I went to RI last weekend just for fun with my Bae(🎥📼) I walked around the city and shooting some places, after all I was so hungry and desired to go for dinner, I make the best choice P.F I had the best dinner ever. I turn on crazy when I read the menu I I found my name with dumplings, it was a Booom... My heart was beating so fast, OF course I have to taste this beautiful dish. Avocado rolls was definitely good with the sauce😋 I wanna try them again and again. Drinks amazing and the persons who give to me the welcome was so kindly. #Cecilia's Dumplings!

Our server was new and left a little to be desired but the food was AMAZING!! Best lomein noodles I've ever had. They're light and airy but still substantive. The oolong sea bass was out of this world 😋😋😋

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, modern, and inviting — perfect for a night out. I ordered the Mongolian Chicken with rice and WOW… the flavor was insane! Tender, juicy chicken with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the rice was cooked just right. To top it off, I had the Jade Margarita — super refreshing with just the right kick. You could tell everything was made with care and quality ingredients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food, great drinks, and a chill but elevated vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

We came from out of town and we wanted to do a tasting. Nancy hooked us up and told us what dishes to order so that we could have a complete culinary experience. It was incredible and the food was extraordinary! We then met Joshua, oh my so handsome, and he was so kind to a homeless woman who came in for a glass of water, it made my soul so happy.

I have always loved PF Chang’s. I ordered Mongolian beef and also rib and pineapple rice. The Mongolian beef bowl was great, just fyi the rice is not sticky rice but great nonetheless. The pineapple rice was very tangy and the ribs was dry. Nancy was our waiter and she was amazing!

This place is a most if you are in the Providence area, the customer service is of the chart(Thank you Randy). Every time I come is a hit, they just brought a new desert out "Butter Cake" and really good. I could try to explain it but it's better when you experience it yourself. Trust me you will not regret it.

Our server, Nancy was super nice and knowledgeable and made a lot of jokes. Her friendliness made the time there much more enjoyable. Ordered mango iced tea and asked if it was sweetened and she said no, but I still ordered it and she brought out some sugar for me just in case I wanted it. As for the food, we had the Mongolian Beef with fried rice, the Korean Bulgogi Steak, and Tonkotsu Ramen. Everything tasted amazing. The Korean Bulgogi Steak with potatoes was mine and it was my favorite meal that I had on my trip to Rhode Island. the potatoes were hands down the best potatoes I've ever had. and the bulgogi steak was cut up nicely and tasted amazing in its sauce. For dessert, we had bao donuts and their chocolate souffle. I was honestly not a fan of the chocolate souffle because it just tasted like an unsweetened brownie with extra sweet ice cream. I normally love a chocolate and vanilla ice cream pair, but this didn't do it for me. The bao donuts on the other hand, I loved. It came with two dipping sauces, chocolate and caramel. The chocolate was not on the sweet side, but it was still good, but the caramel was to die for. Definitely try the bao donuts if you want a good dessert. Overall, had a great experience here and would return whenever I come back to Providence.

My friend Liv and I came to P.F. Chang’s for a late-night dinner, and we were lucky enough to have Tiana as our server. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and cared for. Her warm, upbeat personality and genuine kindness truly stood out, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job so well but also creates such a comforting and positive atmosphere. Because of Tiana, our dining experience felt special and memorable. I would come back here time and time again just for her incredible service!

been wanting to go here for years, heard mixed reviews. This was a cool spot, didnt feel so strict (like alot of restaurant tend to be pushy or indirect pressure to get the tab and i felt the reverse here which was kind of relaxing) actually sat at the bar (dont drink lol) there was no pressure (had QR code for menu but also had hard copy too which was a cool option.) The servers were or felt like a tight knit group which was also cool to see. I think my favorite thing was the appetizer, the chicken lettuce wrap, actually contained beans and grind up meat and looked like a meal prep as oppose to an appetizer (if i have known would have stuck with that). The coconut drink was nice and sweet, would recommend for those who have a liking to coconut. The Sesame chicken was alright, but it was a good portion, felt oddly satisfied as well as it was pretty cheap compared to other places i ate and ordered the same thing. Believe it or not it was less then $40 bucks for all this which wasn’t too shabby (well in my opinion).

I took one star out, on my first review, for the amount which was less than before and because our lettuce wrap came with one half of lettuce - I mean its just cut half and served like that. It was so intact that we couldnt really "wrap" but had to eat them separately. Anyway, strawberry cheesecake was wonderful and Overall, We did enjoy our dinner there. We will go again! Updated - I went back again and this time was a five stars. Food was amazing and came well seasoned, portioned, presented. Will be back!

