Shouts to the manager (Kareem, I believe) and his crew for their dedication to having the store in the best shape I've ever seen in any other Taco Bell before. Wednesday January 24 I was hungry looking something different to eat so I went into this restaurant accompanied by my cousin in Jamaica Avenue queens so we asked the cashier to serve us something with chicken and vegetables omg and she ordered something I couldn't believe that something was so pleasantly prepare I was missing I normally would eat at McDonald's so as of now it's goodbye McDonald's hello taco bell I went to Manhattan 42 st looking for taco bell today so I will find taco bell everytimes I'm in Jamaica queens

Not the best fast food restaurant, and not the best Taco Bell, but it works. Sometimes they forget things (always check your bag before you leave), sometimes they take forever (not much they could do about that), and sometimes the quality is just bad. But it's hard to get as full anywhere else with just $5 and they're open all the time. Solid back up plan.

I recently visited this Taco Bell and was impressed with my experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who were happy to take my order. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of nachos. The food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. The Crunchwrap was filled with seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a crispy tostada shell. The nachos were topped with gooey cheese, jalapenos, and a generous amount of beef. What stood out to me the most was the value for money. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant also offered a variety of vegetarian options, which I appreciated.

I made an error with my oder the staff was very kind and accommodating with correcting it. Very pleasant servers. Also the food was prepared very fast. The children and I always go to this location and will continue to go. Please give an inservce class to the Taco Bell staff on Alantic Ave in Richmond Hill on how to get the customers order correct and how to treat them. Thank you

This Taco bell stays open late (3am) and has very friendly staff. I wouldn't normally review a fast food place but yeah they've been 5 stars every time. And I go there a lot. Jamaica Ave and 160th

Pretty quick service. The lobby is closed for covid I'm assuming but like damn near everyone and their mom's stores are open lobby and all. Are we lazy or it's genuine. I can't sit if I wanted because chances are people already there waiting for their orders

On the main cross street of Jamaica Business District, location has huge foot traffic. Orders are quickly, neatly prepped and accurately delivered. Today I went to Taco Bell and what a sweet surprise. Kind, considerate, courteous service and quick preparation. I declined the water in favour of a dollar bottle at the deli. It's still a little too pricy, but it's perfectly spicy, and it came with additional sauces.

This was honestly the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. I enjoyed having lunch with my coworker Nate D. Here. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the wait was very short to get the meals. One interesting thing that I noticed was that the building looks completely modular; that is to say, it had no discernible "Taco Bell" features. Everything was on a digital screen, and the food was made right in front of you instead of in the back somewhere. If this place turned into a Subway the next day and a Chipolte the day after, I wouldn't have been surprised. Tl;dr this was the best Taco Bell I've ever eaten at.

Eh it's fast food. Best thing on the menu is the Nacho Doritos taco and the Chalupa. Very very cheap with the meat when you order steak. A fingers worth of meat in tacos but overloaded with lettuce and 5 strands of cheese. It is what it is mate.

I just really come around if I just want a few quick tacos. The place is not the most aesthetically pleasing but the food is good and the price is good. If I want decor and a foodie experience I will go to a restaurant.

This Taco Bell is located in South Jamaica and the clientele is quite unpredictable. The service is excellent so fast that had my burrito ready in less than 2 minutes The problem was there was a homeless person who is knocking and he kept yelling at everyone. So might want to go down the block to the Chipotle. You cannot beat Taco Bell at its price. Burrito is less than 3 dollars This is NYC if you don't bother anyone you'll be Gucci.

I use to eat at taco bell very often several years ago but since I stopped eating chicken and beef I haven't eaten from there in years. When I heard they introduced a spicy potato soft taco to the menu, I had to give it a try. It didnt disappoint, def hit the spot.

My friend called me, insisting he was at this location. He said he was at both the Pizza Hut, and the Taco Bell. I told him I was also at the combination of the two, and couldn't see him. Incredulously, we went back and forth for 3 minutes, even making sure we were both on Jamaica Avenue. So if you're meeting a friend here, just know there may be two such places on the street.

Food was decent but service was slow and inconsistent. Some.items.wer.done.right some not and took way too long to fix. Part of the problem I think is they are short staffed and it's a busy location.. Lobby area was clean and in the hour 45 minutes we were there they did sweep and wipe tables 4 times. I actually go here for Pizza Hut. The line isn’t too long. It has a bathroom but it’s for paying customers. The place does have a smell at times it could be bad and not to your liking. The seating areas are limited at times but they do have a downstairs to eat if that area is still open, maybe during the peak hours.

Late at night watch your damn back lol so crazy at night but the employees try their hardest thank you for the great service Manager is freaking awesome!

They have good customer service, but the pizza hut express never has the chicken wings pieces. they show them on the menu but when you ask for them they say they only have them on friday through sunday. thats wierd . i went on friday they said they dont have them. but i order somthing else instead. good people though.

