Serenity Wise

Stopped at this Chick-Fil-a when passing through. It was insanely busy. They were training so I'll give some grace. A couple of our items were wrong but the workers were really nice and fixed the issue quickly. The bathroom situation is odd. No mens, only women and family and they were stinky and dirty. The food however was as expected for this chain!

Definitely one of the busiest Chic-Fil-A locations I have ever been to. I did come at rush hour and there was quite the wait for my food but if the food is great I will wait! Restaurant and tables were clean but packed with people. I came in with the desire to try the new limited time Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, and the seasonal caramel crumble shake. I ordered a large fry, and it was hot and filled to the brim. They were definitely over salted but I actually liked that since I'm used to their fries not having enough salt. I was also given three sauce packets without asking for extra and it was just me eating! The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich (it's a mouthful literally) was very delicious and quite surprised me on the first bite. In my opinion it's a big step up from the classic chicken sandwich. The pimento cheese sauce was very sweet and it blended well with the breaded chicken. I only had two jalapeños in my sandwich, so the spice was abysmal, but I could still taste some heat. The caramel crumble shake had the perfect amount of caramel in it, so it was more of a lighter taste which I preferred. The crumble in it made for a nice crunch, however I felt that the cookie amount in my shake was definitely lacking. In my opinion I think this new seasonal sandwich should be a permanent item on the menu as the sweet n spicy flavor just felt right on their chicken. Sandwich- 9/10 Shake- 7/10

I ordered through the drive through and wasn’t greeted nor was my order taken at the speaker, so I pull forward to the lady taking orders outside and she looks at me with a face of disappointment and looks really annoyed and when I tell her, the speaker wasn’t working, she goes she greets me with attitude saying “uhhh OK”. “What is your order?”

We place an order and went through the drive-through… our order was wrong so we went around again and it was wrong again. And without even an apology. We were lucky that there was any kind of effort to kind of correct our order. We always go to this Chick-fil-A and we are very disappointed right now.

I ordered chicken soup, this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I received a ridiculous bowl of chicken soup, today was the worse. $6.00 FOR A BOWL OF BROTH, 4 NOODLES, 2 LITTLE TINY PIECES OF CHICKEN. NEEDED AN INCH OF BROTH TO EVEN BE A FULL BOWL. THAT'S THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER IT!! SO DISAPPOINTED. $6.00 FOR NOTHING. Too bad I can't post a picture of the soup.

Ever since they remodeled this place they just can’t seem to get anything right. I placed my order through the app and waited curbside to receive it. As the Chick-fil-A employees were walking out with my order a car parks next to me the girls decide to give my order to the car that had just parked right in front of them. Why do they ask what spot you park in if they are gonna give the order to whatever car they want? All the girls both started laughing and then asked if I wanted them to remake my order. After 20 minutes…. No thank you, I will not wait another 10-15 minutes I will not be going back to this location

Why is it that you can’t serve lunch if it’s 10:25 am. They stated they don’t serve lunch until 10:30 am. I’m traveling thru Amarillo back to Houston and this was the first chick fil available. In Houston, Chick Fil A serves the lunch menu all day. The person on the register “Jeff” made customers wait until 10:30 am. By then, the line was super long to order since most of the customers wanted lunch. I’m happy I was only passing by. This Chick fil a should learn from their other franchises that serve customers what they are paying for.

Never again! Had several workers come up and ask me what my name was. Finally made it to the window, only to be told to move up and continue to wait for 3 meals. Watched over 10 cars pass me getting their food before we got ours, which was cold by the time we got around the corner to our home. To top it off they shoved 3 torn tenders into one of the boxes. Nope! Next time Ill be going to Raising Canes up the street.

Waited in drive through line for 25 minutes, get to the board to order at 10:29 and they say they aren’t serving breakfast, if you would move your lines faster this wouldn’t be an issue, why have 2 lines to order but only help to compensate for one line

Waited about 15 minutes by the pickup counter, staring at my order that was ready, just waiting for someone to notice and hand it to me. Listened to two employees trash talk the costumer (me) who didn’t come pick up their order, until one girl finally talked to me. Wasn’t even busy, I was the only one at the pickup counter, just a bunch of teenagers working there.

We went through the drive through and was told they were working on it…Small order !! After 6 vehicles behind us had gotten theirs we finally got ours and were told (we’re busy) … that excuse didn’t work for us seeing 6 vehicles behind us getting theirs ! Do better or you will lose customers!!!

Do not go to this chick fil a!!! I wanted 20 minutes to find out they gave my carryout order to a table in the resturant! And when I do get my food my fries and burnt and the light ice drink is filled with ice. Never going back!!!
