Tip: Make a reservation online, especially if visiting during busy times. Some found the Sausage Carbonara too salty, so consider other options if you are sensitive to salt.

John was an exceptional server! From the moment we were seated, we could tell how strong his work ethic is, he was constantly running around the restaurant, handling many tables at once, yet never forgot a single detail. Everything came out perfectly timed, and nothing was missed. He was polite, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His recommendations were spot-on and really elevated our experience. As first-time guests, we were also so impressed by how wonderful the food and ambiance of the restaurant were. Everything came together for an amazing dining experience. Truly outstanding service, we’ll definitely be back and asking for John again!
I’m visiting from out of town, and I really enjoyed the service, Food and ambience at this restaurant. My server was Andrea, She was very polite, and offered exceptional service. My food was delicious, I had the chicken limone. The flavor was on point and the food came quickly. I Will definitely return When I am back in town from my next business meeting and highly recommend. Prices were very affordable and well worth it.
If I could give this place ten stars I would! We live not too far from Brio and decided to try it. I was a little worried because it asks for reservations online. But when we got there it was such a beautiful experience. The atmosphere is very upscale but with an equal feeling of being relaxed and casual. Our server, Lauren, was sweet, helpful, patient, and very attentive. The food was a little on the pricey side but worth every penny. My husband is a whisky drinker and tried the Brio Old Fashioned which is made with amaretto instead of simple syrup. He said it gave the drink another level of flavor. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the butter sauce on the mushroom ravioli was delicious. We took dessert home and they were just as tasty. If you want a nice night out with some ambiance with great service, this is the place for you. They also have a brick oven that they bake their pizzas in. Thank you, Brio, for the amazing experience. We ordered two entrees, two adult beverages, and two desserts for $120.
I’m a new fan of Brio. We hosted our book club here and it was perfect. Very quiet, great service, and delicious food. The shrimp and scallop risotto was amazing. The tiramisu & cheesecake was a hit as well. My only complaint is it’s absolutely freezing in there. So much so that it’s uncomfortable and you’re ready to leave. We spoke to the manager, but it didn’t make a difference. So we froze in the meat locker for the duration of our meal. I would come back, but only if it’s room temperature. The food is good so maybe order to go.
Incredible service! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Azul, was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. The food came out quickly and tasted great. I'd definitely recommend her and look forward to having her again next time!
We had the best time here! Azul was our server and she was so helpful and attentive! She provided quick service and was very happy to help us by recommending what to eat, refilling our drinks, and being an overall pleasure!! 10/10 will be visiting here again, and hopefully we get her again!
Great experience all around! Our company is local to the area, and we decided to have our end-of-year company dinner here on a Friday evening. We were able to reserve a private section of the restaurant where we had two large tables set up for all of us. The pre chosen menu allowed each of us to choose from 2 starters, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts which was a great way to provide an assortment of options. Everything was delicious, and our server was very attentive!
John was the perfect waiter for our visit, very attentive, friendly, and pleasant. He brought out freash baked bread with large slabs of butter just a short time after we were seated. My in-laws split the lasagna, and then couldn’t even finish their split portions. My wife had the chicken Marsala, and of course, I had to have a few bites. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned to a tee. I had the lasagna and ended up taking the other half home. Top notch food and pleasant atmosphere will make us return soon. Thank you John for taking such fantastic care of us. Happy Thanksgiving to you, the staff, and whom ever is reading this.
I recently visited Brio and had the pleasure of being served by Stacy, who handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Her attentiveness to details and thoughtful recommendations immediately stood out. As someone from Italy, I naturally had high expectations when it comes to pasta and authentic flavors—and I’m happy to say this restaurant truly impressed me. The pasta pomodoro was exquisite, full of fresh, vibrant flavor. The drinks were also exceptional and presented with real care. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, and it genuinely elevated my dining experience. What made the visit even more memorable was Stacy’s hospitality. She checked in at the right moments, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the restaurant was enjoyable. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. I would highly, highly recommend.
First time here and everything was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Beverly was spot on with her recommendations. Aly was our server and she was super sweet and told us about the best appetizer!! The shrimp and eggplant was delicious! Manager Shawn also stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal and ended up comping our dessert. Was everything delicious? Yes! Will we be back? Definitely!
I had a great experience at Brio Italian Grille. I ordered the Chicken Limone, and it was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff was attentive and very friendly, which made the meal even more enjoyable. On top of that, the people I was seated near were also very pleasant, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend Brio to anyone looking for delicious Italian food and great service.
We had the spaghetti pompdoro with shrimp. Fantastic. Strawberry basil lemon drink was fantastic. We live in the Atlanta area but will back when we are in the Allen TX area. Portions are great (pic is a 1/2, we split so we can try more. Carmel marscapon cheese was amazing Our waiter Jackson was attentive but not intrusive. It's our 2 year anniversary.. glad we found this place.
We enjoyed Christmas Night here. The food was fantastic. I’m a Jersey Italian that makes her own pasta and sauce, and I think this is the most impressed by an Italian restaurant in Texas. Service was great. Dylan was our server and he did an amazing job of keeping us entertained while we waited for our food. The wait time was 2+ hours for our entrees which seems excessive, however all things considered (family of 12, full restaurant, Christmas Day) we were understanding. I think they did a good job of trying their hardest to give us the best experience and Dylan was part of that experience. He even made our family photo. The manager did stop by at the end which was nice. One downside was that the bar ran out of espresso so we could not order our usual dessert cocktails and coffees. But again, we understand considering the holiday. Overall I would like to try this restaurant again with fewer people to have a better understanding of how their day to day operations and service goes.
