Food Is always good. But when I went to the drive thru recently the girl at window asked if I wanted my reciept which was odd, and I hear the girl beside her say..is that for the surveys...and the girl holding my reciept just smiled and shut the window back. And walked off with my reciept. Lol. If they needed me to do a survey, just ask. I'd be happy to do them.

Food was fresh and hot. I purchased a Patty Melt and they charred the onions really dark. It was delicious! The employee was working very hard (and wore a mask) ensuring that we got our order and i was very happy.

Burger was made to order and good! Noticed a large number of fries sitting in the warmer, and not the freshest. Waiting for store personnel to complain about work assignments and management in front of customers then not helping is a little disheartening.

We went and ordered the new 'whatawings,' aka chicken nuggets covered in sauce 😅. I ordered the honey barbecue sauced ones, but got honey butter in place of it. The guy running orders noticed it and offered to get it corrected, but I told him not to worry about it because I mean maybe it's what the Lord wanted me to have at that point lol. I however do not recommend them at all 😂 they are WAY to sweet and the sauce is very globby. I will try them again in the future, just maybe the actual bbq ones. However his customer service skills we're 10/10, he was very quick, efficient, and nice!

There is always for improvement, granted the food is great, sometimes services is a little slow. In some of the Whataburger managers good beyond that the customer orders are correct.

The young lady taking my order was so sweet and cool. I was in the B line, it was a little slower than expected but it was lunch time and I ordered bacon. The lady delivering my order was also so sweet with a hand full of not only my order but the car behind me. The burgers were great but the fries tasted a little like old oil, but with that said they were good enough I ate them all.

This place was extremely busy because of the 75-cent Whataburger deal. They did get a couple things wrong like not putting cheese on our burgers and it took an hour to get my food but it's not usually like that it's just because they had a super good deal going on for their 75th anniversary

Be prepared to wait in the drive thru. Never been here before and took the "B" line since it was shorter. Mistake. Four cars ordered at the "A" line before they took the order for the car ahead of me. I pulled up and was third in the "B" line. When it was my turn to order, I was told to please wait. She took my order four minutes later then it was 14 minutes til my order was handed to me. Fries were not hot. Not impressed and would not return.

My husband and I visited this drive thru on our way home (out of state, 8.5 hrs away) we were running ahead of schedule and were excited to grab a good burger and be on our way home. They were pretty busy, but it looked there was a good flow going and we weren't concerned. We placed our order, paid for our food, and pulled up to the "VIP" section, like they asked. As we were sitting there, another vehicle comes along and parks themselves right in front of us (no biggie, we thought they had ordered on the app or something.) We watched as a staff member brings them food and they pull away (again, us thinking that they ordered on the app and that's why they had gotten their food so quickly.) Shortly after that, another staff member brings us an order that isn't ours. We tell him what we ordered, and he goes in to check on it. A few minutes later, he comes out and asks us again what we ordered. I repeated it. He went back in to check. In the meantime, other cars around us are getting their food and pulling away. Another staff member comes out and again asks what we ordered. This time I show them the receipt, give them the order number, and tell them what we ordered (we had specifics for our burgers as well. No onion for my husband, no tomato for me. I love onions on my burger. I was concerned in the confusion they wouldn't get it right. Which, they didn't.) The staff member then asks me to pull over to the red line to wait, so I comply. And we wait. And wait. And wait, the whole time watching other cars get their orders and leave. Mind you, we have an 8.5 hour drive ahead of us and we are no longer running ahead of schedule. My husband finally goes in. He returns 10 or so minutes later, with our food (no onion on my burger :/). Thankfully the manager was very apologetic, and refunded our money. It was frustrating though to find out, they had given our order to the car that originally pulled in front of us and then, even after 3 different employees asked us for our order, they were not working on it until the manager had to tell them to make it, asap. We were there for no less than 45 minutes. I am choosing to believe this was an off day, but I strongly believe that receipts should be checked before giving food. A lot of frustration could be avoided. This would be a one star review, but we were appreciative of the managers handling of the situation. Thank you.

Great food, good prices, service is good at times, drive through gets your order wrong even though they tell you what you ordered. Line be is slow if line a looks to long it's still faster then b. Inside is clean and people are friendly. Service is better inside. Check your bags before you leave, from not having amy french fries to not having chicken in the kids meals the q/c before the customer gets the food sucks. Its laughable how you can give a customer a empty bag and be ok with it.