Our Waitress Chante was great! We celebrated our 10 yr. Anniversary and could only go on a Monday, so it was nice and intimate. The ONLY bad thing was the aka Mang. Herman who didnt greet us when we walked in, we understand he was on the phone.Taken, in order, but he didn't even acknowledge us.So we walked right past him into the bar area.And we're glad we did, because Chante was great!

I came into P.F Chang's providence location around 530 pm on a Friday. The My bartender Mia was excellent and very helpful. I ordered the Dynamite roll it came fast and it was delicious. I will definitely be back to see Mia. I'm sure I will be ordering a cocktail next time.

Chaunte was a great bartender. I witnessed a woman across the way ask her multiple times what bottled beers were available. She complained about every drink she got. Our drinks were great, situation was handled well.

If your expecting this place to be like another chines place, you will be disappointed... BUT It's great. I enjoyed my meal here and it was a very nice atmosphere. The music is a mix of traditional chines music with a mix of LoFi. The food was great except for the rice since I expected it to be more sticky but it was still good. All an all I'd come back on another special occasion. Price for 2 people for me was $50 with tip. Will be back with family.

P.F. Changs is always a good place to go. The food is consistent, yes, a few changes while trying to add new things to the menu , but that's all happy news.

Khalil was the very best! He was so accommodating to our requests …. for the table, for the food, and for his attentiveness. The food was good and we enjoyed everything. Good food. Not too pricey with their cocktail drinks. They make the best Brussels sprouts. The veggie spring rolls along with the dipping sauce was perfect in crispiness along with not having too much oil. Another thing ordered was something with French beans that was made well too.

Lady who was my waitress was caring, asked me at least 3 or 4 times if all is good. 4 out of 5 start for my food (beef with broccoli) because I didn't expect it to be sweet 🙃. They have around 2 dishes that are gluten free. Atmosphere is very chain-like, red carpet, radio music with currently popular songs. Overall positive experience, but not outstanding (staff is very helpful and kind, though! Willing to go further to make your experience better. Happy to tip them!)

Over the years, it seems like P.F. Chang's started focusing more on presentation than taste. The egg rolls are now sliced in half, which makes them difficult to eat (in addition to them not staying warm). The orange chicken did not have enough sauce and came out tepid (which the manager apologized for and made a new one - hence the 5 star rating for service). Atmosphere is good for date night or friend night.

We started off with the fried dumplings, they were very good and not overcooked. I had the PF Chang Spicy Chicken and it was excellent. Good size portion and very tasty.

Tried to call my order in, got dropped twice. Went inside and placed my order. Ended up with the wrong order. One of our orders was supposed to be gluten free. Ended up getting sick because it wasn’t gluten free. I hate wasting food and money. It stinks, went to this place a few times but won’t risk getting sick again. As of 7Aug2024 the manager got ahold of me and ended up expressing their sincerest apologizes. They gave me a refund and their contact information so if I do decide to go back they said they would personally oversee my food. I appreciate the care and concern. I’ve updated the food to 3 and service/atmosphere to 5.

Celebrating my partner's birthday at P.F. Chang's for her first time there was really good. All the dishes were very flavorful. The atmosphere felt really intimate and they had our table ready for us upon arriving. Everyone was so nice. They even made accommodations to allergies and preferences. There was alot of waiting for our food and our server to return. All the food we ordered was not hot and taste like it had been sitting longer then it should have. The price for two people with appetizers and entrée was reasonably priced. We will definitely go back but will mention to warm up food to hot.

Various and interesting flavors, especially taken from the seasonal menu. Go at lunch time when it's not too crowded and you will have a great meal. Order the banana spring roll while you still can!

Unfortunately, our experience was not what we had hoped. We were seated, and our drink order was taken. We waited for some time and our drinks finally came and We ordered an appetizer. The appetizer came, and we ordered our food, and by then, we needed drink refills. Our food came to the table but we didn't receive our rice or noodles but we couldn't find our waitress. We asked another server going by about our drinks and missing food, but still nothing came. My husband ordered general tsaos chicken, but instead, we were given orange chicken, which we ate because there was still no server, and we were starving. Finally, our waitress showed up halfway through our meals, and we again asked for our drinks and missing food. It wasn't a great experience and probably won't go back.

