Parking is very difficult. There's only three tables to sit at. The food is pretty good! The fries are good! They're like unsalted McDonald's fries. The fish, shrimp, and scallop (?) are fantastic? Not sure if it's actually scallop and not ray, but the batter doesn't get powdery and stick to the seafood the way that it does in some places, and I really like that! It's super greasy though. The zucchini and mushroom were meh. I especially did not like the mushroom and would not recommend.

The BEST FRIED FISH AND CHIPS IN THE WORLD! Big portions always gives more which is great for the affordable price! They also have fried chicken, fried shrimp/tempura, fried pineapple, fried scallops, & more! Their sauces are the icing on the cake and completes the meal! Also their cash ready so have cash or go to the 7eleven right next door for atm.

Little hole-in-the-wall place really delivers! Been there twice now and the "Prime" fish plates did not disappoint. Big pieces of fish in a crunchy batter and a nice helping of fries. Only recommendation would be to have "hushpuppies", other than that - best fish and chips in the LA area!

It's a small place only a few tables. The fish is crunchy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. Not mushy!! The jumbo shrip are good. Not as good as the fish. Amd the mushrooms are in the same batter as the fish. Pretty good too. I'll definitely go back.

OMG! The fish is sooo good. Big and crispy. Been here 3 times in one month. CASH ONLY and CLOSED on WEEKENDS. 3 piece fish and chips only $12. Crazy good prices on everything.

Very big portions of food that is reasonably priced probably the best pricing of food I've had that are anywhere near Los Angeles in a very long time. The SIZE of the fish is amazing and affordable aswell as the shrimp, the way that it's cooked And the semi unique menu the overall dining experience I would recommend anyone go here. Only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars was because I can't order this food sadly and I don't live close and if I had it my way things would be a little more seasoned but overall amazing fry, amazing people serving the food, the person taking your order is really nice. Would go again. I tried to fish, the shrimp was huge and amazing, I don't know how they made that. The fries were good Fried vegetables were also very good

First time there. Food was pretty good. Fries was okay if you take it to go. It's better to eat them there while it's fresh and hot. That's only if it's not packed in there. It's kinda small inside. Service was great. Friendly service. If you're looking to dine in, it depends on the time of day you go, you might find a table. If not, it's better to take it to go instead. Parking sucks. It's packed in that plaza. Parking can be a tight fit. I just park on the side street if there's any.

Staff friendly, food hot and delicious. Ordered large drinks received the smaller ones. They have only two sizes on the drinks. The Delux Meal is what we ordered. There is absolutely no complaints there. The size of the fish is large, their shrimp is butterfly and they use large size shrimp. Their scallops are sweet. The only two complaints is this establishment is to small and the same for the parking lot. We tailgate litterally.

Interesting find in the hood of Long Beach California. We looked up the reviews while formulating a plan for dinner. We wanted something within walking distance to The Cove Hotel. The service was fast and friendly. The fish was good yet the breading was too thick for my taste. The onion rings and fry's were excellent. The restaurant is obviously a big hit with the locals. Would I go back? Maybe..

Visited on Tuesday afternoon for a quick bite. No waiting but pretty cold behavior from the server. 6 inch was well made though.

While the atmosphere and the customer service was extremely pleasant unfortunately the food was lacking flavor along with a lot of batter over the fish so I wasn’t able to enjoy it as much as I anticipated, but I encourage everyone to go check it out.

I bought a pretzel but first had to wait along time for elder lady to stop sweeping the floor and wash hands. She looked in the back and said something to the person but did not request there help. A few weeks later I wanted a pretzel but saw the same lady sweeping the floor. NOT AGAIN!

Never go into this Subway on a Wednesday around lunch time. The middle school kids are out and they are all hanging out. I know its not the owners fault they converge on this spot, but it is his responsibility to make sure they are not yelling, skateboarding, cutting in line in his store. On top of the 25 minute wait for a sandwich, they put 6 pieces of ham on my footlong sandwich and the bread was stale. Believe me I love Subway but not this one. My statement where is the meat?