So whataburger in Alvin used to be the best, however over the years it’s gone down. Almost every time I order here food is missing. Curbside takes so long, so better to go inside and pick it up yourself and then you get your own drinks and still have to wait. I recently ordered a delivery through the whataburger app and once food arrived my order of wings was missing. The driver said contact WB, talked to the manager and she blamed the driver. His side is they don’t label bags for deliveries and he gave my food to wrong customer. Doesn’t really matter the reason to me, my food was missing and neither party made it right. Be careful when ordering here, check your food and for deliveries may be better off going through Door Dash or Uber eats apps.

They took over 30 minutes and didn't even put the cheese on my chicken sandwich after I paid extra for it. The last two times I've been this week have been bad. I ordered large drink and fries, and I got medium fries. Today, my fries were luke warm.

First time to Whataburger and the ordering person was nice and convenient, wait was long and my salad was old and small. The server that collected the money never returned with the change, maybe that the way earn a tip. I ate my food there and finally drove off without any have a nice day or my change

Went through the drive through and I guess at the wrong time as it seemed forever that we were stuck behind 3 other cars that weren't moving. When we finally got up in front they changed out drive through workers and the til so we didn't get our food that was setting there for several more minutes. Tried the new bacon blaze burger and it wasn't really even warm by the time we could eat it. Really had a hard time keeping the jalapeños in the burger. It and a small shake was almost $15 a person.

Came here after not being able to sleep at around 2am. Quality of night shift workers has gone downhill. The two Breakfast burgers I ordered had smashed buns like someone intentionally smashed them while assembling the burger, and they were also hard. Hashbrowns we’re old/ hard as well. Seems like they were made earlier that night and left out. Cashier at the window developed an attitude after also asking for an order of shakes and immediately responded with the “machines were being cleaned”. I come here consistently around this time whenever I’m unable to sleep, and not once have the shake machines ever been being cleaned at this time. Maybe I’ve just been lucky when it comes to the shake machine cleaning times, but it just seemed suspicious given the cashier’s attitude to begin with. Will not come here late at night again after this experience.

We ordered and then our order kept not coming. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally asked and our order was bagged waiting for fries. It appeared that no one knew the order was sitting there as I watched them look at all the bag receipts. After all that the salad we ordered was still wrong. Not a great experience.

I have gone here pretty frequently but I'm guessing night is not the time to go. Half of the time I come they forget cheese on my burger. Tonight when I came the only vegetables that they put on was tomatoes. At least they got the cheese. Tonight and the last few times before the food has not been hot coming out. This time there was also no ketchup or mustard on the burgers . They also no longer put napkins in. This place has really gone downhill.

Everything was right and good, just a pain to get ketchup with your order. I had three meals and on the receipt I had three for each meal, tell me why I only got two ketchups for everything.

The old manager at night is beyond rude! She sees you as an inconvenience. I’m not expecting much but common courtesy would be nice!

Moved to Alvin in 2022 and have had a struggle getting decent service here. We have ordered online 3 separate times to only get a notice shortly after that the store canceled the ordered. When we order through the drive thru it is always a very long wait and items are never fully provided. Highly recommend verifying your order before leaving the parking lot.

The food is fine but whoever is working the drive through window, literally right now, she's super rude. Threw my change and receipt in my hand and of course it fell on the ground. She was huffy and puffy and needs to chill.

I haven't had a correct order from the staff in about a long time ,If you choose to visit this location it's a good idea to check your order, as it’s likely that something has been forgotten or made incorrectly. Typically, the staff are accommodating when it comes to rectifying issues, but it can be inconvenient, especially if you’re a door dasher! On a positive note, the food is usually of good quality, and the store has consistently been clean during our visits. There’s also now two more Whataburgers in the general area (Manvel/Santa Fe)

Pretty disappointing, long wait for an order that’s missing or totally wrong with stuff thrown in bags 👎👎👎👎

I called at around 1:30 am to see if they were able to make shakes given the time. So the lady said something along the lines of vanilla. Since I didn’t hear well I asked what else and she caught an attitude saying vanilla was the only thing they could make because the spiner isn’t working. I said okay and 30 minutes later had someone pick up a shake for me, they then lied and said no shakes. I’m irritated by the sloth and rudeness in their employees.