We had reservations. At first our party was told they didn’t find our reservation. After insisting, another worker found our group and we were seated pretty quickly after that. The table was sticky and wobbly. The waitress actually noticed that it was sticky (when she touched it and her hand stuck to it) and she cleaned a small portion of it. It took a long time to get our drinks and one of our group members actually never got a second one she asked for. She ended up requesting that it be removed from the bill at the end which they did. The bathroom was filthy with lots of paper towels on the floor and no toilet paper in 2 out of 3 stalls. Other than that though the food was delicious. Would maybe try it again on a less busy day.

Our waiter was superb and the environment overall was pleasant. The food, needlessly overly sweetened. Bathrooms clean. There are several beers available. Upon arrival one waiter[?] was arguing with the hostess, so for at least a minute the hostess ignored our party of four directly in front of her to engage in this argument or dispute of some sort. Had my kid not been set on this restaurant, personally I would have just turned around and gone to Fogo de Chão next door.

We saw a nice sign of what looked like very full plates of food, what we got was not even close. The dinner portion size was not good at all. She got the chicken I got the mongolian beef. They did give us very dry overcooked rice as well. Overall the flavors were nice, just after paying $62.00 you shouldnt walk away hungry. Our appetizer was chicken lettuce wraps, those were very good and quite a nice portion. So to sum it up...we are not unhappy...just a little underwhelmed.

I expected a mediocre experience going into P.F. Chang's. But I wanted Chinese food and was ready to be proven wrong. Unfortunately I was not. When we entered, we were immediately struck by a giant light screen printed with a woman holding a samurai sword. A bit on the nose. I will say, the warm lighting is very pleasant. The service, on the other hand, was not so pleasant. I get the feeling our server was new, perhaps; she did not know how to use the POS system to seat us. After being seated by another, that original server took several minutes to greet us at the table. We saw her twice more; once to place our order, and once to pay (about 15 minutes after we had finished eating). No check ins, no pleasantries, not even silverware. The food runner who actually brought out our meal was very friendly. As for the food, I have sort of a moral opposition to the attempt to elevate stir fry to a $30 fine dining presentation. Stir fry is quick, messy, and accessible to all. When the order did come, everything was bland. The fried rice was so sad. The orange chicken was extremely heavy on the rice vinegar, and the cucumber salad was devoid of it. The Mongolian trio was not entirely coated in sauce. The best thing on the table by a long shot was the green beans, which tasted like they were green beans stir fried directly in Sambal Oelek and garlic. My opinion has not changed. If you want stir fry, visit an independent shop where a guy in a tank top smoking a cigarette is working the wok. That's where the heart is. Not in all this fancy pseudo-pan-Asian decor.

The food was great, but the service was super slow, and the place was practically empty! Everything took forever, even getting a soda. I'd still say you should go, 'cause the food's worth it, but be ready to wait a while.

Waiter was not attentive, I had to flag him down for a drink refill even though restaurant wasn’t busy and he never asked my husband if he wanted anything else. My girlfriend and I were excited to try PF Chang’s for the first time, especially since we had a gift card to use. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a disaster. We were told there would be an hour wait, which was fine, but despite arriving 10 minutes early, our table was given away, and we were pushed back further without much of an explanation. Once seated, the service was incredibly slow. Our waiter passed by multiple times without acknowledging us. The real issue came when we opened the soy sauce bottle on our table and found an alarming number of flies and larvae inside. Shocked, we checked the other tables nearby and found the same disgusting conditions there. We calmly informed the staff, but they seemed completely indifferent, showing no real concern. There were no apologies, no discount, and no appreciation for bringing such a serious health hazard to their attention. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We were looking forward to trying the restaurant, but after this, we will never return. The fact that we had a gift card is the only consolation for an otherwise ruined evening.

Putting my party at the bar when the server had left for the evening was in bad form. The bartender kindly asked us why were we there but kindly offered to serve us. She stated that the server had left for the day. When I noticed two parties being seated in the main dining area I asked about the discrepancy and another server aggressively stated he did not like my objection. Very bad form and low class treatment. We call this micro aggression.

We went there last weekend with my boyfriend. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and an appetizer. After waiting for 45 minutes we asked the bartender where our food is. She went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that our food was given to another table and she will refund us for the price of the appetizer. This is disappointing a totally unacceptable! To get refunded for the food we never got after 45 minutes wait. Bad experience 👎🏻

Absolutely horrible would be an understatement. Never ever again would I ever stop in this place or this restaurant. There's a reason I haven't stopped at a PF Chang's in over 10yrs and I just got reminded why that was. Made reservations, got there and were asked to seat ourselves. Then passes 26mns with not one person acknowledging our party of four. Mind you, a total of 3 table were occupied. Place was disgusting and dirty as well. We walked our and went over the cheesecake. This place is ABSOLUTE pure trash. Stay away.