The food was good, complimentary bread wasn’t the most delicious one we have had, but it was decent. The staff and servers were very courteous and attentive to the needs. We ordered the Brio Pasta and asked for chicken on the side. The pasta was decent, missing some salt to our taste. They didn’t have kids cheese pizza at the time but they were able to make a cheese flatbread for our daughter, which was very nice. The French fries were good too. The margarita we ordered also had good amount of alcohol and tasted great - not too sugary sweet.
First time experience at this restaurant, my husband and I were in the mood for some Italian food and we always pass by this place and we stopped in after work . We were seated immediately, the restaurant is nice and spacious with expanded seated for sure . So if you wanna bring family or friends do so. I enjoyed the bread and butter , I got a lobster pasta (8/10)and my husband had mushroom ravioli (10/10)it was pretty good overall . We so had the lobster bisque and it wasn’t bad , I’m just not a huge fan.
The establishment looked very good and well-maintained. The restaurant interior was bright and well-organized with a beautiful and large dining space. The foods tasted good. However, Sausage Carbonara was really salty. The price seemed a bit higher than the recent marketing level in the similar competitive restaurants. The server was friendly but quite pushing us to finish our dishes.
Me and a friend went to brio for the first time on 4/13, they were busy so I’m glad I made a reservation online. It did not take long to be seated. I have to say that the food was good and tasty, but for the amount you pay, my friends portion was small and they are very skimpy with the lobster. I had the lobster and shrimp pasta, there was definitely more shrimp than lobster in it. I had a margarita that was very strong, almost too strong to drink. We spent $108 on two entrées, one appetizer, one drink, and a dessert. I will visit them again.
Not a fan of their pasta sauce. Service was much worse than Cheesecake Factory. Most importantly, the tiramisu we ordered came out still freezing; you can taste ice in it and the plate was served cold. Great atmosphere ideal for a date.
My family and I went for Christmas Day Dinner (there were 11 of us) and the food was just okay. I think the real problem most of us had was it came out cold. (Which I get it’s hard to make food for 11 people and have it all come out hot). The appetizers were great, the bruschetta sampler and the beef carpaccio!! Then we got to dinner and I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and ricotta flat bread and it was cold. My husband got the steak and said it was just okay. My daughter got the kids chicken parm and it was cold. Then my brother in law said his meal was also cold. My dad had to send back his lamb chop due to it being well done when he wanted medium. It just wasn’t the greatest dinner experience as far as food went. The dessert was all Togo and it was delicious! Love the chocolate chip bread pudding! Our server was good! He was attentive and very nice and accommodating, especially when my dad sent back his food. (Also their espresso machine is broken so that’s kind of a bummer if you want it with your cake.) Overall loved the server but I don’t think we will be back due to the food temperature.
Located just of 75 in the Watters Creak shopping area next to Cheesecake Factory. It’s a nice place inside and very large with a bar and outdoor seating. I came in for a midweek early lunch with a friend. There might have been 15 people there. They give you one loaf of bread and butter to get started. The bread wasn’t that good and took a machete to cut through it. Luckily it’s free. Our server wasn’t the best. She didn’t pay much attention to us and stood around with another waiter talking most of the time. She only had 3 tables to cover. Food wise I got the Chicken Milanese and my friend got the lunch size Pasta Brio. My friend liked her dish. It was on the smaller side, but it was the lunch portion. The chicken Milanese I had was very average. Not much sauce and the spaghetti was tasteless. There wasn’t much cheese on top of the breaded chicken. Chicken was breaded nicely, but again it wasn’t seasoned that well. The portion size was large and made for two meals which was good. Overall, my thoughts are the food was and service was average at best. The restaurant is nice and my portion was large. Price is on the higher side, my dish was $30 alone, so it’s just not worth it to me.
I usually don’t write bad reviews. Honestly, something has to go spectacularly wrong for me to pause my day, collect myself, and type one up. But here I am, fresh out of brunch at Brio, still shaking my head like I just survived a weird social experiment. Picture this: a slow Sunday afternoon, maybe six tables with people. Should’ve been smooth sailing, right? Wrong. Within minutes, I watched one poor guy march to the manager four separate times, like a contestant on Survivor begging for rice. The table behind me soon joined in the “Where’s My Food?” parade, and I even overheard a staff member muttering something along the lines of, “I should’ve had that calamari 22 minutes ago.” That’s when I realized: it wasn’t just us. Meanwhile, our waiter vanished into the abyss. Twenty minutes went by, no check-in, no “how’s everything,” nothing. At that point I was less annoyed and more genuinely worried for his safety. Was he okay? Did he quit mid-shift? Did Brio secretly double as an escape room? The kitchen scene was even more chaotic: chefs, waiters, and managers in a confused huddle that looked like they were planning a surprise party nobody actually wanted. And speaking of unwanted surprises, my “steak and eggs” arrived cold, limp, and so tragically sad it deserved a funeral. The only silver lining? We all suffered together, united in hungry despair. The entertainment value of watching fellow diners hit their breaking point was worth a single star. Otherwise, my favorite part of brunch was stepping outside afterward and realizing the sun still shines, even after Brio.