This was our first time ever here as we moved to Tx this past May. The place didn't look like a place I'd wanna hurry up and go to so we didn't. Three of our kids raved about how good the burgers were so we went for breakfast. We quickly learned to not go in lane B where the lady takes your order and payment because lane A was twice as fast. We waited 15 min for our order which was only 2 honey butter chicken biscuit combos with sweet tea. Once our food arrived the hash browns were very hot and tasted good. The chicken biscuit...um not so much, I think they cooked it the entire 15 min cause they both came out burnt and hard as rocks. I was very disappointed and took my piece of chicken out of the biscuit and ate it...so much for our breakfast sandwich. Guess I will never do breakfast again, maybe since it's a burger joint you should only order a burger. If I go back I'll leave another review.

The order was slow (15 minutes in line, 3 cars deep), person at the front was unpleasant, and my buffalo ranch sandwich had no buffalo sauce on it. I will be driving to a different whataburger for now on.

What was supposed to be a plain and dry Patty Melt somehow turned into a BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich with onions added. Allergic to onions (which was why the Patty Melt was plain) so now I can't eat tonight. Thanks guys, really.

I was in the drive through waiting for my food, no big deal. Until an employee behind the woman got something to drink from the fountain. What did they use? PAPER CUPS that hold less than half a cup or something. And they’re cone shaped so they can’t be set down. Seriously, whataburger? I expect this from McDonald’s but you think so less of your employees that they can’t use one of your precious cups? Nope, don’t expect money from me again. Treat your employees like people.

This has to be the worst Whataburger I have ever gone to. It never fails that I end up having an issue every time I visit. The fries are always bad and never cooked right. One time I ordered a burger and it came with no patty with the burger. Employees consistently stand around talking to each other not working. The wait times are slow and take forever to get your food and I can guarantee it wont be correct or good when you get it. I will never be spending my money at this location again due to how terrible this place is ran.

EXTREMELY SLOW. There was 1 vehicle in front of me and it took 20 min. No excuse for that slow of service. Definitely gone down hill within the past year. Used to be good but I would definitely recommend going to any other Whataburger than this one!!!! Inside isn’t any better, your order will be wrong and definitely not be fresh!

These people are a joke... Manager's standing in the way, training people while multiple cars in drive-thru. No one taking my payment totally ignoring me and my phone calls asking them to hurry up. One girl was in there doing it all. They obviously do not care about about their customers! I worked at the original one years ago and we never ignored our customers... Granted it may not have been as fast as it should have been but customer service was mandatory! People are trying to get to work!! 🤬

Wish i could give this place less than 1 star, went to eat there on 11/22/21 at 7:30 pm. The people taking the orders were so busy yapping with each other, that they screwed up my whole order. the soft drink bar was very nasty. the had no unsweet, even after i asked for it 3 times. They were so busy yapping instead of taking care of the problem. the manager needs to take management classes. Worst customer service ever. will never eat at that dump again!

11-6-23 I'm done ordering here. I have been waiting 33 minutes for a mobile order pickup. Never again. 7-20-23 update I started going back now that whataburgers under new management and it's been getting better but today's tea was absolutely awful- That's the worst sweet tea I've had in 12 years 🤮 there's like mold in it- it just tastes so awful, legitimately hope I don't get sick. why can't y'all get your stuff together? Other fast food places aren't this bad Used to be 5* for me. I can't say that anymore. Service is way too slow (30 min from ordering to receiving my order) and I have to fight for ketchup like it's coming out of the employees wage or something.

Definitely not the regular Whataburger experience tonight. We’ve made several trips up there tonight hoping they can get our order right. Each time our food is cold. The entire meat patty of the burger is cold like it has sat out for hours. The bread was wet/soggy. The fries are stale and soggy. You can tell the grease is old.

45 minutes in the drive through to get warm (at best) food. Normally I wouldn't say anything for 1 bad trip through the drive through but this is the 3rd visit in 2 months with same results. This location has really went down hill with efficiency

If I could give negative stars I would. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a doordash order. And had I not asked for one of the drinks I wouldn't have gotten it. They don't need to offer doordash if they can't keep up with orders. I asked multiple times how long the wait was and wasn't given an answer just it's being made right now. They hadn't even started the order but had drinks (a shake) sitting waiting for 20 plus minutes. This place is a joke.