I ordered the steak taco supreme. The stay was soft, chewy and tasteless. The tables weren't clean. I also had a dorito taco. I had a headache and constipation after eating there. There did seem to be a lot of customers buying. Maybe its my personal taste buds and body reacting to eating unhealthy food.

I went to Taco Bell yesterday for a burrito and never ordered because I had to witness an altercation that turned into the female manager using a 3ft baracade to hit a beggar multiple times that was in the store. She and other manager told him to leave store he argued that he wasn't. Their violent treatment of the man was unnecessary. They could have had a cop escort him out. We are all humans.... some rich...some poor. Everyone deserves respect.

Customer service is good and the place is kept relatively clean. I don't like how the down stairs is closed off and that there is always a drug addict or homeless person in my face while I'm on the line or sitting down eating, asking me for change.

It was okay the eating area could have used some cleaning no tables to sit because they were filthy. I waited fo them to finish remolding and I finally get to come in and like I said they could use a lobby lizard or someone to at least clean off tables. I usually get in and out quick from this Taco Bell. One of the newer cashier they have can be rude sometimes. She is hit or miss. But the rest of the staff always seems happy.

This location is frequented by homeless late at night which I don't have issue with, but they should not be allowed to hog the only 2 booths available at night without buying anything. It prevents other customers like me from sitting down. The food is also barely ever hot.

Cashier/customer service is friendly and service of food is usually fast. The store is relavently clean when I occasionally visit. Sadly despite that, whenever this is the second time that I ordered the cheese quesadilla WITHOUT jalapeno sauce, it now seems to be the opposite where it still finds its way in there. Please follow instructions if there is an option in the digital menu/verbal request to remove or add something. (Please note that the additions are correct such as tomatoes, lettuce etc. But simply not adhering to the option of removing the sauce).

No drive thru. Food was good but the street was closed off to traffic and there's no parking spaces available. I had to spend 9 dollars on parking in an underground parking garage. I give the location a 1. The food was good but way to much of a hassle to pick up lunch on my break. Taco bell should do a better job referring to this particular problem, I've never seen someone not be able to get within 1,000 feet of a fast food restaurant that's open. Just a waste time!

This location has gotten better. Ever since the new Bangladeshi owners took over I feel the portions are questionable. But overall good spot. I usually only order bean burritos and soft tacos.

It's unfortunate restaurants in this neighborhood cannot afford security or male cashiers/managers on duty (with Bass in their voice, moving folks along) other than the 2 cooks and one cashier who were timid to control the atmosphere, the usual teens playing music, loud convo, ordered food as they hung out. Folks come in you can't order because that same one cashier making sure the rowdy crowd get all they want n need. Taco Bell on one corner a few doors down a different restaurant SAME ISSUES. They are taking orders from the line and the kiosk as well as food app orders. They need like three more people. Which brings me to atmosphere... it's dark with poor seating. And they lock the seats away to control how many young people hang out there at a time.

Don't have this problem at other places around as they have more than enough seating. Having the downstairs closed has limited this place. Sucks I can't come and sit down and eat.

This Taco Bell location was recently revamped. I absolutely love the fact that it has more seating, better lighting, and overall looks cleaner! Friendly staff and pretty good food. Also love the $5 box Deals they have. Super affordable if you're on a budget. The service was also fairly fast, to be honest. This particular location is also half a Pizza Hut, though I doubt people actually go for that. The line can be long at times, so expect to wait for a while. All in all, I've enjoyed my experience here. Would definitely go again!

I give it 2 stars, only because the food seamed fresh, hot and exceeded my expectations (which were low). The place smeled like spoiled food, the floor, table and kitchen was dirty. The roof looked like it was falling down. I had a chicken cantina bowl which I think it needed some salt but it was edible.

First time going in there, it looked run down and kind of smelly I wanted to leave then I said dang I only brought $4 with me lol so I check the reviews some were good some were scary and I said to myself if I get sick I'm suing! Got a cheese roll and a Cheese Quesadilla surprisingly they were good especially the Cheese roll! Yummy. Idk if I would come back I can practically make them on my own and they need some serious renovation.

Panhandling galore. The bathroom surprisingly isnt as disastrous as the front end which is great. The manager is a frugal and seemingly bitter woman who oftentimes argues with her employees loudly in the back. She also refuses to give us our full order even though we spent 20$+ on tacos she wont even add extra anything without charging us 1.50$ for a lil dixie cup.