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced! It was 2p on a Monday, so the restaurant was pretty empty, & we got a table right away. It went downhill from there. The hostess said the bartender would be right with us. Well, that was false. It took at least 7 minutes for him to get to our table & ask us about drinks. I wanted water, & my wife wanted Diet Coke. By then we were ready to order also. We both ordered lunch specials, but the guy did not bother to write anything down. He left & soon came back because he forgot what I had ordered. Writing it down would have prevented that. Several more minutes pass, during which he can be seen chatting up the hostess, before he finally brought water. What about the Diet Coke? Oh, yeah. Again, another several minutes pass. Both of our lunch specials came with soup. They aren't making it from scratch when you order, so why is it taking so long? Another 6 minutes go by. Still no soup & by now no sign of the waiter/bartender. Where did he disappear to? Finally we decide to bail, & we will never be coming back.

Honestly over this place location, ive order the dinner combo ( changs spicy chicken dinner) on multiple occasions with constant issues even when i call and ASKED for my chicken to be separated i get brushed off . when i call requesting additional rice i then explain i didn't pick a side and if the up charge is needed for the rice i don't care because THEY LITERALLY PUT MORE CHICKEN THAN RICE WHERES THE BALANCE ? . for #1 they put the chicken on the rice instead of separating it. Disgusting is an understatement on how soggy and soup-like the rice is because they decided its smart to put an obnoxious about of sauce on the chicken and then pour it on the rice instead of using the other side of the take out box where its empty to put the chicken in. I've thrown out my dinner multiple times because of this. Its not appealing or good when you have rice smothered in sauce i might as well eat rice porridge. i'm done with this place right now i've given it multiple tries over and over yet still disappointing.

Was excited to try PF Changs for the first time and this truly disappointed. After a 6hr drive from Maryland to Rhode Island, this was not the experience I hoped. The atmosphere left much to be desired with down turned faces on the employees, empty booths sprawling as far as the eye could see, and sticky floors that rival movie theaters. I got the orange chicken and it tasted as if it had been soaked in orange scented soap with more crunch than actual chicken. The only upside was that the server did not charge me for the second dish that was sent back, still with that, $15 for an appetizer seems quite insane. Pomegranate Lemonade was good though!

I don’t know why they have sushi on their menu. Better take it off or hire a real sushi cook.

Stopped in and was slowly greeted by a hostess more interested in her phone. The restaurant was less than 1/4 full, still we were told it would be a 15 min wait. Went to Cheesecake Factory which was full and waited 20 min instead.

Too expensive for very salty and dry food. Only one lady was working, others either didn't know what to do or were just standing and doing nothing. The service was bad. No spoons, napkins, etc even with the meal. We had to ask and wait for these items. For the price of items, it was a really bad experience.

I went here for Valentine’s Day and got the Ma Po Tofu. It was okay. Good flavors even though the texture was off. (The cornstarch coating on the tofu was coming off and sticking together, leaving a glob of flavored cornstarch and many pieces of uncoated, soft tofu on the plate.) I had leftovers that I brought home. Poured the rest into a bowl today to find not one, but TWO pieces of BEEF in my tofu, which was supposed to be vegetarian. That made me physically sick. What was going on in that kitchen? I won’t be going back ever again.

Terrible experience overall. The food was awful, the service was incompetent, and the drinks were poorly made and tasteless. A complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a very disappointing experience. I came in with a reservation for seven that was due in about 15 minutes, but the staff dismissed it and said it wasn’t true without checking. I was then told the wait would be 40 minutes, yet after over an hour, we were still not seated and received no updates. The way my confirmed reservation was ignored felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of treatment reflects subtle bias and poor customer service. Would never come again!

My fiancee and I dined here the night of the Fire Festival. We waited nearly 15 minutes before our drink orders were taken, and another 15 before we got them. We put in an order for 2 appetizers and only received 1. We sat with our appetizer for another 10 minutes before we had to flag down a different waiter to bring us silverware since we had none. When our entrees came out they were literally inedible. The honey chicken tasted so sweet like it was a desert. We have never left a restaurant with our plates completely full but we couldn’t manage to eat it anymore. When we asked the waiter for our check he brought it back without taking off our appetizer, and we had to wait AGAIN for this to be fixed. He did not ask us why we hadn’t eaten our food nor offered for us to speak with a manager. I have never had such poor service and food in my life.