They're really expensive and refused to take my coupon for no reason. You'd think they'd be held to a standard because its a chain but apparently not

My son saw a review on YouTube and then checked other reviews so we drove out to Long Beach to give it a try. But after forty dollars and some oil infused indigestion, we will never go back...the shrimp was ok and the fries are basic. I expected some steak fries or more traditional English style "chips" but no luck. This spot seemed busy while we were there but I dunno why. Also, the parking and seating are inside the restaurant are hard to come by.

Very small place, had to eat in my truck no room to sit & enjoy my food. I was hoping the food was good but it was disappointing. I order 2 pcs of fish & ate 3/4 of one piece & gave the other piece away. Don't like to waste food! Ended up going to get me some catfish afterwards.

Bread is dry as hell. No coupons if you want to use coupons better visit other stores. The toppings are mediocre, usually they put more sauce but the toppings is minimal as hell like a 7 year old kid was served a dry turkey bacon sandwich. Staff seemed uninterested to help as well as they mostly talked with each other and when I asked lady about coupons I couldn’t use a coupon for a 6 inch rotisserie chicken. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone. 👎

Terrible. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but nothing can improve without feedback. I haven’t had a positive experience with this location in years. I gave it a try again today and was left frustrated again. We placed a mobile order to take advantage of discounts, and wasn’t only not ready but not started when we arrived to pick it up. And this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. My sandwich was also not prepared as ordered. It seems they don’t know how to bake the bread, and they are quite stingy with ingredients. This is probably the last time I’ll eat at this location and it makes me sad because it’s a local business.

The workers are so stingy. They gave me 3 thin cucumber slices for my foot long. They said I could only get 1 fork per cookie footlong. This is outrages it is a piece of plastic!! They are also racist because they mistook me for another person of my race.

Worst Subway I’ve been to. Skimped on the meat and not like any other locations I’ve been to. Now I understand why it’s always completely empty.

This is like the worst subway. I ordered online and even paid for it. And I’m at store still waiting 30 mins past my food should have been readied for pickup. The worst worst place to get a fast food as it sucks and is slower than a sit down meal. Please go to some other subway. They did the whole order wrong, bread wrong, sauce wrong and everything wrong.

Ordered sandwiches from doordash, could not follow simple instructions. Both sandwiches were on the wrong breading and were not up to a standard I would expect if we walked in. The employees probably were just lazy and didn't care about the services since they were ordered through a delivery app. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, and if you want Subway, find one that is somewhere else.

If I could, I would give - stars. The old guy working there is rude and customer service is poor. I recommend to stay away from this place. The patron ahead of me had mediocre english and he asked for receipt, I could clearly understand him but the old guy of Asian origin angrily yelled at him, and said he couldn’t understand what the patron said. Funny thing is he couldn’t speak proper english himself but yelled at the customer. Worst experience ever, I walked out of there without ordering. Please work on your employees and teach them how to behave.

Terrible!!!! The subway staff didn’t toast my sandwich. My sandwich meat was fridge cold. I addressed it, and I was told to leave. Use to eat at this location atleast once a week. Won’t be back.

This place is so gross the guy working here barely put any meat on my sandwich like I could hear him scraping the container there was was maybe half a scoop on it and it looks disgusting I don't even wanna eat this thing 🤢 he was rude too and had headphones in and couldn't understand what I was saying 😓 definitely avoiding this place in the future sucks cause it's right next to Starbucks so it would be super convenient to get food and a coffee

At checkout, they tried to charge me a dollar more than the menu price. When I pointed out the mistake, the employees did not fix it to give me the advertised price but instead told me I could pay the amount on their checkout machine or leave. This is unashamedly overcharging and deceptive advertising

Giving one star because there is no option for zero star.No one attended untill couple of minutes. Doesn't know how to make a sub. less fillings. Used hands instread of knige to close the sub. Doesn't understand english.

30 mins to get my sandwiche... one employee... ONE! She did her best but it got busy and she have 2 hands only... she needs help.
