What can I say? Everyone knows Chick-fil-A is the best fast food place you can run through, the drive-thru lines are incredibly efficient and I believe other places should adopt the same technique. The staff is always fantastic I've never had a problem with the wrong order and never had a problem with the freshness of the products.

My biggest pet peeve is: Making the effort to go out to get something fast to eat & not only is it Not fast-It may not even my order & or It is 99.79% cold, at best mildly warm from heat lamp, which l absolutely despise! If I've gotten out of the house to come to your drive through, pay an exorbitant price for burger, fries & drink for 2, ($21.00,++ For Fast to Food!) The very least you could do is make sure to serve hot, fresh food, Every Single Time!!! And! SMILE! Those are the reasons I love Chick-fil-A & why * choose to go there 9 times out of 10! The good memories of Chicfille's visit from California weren't much different here either. I used a drive-through, but the staff checked my order outside and guided me. (The kindness is touching, but I'm a little worried that they might have a hard time in hot weather.)

This place is my favorite for me and my family. Miles the server is such a wonderful young man and he brings us joy every time we see him! I can go here with one, three, or six kids and never feel treated differently. Every order is taken care of and even when mistakes are made they're fixed with grace. Teens work here and what a great experience for them. Management is perfect and this team busts their butts to care about customers. So glad we have this place nearby.

Yes there can be ridiculously long lines and can be really hard to park but the employees are amazing. Kind and helpful. The food is tasty and fresh. They have the best salads too. I love their healthy kid's meals with the fresh fruit cup. Fries are delicious. There is a small, sound- proof play area that is clean and fun for the littles. I've never had a bad experience at any locations and order is always correct.

Edit - What is with the QR code for people ordering on app? This feels like something from 2010. How is this something that needs to be done now, and how is it not baked into the app? Insane we need to scan the QR code then type our names. Also sometimes there aren't people out there to direct so I don't know when to move forward. EMBARASSING of the company/management to not handle this. No negative commentary, drive-through is incredibly fast and I've not had this location mess up my order before. Staff is largely high school students and they are very kind and appropriate. Occasionally the owner will put out freebies on the app which is a HUGE incentive for me to go.

As always excellent food. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches but I ordered cheese and egg on them. When I got my sandwiches, the cheese and egg wasn't there I didn't even complain, but the manager noticed there was a little dissatisfaction. He came by and immediately fixed my order. When I realized that there was a little more money. I owed them, he said. Don't worry about it.

I go to this location a lot. Soggy fries is what prompted my review today. I sometimes get over done fries or even burnt fries, today is soggy, it has been inconsistent recently. The nuggets are barely warm. I feel like the food is better when you eat it inside. Take out or drive thru orders are hit or miss. And that is even when I sit in the parking lot to eat it right away.

Food quality is okay and their other options available if you are looking for specific foods to suit your taste buds. The shakes are good but could be better with more sizes and more flavors to choose from. Just add a Butterscotch flavor or something.

Chick-fil-A purports to be a Christian company but one of the attendants with whom I interacted has not had their heart changed by God. With all the e-surveillance that Chick-fil-A now does, it's clear that the Christian brand is just that, a cynical marketing facade. This location is a hit or miss. The staff is super friendly but sometimes they forget stuff in your order or you get the wrong order-which I think we all know is rare for Chick fil a, in general. They are also a little sloppy with the food presentation. Everytime I get breakfast here, the cheese is all over the wrapper, stuff outside of the sandwich. I don’t want to have to scrape stuff off the wrapper. The hashbrowns are also always soggy. The quality of food they are putting out needs to match their prices.

I arrived at 10:35 and asked for breakfast and they refused to do it for just 5 minutes until the hour was up.

I go to this location all the time. They have this new guy at the register I think his name is Niel, the guy with braids. He was super rude and literally no etiquette of how to talk. Never seen disrespectful staff at Chick-fil-A before.

We ordered for pickup breakfast at 10:15 and waited for our food for 30 minutes and once we reached out and asked where our order was this rude worker lady in the gray shirt told us that breakfast is over and to order lunch instead. On this particular day, I was VERY hungry so I ordered my chicken sandwich with 2 meat patties. I received my food and upon arriving at home and inspecting my food, I saw there was approximately 1 gram of shrooms on my chicken sandwich. This place doesn't actually care about their customers, the service is terrible. You go to the pickup counter and stand there for 10 min before they address you and work on your order, even tho we ordered on the app and it tells you they will start you order before you arrive. After finally being addressed and telling multiple workers the name on my order the 3rd one finally seemed to look for the order, then tells me he can give me the food but it "won't be fresh" what? He also said we had to check in on the app on arrival. Never done that before, and we get to-go all the time. I just tell them the name at the counter and no prob. Absolutely horrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. What should have been a simple 5-minute drive-thru pickup turned into a 20-minute mess. First, they told me my card didn’t go through—while I’m literally showing them the approved charge on my account. Then I try again, and suddenly the charge shows as refunded, and they ask me to pay a third time. After I finally paid, I asked for a receipt, and they told me to pull up so they could bring it out. Five minutes later, someone comes to the car just to tell me they can’t print a receipt because the payment “canceled again” and they’ve now canceled my entire order. So I wasted time, energy, and had to deal with the most dismissive attitude from the staff on top of it. Fast food should NOT be this complicated. The inconvenience is one thing, but the attitude from the employees after all of this was the real deal-breaker. I will never come back to this location. Completely unacceptable.

It's sad to ask for what we really want and feel like being mocked. Requested Iced coffee with extra pump of syrup and instead received NO syrup. Returned and asked politely for some sweetener since it had none. and guy in blue shirt made sure it had it. not fair to receive one 1/2 of cup extra syrup. This is not my neighborhood Chic fil a. Not ever stopping there. Eating out for some is a necessity don't have always time to cook, please care about people's food.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru of this fast food restaurant. At the time of placing my order, the person who attended me (Andres) showed a hasty and unprofessional attitude. He constantly interrupted me while trying to explain my order, kept walking without paying attention to me and asked me to move forward even when I had not finished ordering. In addition, I repeated the order over and over again without clarity, with a rough tone that made me feel like I was uncomfortable for simply wanting to order my food correctly. It was a very uncomfortable interaction that makes it clear that, at least on this occasion, customer service was not a priority. Beyond the food, the way the customer is treated makes the difference between a pleasant visit and a disappointing one. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reconsider returning. Hopefully the team can receive the necessary training to improve care and offer a more empathetic and respectful service.