I went in there today around 3pm. Slow staff and the order wasn’t made correctly. I ordered online specifically so I would be in and out which was pointless since the staff was so slow I ended up being there 10 mins the first time and another 10 mins the second time when I returned to have them fix my order. Tacos shells where cracked and old. I asked for sour cream in my online order and was charged extra for it only to find it missing. Upon returning the cashier (young lady) wanted to refute my claim that I asked for sour cream until she re read the receipt. This isn’t rocket science and to top it off all the employees where grown adults. Never again 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Honestly don’t go passed 10pm it’s like a 3rd world country. The place was filthy trash all over the tables also after 10pm they close all the tables and leave only two left which I get but the amount of trash and stickiness on the tables and chairs is insane. Just don’t go after 10pm

Yea it's a fast food joint but these workers behind the counter are lazy and rude! Semi-crowded for seating and usual one or two ppl in line. Not trashy but not clean. Straw wrappers crowd the condiment area. Good comes out at a decent time. An average pick for lunch considering what's around

So where do I even begin! I've worked as a specialized food critic in Dallas, Texas for years, and I don't think I've ever tasted food quite this immaculate. The aroma of the Pizza Hut sopping pizza that has been overloaded with grease, and the Taco Bell burritos which smell like minimum wage and Shane Dawson filled the air as soon as I walked in the establishment. It almost took me aback, wondering if I've ever felt such a great sensation, satisfaction some may say, in my life. That goes to show how great this restaurant really is to me. Me and my beautiful Fiancé plan on getting married here in the coming years. Honestly just a wonderful place and I would have to rate it my top second favorite place to eat, while coming in first is the dumpster behind my local planned parenthood! This place does come in a close second though. If I had to rate I would rate 2/5. Points deducted for the shady guy who tried selling me Xanax in the back alley behind the establishment. I was kind of scared and he wouldn't stop following me, going as far as to follow me in the building. I did buy from him.

I don’t usually get unsatisfactory food from fast food places but i’ll give a detailed review for the sake of other people. I ordered from here using UberEats at around 8:00-8:20pm, ended up waiting two hours and received it at 10:15 pm. The worst thing about it was not only did I wait two hours, it’s the fact that I waited a long time just for the food to be SOGGY and BLAND. The “crunchy taco” that i had was in fact very soft and not crunchy at all, and the soft taco i ordered was terrible and had three little strands of lettuce the size of my toe. It was also extremely messy in the packaging. Last but not least, we have the the chicken quesadilla, which didn’t even taste like it was cooked evenly/thoroughly. I usually get the taco bell that’s on hempstead turnpike and it’s always amazing…I uber eats taco bell from this location and I’m utterly disappointed. I DONT KNOW if this is only because I ordered at 8:00pm but if you can’t make satisfactory food at that time then maybe just don’t stay open till then. It was really stuck on the “preparing your order” screen for the entire first hour and when my driver went to pick it up, he said they still weren’t finished making it!! Please please work on time management and making the food enjoyable…I suggest getting food from the location on hempstead turnpike and elmont because they’ll never let you down.

Went there yesterday and ordered a #5 Which is the nacho platter. Looked delicious but the meat tasted a little strange and mushy also they didnt add the normal amount of sour cream which to me is the best part. It was also a little dirty inside all the tables were dirty and smelled strange.

There is a bathroom labeled for employees only...🤔 that isn't catering or serving customers. To lock out a human necessity, that isn't controllable much. Customers have to use the bathroom. Customers should pee on the floor. I didn't like their demeanors either.

This location ALWAYS seems to get my modified order in correct. During one of my recent visits, my order was incorrectly made 3 times. And staff couldnt be more careless.

I went like about a short week ago to this place. This place is very unsanitary & I'm just really surprised & amazed @ how this place is still open. Also the floors were really very dirty, sticky & kind of black. There was a ton of garbage everywhere. The place was just in bad shape overall. That was the first & last time I go there, we didn't even bother eating. So I hop onto a bus or train & travel to the next taco bell that's much better & just over 2 miles away. It's worth it, because no one wants to eat E-coli or wiener/Va-Jay-Jay germs. And I have a little O.C.D. so that nasty ness didn't fly With me.

I order my tacos ,ubereats. I ordered soft tacos . I just put in the order and I waited no time the driver was picking up the food. This was on Jamaica ave. When I got the food it was soggy soggy . And it was messy. I will never order again . Had I walked in there I would of never took that mess.

I would go here all the time, but yesterday after paying in the app for pickup, the manager said I never paid and demanded I paid in cash since I didn't pay in full. I showed her my app which showed that I paid the amount needed (which was less than she wanted due to redeeming a reward), but she denied it and demanded I pay her with cash or cancel order. I said she can cancel. I never got my money back. Absolutely horrendous behavior. Showed her the total in app + my Google Pay payment.

I just visited your location at this address: 119-16 Liberty Ave Jamaica, NY 11419. I had just finished ordering food and asked the shift lead if i was able to use the restroom. I was told it’s out of order. Immediately the guy next to me finished ordering after I did and immediately gets allowed to use the restroom. The man next to me was middle eastern just as the employee working. The store was empty and the shift lead proceeds to tell me they’re busy and can’t have deal with this and that he thought i hadn’t ordered food even after showing him my receipt. The store was empty and it was only 2 customers inside. Myself and the middle eastern man next to me. If they are busy and don’t allow customers into the bathroom i understand this. However, i asked and was told it is out of order while this man gets to immediately use the restroom.

Big guy at the back asks the lady waiting with me at the Mobile Order Pick Up section if she was waiting for an order and ignores me. Then when I asked about my order, which has been sitting theer for 5mins already, he then proceeds to pass me off to the cashier who was already with a customer.
