First kind of Micheline experience for us and was especially special for its vegetarian Menu and the incredible eating experience. Go there. Don't be scared of the menu price, it is SO worth it! You will be full at the end of it and it is such a great experience! The kombichas are also truely excellent alternatives to alcoholics with the same amount of flavour depths as some wines. Our personal highlights were the drops of kimchi served on a salad leaf. (A huge flavour explosion!) And the garlic ice cream! And all the vegetarian meals were sooo special and tasty!! 60€ pp may seam high for a newby like us, but you get so much high quality food that is completely worth it! They speak english too by the way ;) ;)
We had an excellent dinner. Well paired with international and Italian wines - well explained with true joy.
Stunning experience. We tried the 7 courses menu and couldn't be happier. Everything, from the amuse bouche to the dessert (based on artichoke and white chocolate) to the service, was top level. Don't expect it to be cheap but expect it to be worth the money :)

We got the tip to try out this fantastic restaurant of the great air bnb we were staying at Casa Carlotta, Albavilla. The food was very nice. The service was too ! Gianluca was very kind & explained all the dishes smoothly. You should definitely try out the menu degustation. I felt like being at a Michel star restaurant ! Highly recommended !

A superb culinary experience paired exceptional service from the staff. Beautifully curated dishes and a cosy environment. It made our evening so lovely. We appreciated the service provided by a young gentleman who was taking care of us and explained every dish whilst advising on the perfect wine to pair the dishes with. Highly recommended!
Perfect experience! Delicious food, very well balanced dishes with unusual ingredients and using lots of japanese ingredients like shiso, dashi and panko. Recommended!
In a word - Perfect. We had the tasting menu, which was perfectly planned and delicious. You could taste that all the food is super fresh and made from the best products. They have a wide selection of excellent wines. The service was impeccable. It might not be so important, but they also have the best coffee i ever had!
Beautiful elegant and understated. I’ve been searching for an experience like this over the last few years in this part of Italy and now I’ve finally found it. The food is modern and creative but familiar, the service is impeccable and the whole experience is unpretentious. Stand out dishes: for Antipasti: cotechino, indivia e lenticchie ( boiled salami, endive and lentils) and the winner overall: Riso, bagòss,pere e pepe (risotto) We will be back in the summer to experience their terrace!

Really great service! The designs of dishes are incredibly beautiful and the combinations of flavors are amazing, but the flavors are too strong... This is not my type of cuisine, but I enjoyed the experience! PS: we were alone in the whole restaurant
We went for dinner and the foods are Simple and in small portions but good. The only thing that makes me feel bad is the chairs. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Thank you
