she completely ignored me and left TERRIBLE SERVICE

The burgers were ok but the afternoon shift manager (female ) was rude no manners at all. I asked for her name to report to management or owner decline to provide her name. The place close at 9:30pm according to the website hours we got there 9:06pm when we were placing an order and she stated they were about to close then I asked her what time do you close and stated at 9:20pm whoever we placed our order while they were cooking food she started closing the indoor dinning room and started picking up the container catch up napkins etc without asking us if we would like to take if needed. We felt like we were getting rush so they close and go home earlier then the closing time. Afternoon manager service sucks no manner No professionalism at all

I will never come back to this place. I saw the cook sneezing on his hands, and cooking and grabbing the meat without gloves. I kindly asked for the cook to wear gloves and he refused too. I also saw the cashier grabbing the fries with bare hands and no gloves. This is dirty and unsanitary. This place needs to be shut down and reviewed by health department. I’m disgusted!