I cannot believe how slow the service was. There were only 4 cars in front of me and it took 12 minutes to get my food! I'm not sure why they are unable to keep up, I understand that they are a popular restaurant but that is ridiculous. Other extremely popular restaurants in town have created systems that keep the lines flowing.

Arrived home with my order and it was missing food. I only ordered 2 burgers & 2 fries. How in the world could they mess that up? $19.14 later and I didn't get to eat lunch! No one will answer the phone at Alvin location to correct the problem.

2nd time coming here in 2 months. First visit took 45 minutes. Today, I ordered one meal and a large sweet tea. 6 people were waiting for food in front of me and the drive thru was backed up all the way to the road. 10 minutes after I placed the order, I got my large drink that was supposed to be sweet tea and it was unsweetened. 15 minutes later and my food still wasn’t ready, so I got my money back and left. Horrible management. will not be returning.

Just a simple review why in the world will you have 2 lanes if you don't care about the second one. I waited on the car for 15 min for my cold food to come out and been wrong. Ask for drink no ice cus I'm sick .. came with ice.. ask my burger with no veggies came with veggies.. This location is by far one of the most inconsistent locations out there for good personnel. One month, everything is great, and then, like today, the staff is rude. This has got to be the slowest Whataburger location in Texas. Thee slowest. Workers aren’t even trying to rush. Spent about 25 mins in the drive thru, and about 5 of those mins at the window waiting for my food. It was rush hour I will admit but the lack of effort in employees in keeping the line moving was the worst.

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits. Girl at window charged more for sausage biscuit egg cheese. She started arguing with me when I tried to explain I only wanted sausage biscuits. Her manager started lecturing me on the correct way to order sausage egg biscuit if I didn't want the cheese. I said i didn't want egg or cheese!! I just want 2 sausage biscuits!! Her manager finally gave the correct order and charged the correct amount with no apologies for the girl getting it wrong.

I waited 10 minutes in front of the speaker to order. No one greeted me. Last time we went, it took 40 minutes to wait in the drive thru to get a breakfast sandwich. Someone needs to come in from corporate and watch these people. Terrible. When we got home(we live right behind this location) the food was ice cold.

If I could do half a star or no star I would. This what a burger location has constantly messed up my extremely simple order multiple times. And they are extremely inefficient, for a location that has a duel drive through, they literally never use it. And therefore they get backed up with a massive line taking up the parking lot, all while your food gets made and left to sit and cool before you get to the window. Not only tonight, but multiple nights I’ve taken a bite out of not fresh burger, borderline cold. (I live literally 30 seconds across the street, so there should be absolutely no reason my food should be cold. At the least It should feel warm to the touch.) With tonight they actually messed up my burger, and I still had hopes it would be fine, yet I was met with extreme disappointment. I don’t even want to mention that the first fry I ate was literally cold in my mouth. Or that the two orders of gravy were also room temperature. I have wasted a bunch of money to this location, and have never made a complaint like this before. But after tonight I’ll be seriously considering ordering again. And if I do, and these problems persists. I will most definitely be speaking to a supervisor, and gladly voice all of my complaints.

I'm not really a big fan of whataburger due to the service I've had in the past but I tried them again today. I ordered breakfast through the app and did curbside, not only did I wait for about 20 min past the pickup time but the order was wrong. For one, I didn't receive one of my items (bacon biscuit) and for two the bobs were on the wrong bun (not the small, the regular for lunch) they were covered in so much potato starch on the bottom that they were inedible. Our food was also basically thrown at us.

Workers need to be retrained on customer service and manners. Soon as we walked in we where greeted with "Oh Lordy, here they come again." Isn't that just a lovely greeting? Yes, we have a lot of children. Yes, they have coupons for a free kids meals. But they should not be put to shame for being rewarded for hard work that got them that coupon. They spent 40 hours reading over the summer and got many rewards for the challenge. Tickets to Alvin Skate, Crocodile Encounter and 2 meals to WhatABurger. All motivation to keep moving forward with success in life. Don't go crashing someone's successes because you don't like coupons.

Drive through B lane. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through. A lane was moving but B was at a standstill for about 15 minutes before moving once. Then it took a little over another 10 minutes to finally get my food and the fries were not full and barely warm.
